Do not usually come up to Brentwood, but was up here in the Streets of Brentwood for an F3 Saturday workout at 6a. Side note: F3 is a peer-led organization to grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. After the workout, knew there was a Dutch Bros around, but did not realize it was on the opposite side of the DSW. Whenever in an area with a Dutch Bros, I gotta make a stop! Living in San Jose, there is not one around and taking advantage when I can. No matter the time of year, I drink Cold Brew - summer or winter, does not matter to me. I love cold brew! This time opted for the large plain Nitro Cold Brew. Ordering on the app was pretty easy and straight forward. I had some money in my Dutch Pass, and used that for payment. When getting there at around 8a, I thought the lace was closed because there were no cars parked around or in the drive thru. I have never seen this at any Dutch Bros!! while there for only a couple minutes, only one other car showed up through the drive thru. Pickup at the walkup window was quick and the people were nice as always. The Dutch Bros drinks could be pretty sweet, but since I only got a plain Nitro Cold Brew, this was not the case. Like many (I'm sure), I thought what's the hype? Why is Dutch Bros so great? They seemed to be popping to everywhere but the lines were daunting. So when the one on Sand Creek popped up (seemingly overnight), I saw no cars and took the opportunity to try it. The menu is extensive in that you can order drinks the way you want them. My reservations were that I'm limiting dairy these days and lovely they have non-dairy options like oak milk. I had a cold coffee with coconut milk, blended with caramel and it was delicious! It was almost the best most drinkable coffee milk shake I've never had and didn't know I wanted. Now I'm craving it. Check it out. It seems like there are deals when you order through the app so maybe download that prior to your visit. It is an indulgence, but loved it. read more

We ordered five drinks and she was so helpful breaking down the customizations we wanted since we were trying the holiday drinks instead of our usual favorites. She had great energy, was super friendly, and somehow managed to keep both me and my toddler happy--which honestly deserves an award all by itself. She even made sure my son left with some stickers (or as he proudly calls them, "sticky tape" ). That alone made his entire day. The drinks were amazing, the service was even better, and let's just say... she definitely knows how to take care of her customers. I'll leave it at that. Shoutout to the Sand Creek Dutch Bros for redefining what "ready by 3:22 PM" means. I placed a mobile order with an estimated pickup time of 3:22 PM. Naturally, because time is just a suggestion here, my order was finally ready at 4:00 PM. Almost 40 minutes late -- which is impressive considering the entire point of mobile ordering is to not wait. Even better, my order wasn't actually being worked on. It was simply vibing in the system while in-person orders were happily taken, made, and handed out. Apparently mobile orders are more of a "whenever we get around to it" situation. Why offer app ordering at all if you're going to treat those customers like an optional side quest? If you enjoy paying in advance and then standing around questioning your life choices, this is the location for you. Otherwise, Sand Creek Dutch Bros might want to revisit the concept of "order ahead." Do better. Because right now, the app ordering experience here is a masterclass in how not to run it. read more

Went here for my second time and there was one car at the window and no one outside to take our order, so like the other locations we went to pull forward to the window as we went to pull the 3 feet forward the girl at the window stuck half her body out of the window and yelled at us to wait right as we got to the window, we then offered to back up and she immediately gave us an attitude and said in a rude tone " never mind I'll just take it here". We immediately no longer felt welcome and almost just didn't get our drinks but since we had already paid we just stayed. I don't think we will ever go back to this location. read more

My daughter and I enjoy going to Dutch Brothers. Today we went to grab a drink and go shopping and realized that we could get the little figurines for our phones. When we went, it was a long line I didn't mind waiting 30 minutes, I was three cars to get to the window when I noticed a couple of the employees walking out to their cars with a handful of those little figurines. When I finally got to the front of the line, there happened to be no more. We were a little disappointed but we continued with our drinks and continued with our day of shopping. I went here with my sister and we both ordered iced matcha drinks. 2 drinks was $14.50 which is incredibly high to begin with but ok. We got the drinks and they were the worst tasting matcha we've ever had. Didn't even taste like matcha. We then tried to contact customer service and submit feedback and it didn't go through 3 times on the website/app. Our last visit to Dutch Bros was at a different location and they took an hour to get us our drinks.
