7/27/2023: I didn't know or realize JJ recently increased their smoothie prices, i.e., JJ had the audacity charging me ELEVEN FRICKEN DOLLARS FOR A MEGA MANGO SMOOTHIE when I supplied my own JJ thermal, stainless steel, glass drinking mug?????? However, the Savory Pretzel was JJ's saving Grace which caused me adding a star--period. Moreover, I couldn't understand WHY the smoothie was egregiously gritty . . . In addition, I couldn't stop overthinking figuring out why the smoothie seemed so bland, almost tasteless, too. WTH . . . ????? read more

I would put zero stars if I could, I am never visiting Jamba again. It smelled like mildew , old towels as soon as you open the door. The General Manager was very young and careless. I substituted an allergy instead of listening she added my substitution as an extra fruit and charged me additionally for it. The drink was melted, watery before I could even step into the parking lot , upon drinking it my throat was itchy and I had to get medical help for it. The cleanliness of the store was poor and foul smelling, the manager asked me to step outside like an animal due to my service animal being with me in a carrier , the establishment claims to be animal friendly like the Menchie's next door but coerces you into paying and waiting outside like they would a homeless person. read more

Staff was friendly. Not much room to sit inside, but there are a few tables outside. The little sausage and cheese sandwich was terrific but it is very small. Great treat on a hot day when paired with Strawberries wild. read more

Got the banana pb smoothie and it's good the girl working was sweet and got it done in a good amount of time for being by herself and having constant drive through orders and doing dishes in between, my only complaint is inside smells like (as best as I can compare) a can recycling center. It really throws you off and it was enough to make it uncomfortable to stand inside. read more

I went in the store (not knowing it had a drive through) stood there for 10 minutes without anybody acknowledging I was there. They finally took my order not I never got it. I was the only customer inside the store. After waiting 14 minutes I asked someone where my order was. NOBODY would answer me. After literally having to shout they looked up and went through a very long row of receipts of which mine was buried. No apology just said they could make it now. I asked for my money back. I had waited almost a total of 20 minutes. They had plenty of workers. The place was dirty and I will never go again. read more

Slowest. Drive thru. Ever. I work nearby and Jamba always sounds good, but this place has made me late multiple times now. No complaints about the smoothies or food, but 20-30 minutes in a drive thru line is unacceptable. Please hire more staff or better train the ones you have. read more

i did an online order 20 minutes prior to arriving at the store. I couldn't find the pink starburst on the menu so I was going to order in store. the quoted time of the online order was 10:55am. I arrived at 11:01 am and saw how long it took for someone to service me at the inside window i decided not to order the extra drink. there were four people waiting inside the store already, it's so cramped it felt unsafe with re: of covid concerns. order wasn't ready until 11:12 am. what does that mean for the 10 minutes of guaranteed freshness? Everyone was nice and apologetic for the wait but it really seemed like the most attention went to the drive thru. I saw many orders go out the window before my originally ordered one from 10:45a. Jamba stated on their website and their store door that they open at 7 am, I got there at 7:45 and went in the drive through and waited about 3 minutes for someone to say something and there was nothing. I pull up the front and no one was there and the doors were locked. I normally love this place because of the drive through but this ruined my morning. I hope everyone was ok and there was no accident that happened and therefore there was no opener, but a sign saying they're going to be closed that day would be appreciated. read more

I WANT to give this location more stars because, from the get go, I was excited to have a Jamba so conveniently located AND a drive thru! The ladies who work here are generally very sweet also- BUT, this particular location has a serious problem with inventory and computer systems. On at least 4 occasions that I have gone since they've opened, either their credit card system has been down, their gift card system has been down, or their spendgo rewards system has been down. On several other occasions they are out of many items on their menu. Wednesdays are $1.50 oatmeal days.... a couple weeks back on my way to work I tried to order an oatmeal on a Wednesday - but they had run out and it would be 20 minutes before more was made. Considering I was in the drive thru, a 20 minute wait wasn't going to cut it. If you know you're advertising half off oatmeal on Wednesday mornings, you should probably plan ahead enough to start making more when you run low. Yesterday I again tried to order an oatmeal- this time with strawberries in it. Alas, they were out of strawberries. Ok fine, how about bananas? Nope. No bananas either. Ok that's alright, I'll adjust- but I definitely want an orange juice because I've got a sick kiddo. Sorry. All out of oranges. Hmmm. About 50% of the time I've gone into the drive thru here, I end up just needing to head to the Jamba in Placerville anyways because this one is either out of what I came for, or their system is down. I've ordered through the Jamba Juice app multiple times, and three times within 7 months from this particular store. All three times, I was told that my order "just came through", even though my order was placed anywhere from 20-30 minutes prior. I believe that the issue is the employees aren't checking for mobile orders and then blaming it on technology. It's incredibly frustrating when one is planning ahead and trying to stick to a schedule, and this store can't seem to get it right. If you're in a rush, do yourself a favor and order elsewhere!!! read more

I really wanted to love this but the last two times I have been here, my smoothies have been too melted. I dont know if it's because the ingredients aren't stored right or how it is made but it's basically a watery fruit juice not a smoothie. The one I went to as a teen blended their drinks just the right consistency so I guess they changed their formula or something. read more

They're great here! I love the idea of a drive thru as well and they're fast and efficient. Not so great at keeping an eye on the store front and cash wrap though. Usually spend a few minutes at least waiting to get noticed while they huddle by the drive thru window or making drinks. read more

It would be easy to say that "if you'd been to one Jamba Juice, you've seen them all". I'd say that could be true since I'm sure they all strive for a certain amount of consistency, since they are a National chain, but the "X" factor remains customer service and the customer experience. This location earned their 5 Star rating based on that ! As we were heading home from my son's oral surgery ordeal ( poor kid just had 6 teeth pulled, OUCH ! ), and picking up some prescription meds for his recovery, this location was a convenient stop. He had to communicate by pointing at the menu, since his mouth was stuffed with gaze. The young man who helped him was so thoughtful, and sympathetic to his condition ( he had recently undergone a similar treatment ). He wisely suggested they substitute the berries with seeds (raspberries, strawberries,etc.) since those can tend to get caught in your dental work and cause problems with the healing process. COME-ON ! Who does that ? Only someone with care and compassion for their customer. What a great experience, I only wish I could share the name of this young man, but I'm guessing he makes this kind of impression on all of the customers he comes in contact with. read more

I just left this place and am not at all pleased with my drink. Especially because of how much I paid for it. I ordered the aloha pineapple and received something that tasted like strawberry banana. You would think the drink would taste a little bit more like pineapple since that's like the name of the drink. Also the customer service was awful. We went through the drive thru and they were just standing there talking to each other forever. I would not recommend this place late at night at least. There were just super careless. Definitely try to go to a different one. read more
