For me besides the weight loss Carrie has shown me that it's not always the scale that is a source of achievement. It's going up in weight on the leg press or the dumbbells when you are doing bench press, not getting winded after one set of anything, being able to move easier and just an overall sense of healthiness from working out and being guided by a trainer that's been in the business for a long time. I was especially impressed by how many squat racks there were- 4 plus a smith machine! This location is fairly large with a big room for group classes that you can use when they're not in session, a cardio room and a big weight lifting area. There is ample natural light which makes a cheerful atmosphere. There were also several bathrooms that included showers, cleaning wipes and even some water and protein bars for sale. The whole facility was very clean and everyone was nice and respectful of the space. Daniel helped me with a complementary day pass and was very nice. I'd highly recommend this gym!

I felt nervous and a bit skeptical going in--but the staff completely changed that for me. They've made this experience truly incredible. Since starting, I've lost 50 pounds, which still feels surreal to say. The members are all so welcoming and friendly, which makes showing up that much easier. I also have an amazing trainer, Tina. She's fun, kind, and incredibly supportive. She pushes you when you need it most, but also knows exactly how to encourage you when you feel like giving up.
