Well, first off, I was looking for fresh juice and this establishment was marked as such. So down I drove to walk in se what they had. I quickly glanced and the menu as the person at the front greeted me- as I did not see juices, I asked if they had any. The person shouted to the someone at the back to double check, but they did not have any. So, for the record, the categorization is wrong. I had to choose then one of their proteins that, although look healthy, had names that would make you think otherwise like birthday cake, mint oreo, cinnamon toast crunch? Really? I guess that is what they consider healthy in this area. Waited around looking at the pace, nicely put together but not the cleanest. Had the orange mango one. It was ok, a bit heavy, but I was told it had so many grams of protein so I guess it is healthy? MAy you find this place more satisfying than I did. read more

I finally was able to stop in and check out The Corner Spot (TCS), since I was meeting my girlfriend who was in the area for lunch. Abe & Jamie (Owners) happily greeted and welcomed us to TCS as they helped other patrons. Since it was my first time here I looked over the menu for a bit, and Abe answered all of my questions. And made some suggestions after getting an idea of what I was looking for. Yelp is our go-to for finding new (to us), well-rated places, especially since Art is an Elite Yelper. Searching for coffee and tea, The Corner Spot shows up right across the street! A quick look at the menu confirmed that it would be the perfect place for us. It is a healthy café serving shakes, teas & other nutritious treats. We also got to meet the most awesome people! Owners Jami and Abraham were manning the store. We felt warmly welcomed upon arrival, and as the wide variety of options were explained. Everything we tried tasted so decadent, it felt like such an indulgence! They are so in-tune with their customers that if they see you grooving to the music playing, they adjust the playlist to keep you moving.
