This location is I set new management and I DEFINITELY recommend coming back if you have stopped coming. Previous experience about a month ago was terrible. No one greeted me when I came in and there was three people just standing around behind the counter and place was empty! It was dirty and just not the Jamba Juice places I've come to know. My smoothie was so watery no taste to it, so I was not a fan at all. This time around, it was totally different! The new manager was so so nice and just a while new vibe to this place. Just like every other Jamba Juice you've ever visited. I'll give you a hint! As someone who worked for a different Jamba Juice years ago, if you order any smoothies but the all fruit smoothies (without juice), prepare to enjoy almost your entire day's calories with one original, or larger sized, smoothie. Just 'cuz it's a smoothie doesn't mean it's healthy ;) The juice comes in plastic bags just like soda syrups do (and probably is made nearly identically) and all of the foods/fruits/etc. arrive in prepackaged EXCEPT the oranges and wheat grass. If you're looking for a healthy treat, go for the fresh squeezed OJ or wheat grass shots. Just PLEASE don't be THAT asshole that orders it right before closing so some poor teenager has to spend another 45 minutes cleaning the machine in order to go home. We hate that guy. The employee who took my order was great! The shift lead/supervisor/manager (they wear the black polos) made my drink and took it off the blender early. My smoothie has chunks of ice and fruit in it. Additionally I specifically asked for no blueberries and asked to have strawberries substituted for them instead. Upon finishing my drink to see the bigger chunks of fruit (that I didn't suck up my straw) there are almost whole blueberries in the bottom of my cup Definitely not what I would expect from someone who has been there for some time. He looked angry about something so I decided it wasn't worth complaining about. I took my smoothie and left but I won't be back to this location for a while. My first ever experience at a Jamba Juice and I am 55 so I had no clue what I was doing I was with my daughter who just loves your place. I was looking at your menu and was trying to figure out which flavor I wanted and I didn't want Mango because it's gross but the ones that sounded good had Mango in them, so my daughter asked the cashier if I had to have mango, the reason I gave only three stars is because of the cashier, she was on her phone the entire time rolled her eyes when we asked questions and was just plain rude. I'm sorry I work with customers every day and my opinion is when you are selling something like you do, your cashiers should be hey this is your first time trying us let's recommend this without Mango or maybe you would like this? , preferably not texting at the same time.
