Updated 6.19.26: Came in to use my $3 off reward and got an Aloha Pineapple Smoothie and wanted to finally try the PB Nutella Acai Bowl. I've had the other bowls before, but never this one. To me, that combo just doesn't right, but I wanted to give it a chance in case I was missing out on something. The smoothie was great as usual and to my surprise I really enjoyed the PB Nutella and Acai combo. It's hard to describe but the fruity Acai helped to cut the thickness of the PB Nutella mix. I stop in here about twice a month when Im running errands nearby. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They have good protein and smoothies, bowls, juices, etc, and I tend to try a different one each time. Also, they have super good oatmeal as well. The place is clean and tidy. Recommended. read more

Hours are wrong! They close at 7pm. The app will allow you to order until 8 and say your smoothie is in progress when they're actually closed. Very disappointing for this pregnant lady!! There's been 3 times I've gone and they were closed when their hours online/on Apple Maps said they were open. Omg the drinks are phenomenal If you don't agree, that's your opinion, but my opinion is that they are delicious. Definitely the strawberry wild smoothie. It is the best. The amount of strawberry that is in it is really really good and I love the design of the store and their service is so fast with the multiple blenders that they have it makes it so fast, so if you are going on like a business trip or you need to get to work really fast, they will get your smoothie in under five minutes maybe five minutes max and it's so quick. I really really really recommend this because they're smoothies are really healthy too and you can get like a smoothie to go and like go for a walk and they have plant-based smoothies so if you want to be healthy, but you still want a smoothie you can order a plant based smoothie. I enjoy the overall concept of Jamba Juice but as far as customer service, it is severely lacking. Management at this particular J & J has a habit of running promotions that either is not properly advertised or inaccurately worded. Example: there was a summer promo that advertised in-store (members only) a $5.00 blueberry lemonade smoothie. That's an awesome, deal, right? Wrong! Instead, you make the purchase and get overcharged for the drink. When asking an employee if the promo is no longer available (even though they have a big and bold sign stating otherwise) and their response is a shoulder shrug and an "I don't know" I moved on to asking someone else. Finally, another employee spoke up and said if you have purchased the drink before you can only get it once at the $5 pricing despite that it doesn't state that anywhere on the sign. This isn't their first promo where the advertisement is not matching the storyline given in-store. It's really sad because they make pretty good drinks! But I cannot support a place that is nonchalant about its blatant dishonesty. P.s. I did offer the opportunity directly to management to resolve the matter rather it was stating the factual truth and notifying customers of the actual promo or removing the signs altogether, or taking it up with the franchise to let them know that they are sending purposely misleading signage. This was a great location to stop by and get a delicious drink! My wife and I needed our Jamba fix and the staff here took care of us. My wife wanted her drink customized and I ordered a drink that was no longer on the menu, the five fruit frenzy. Both our drinks were made quickly and exactly the way we wanted them. The location was nice and clean. The staff here was really friendly too. Very talkative and made us feel really comfortable. In these times, that can be hard to come by with a talkative and friendly staff. Next time we are in town, we definitely would stop in again! read more

They need to update their hours. Google, Yelp, and the app say they close at 8pm Monday-Friday. I've stopped by twice within the past month on a week night around 6:30/7 and they have all lights off, doors locked. Employees watched me and three other customers at the door looking confused and continued to keep up with their closing duties while staring at us through the window. My husband and I tried calling their number once we got back to our car since they wouldn't open the door, and we watched them grab the phone and hang up several times. SO extremely rude, and very very poor customer service. Either update your hours, or ensure your employees are staying open until the proper time. They lost several customers, me included! read more

I have been ordering my smoothies/bowls/juice shots on the app since Covid hit. It is so easy and I've kept it up. I love the consistency of Jamba. I had an unusual experience yesterday: my smoothie was made wrong. It was my birthday smoothie. . I called and they were super busy so they took my number. The owner called me later from home to apologize and to gift me another smoothie!! Businesses just don't go above and beyond like this anymore. Way to go, Jamba! read more

Not impressed coming here and I was very disappointed. Staff did their job but they were not overly friendly. We ordered and açaí bowl that was mediocre at best. The smoothie we got was good. We brought our laptops to work on business. I asked if they had wifi and was told "No" and the guy turned around and walked away. There were flys that were beyond annoying. The music was really loud and NOT family friendly. Lots of swearing and inappropriate songs. I was with my husband but I would not bring kids in here. Unfortunately we won't be coming back to a place like this and would not recommend :( read more

Went to Jamba Juice today, didn't even greet us when we walked in, and Nancy was the grumpiest gal ever. No smiles. Straight face. Ask for soy milk, then she asks if 2% milk is fine? No I asked for soy. I ordered a breakfast burrito, she asks if I want hot sauce, then doesn't even give me hot sauce. Our drinks still have chunks of ice in them. read more

Are you ready to Jamba?! Well if you are then this place is the perfect spot to pick up a fresh smoothie! They use fresh ingredients with a menu that caters to all fruit and veggie lovers. I personally like their secrete menu which is hidden from the in-store menu. The red gummie bear is my favorite and literally it tastes like a red gummie bear! Give it a try and you will love it! We are from Montana and Jamba Juice is a must stop every time we go to the city! I love the smell when when you walk in. I have yet to see this place not clean (including the restrooms) The employees are always so kind and helpful making sure you leave satisfied! Five stars every time! Super disappointed with the customer service and professionalism here. They play their own music that is so loud you can't hear yourself ordering (not to mention the music is not kid friendly). As I order, the team in the back is yelling and singing the entire time.
