Because of this, the texture and consistency were a bit different than standard soft serve. Flavor: The vanilla was a bit too strong and overpowering, making it hard to really taste the distinct ube flavor. It was also on the sweeter side. Overall, good for a sweet tooth, but missed the mark on the Ube flavor. It wasn't bad by any means and satisfied my dessert craving, but next time I might try a different flavor or topping combination.

My favorite is the Tomoe Ame mochi, (chichi dango), you can actually taste the Tomoe Ame! It was fresh, and soft. Got my son the butter mochi which he devoured. In addition to her mochi specialty, she also makes little cakes, mochi strawberries, lemon bars, pumpkin crunch, waffle mochi. Their cookies would be so much better if they used less sugar. Out of the two cookies I liked the Cannoli more. The cream sandwiched between the two thin cookies was smooth and creamy. I also liked the small chocolate chips sprinkled on the cream, like a real cannoli. However, my favorite item from Crumbl is still the tres leche cake. I wish it was on their permanent menu.
