This place is conveniently located, yet the service is less-than adequate. One of the girls (blonde) has zero enthusiasm. I never feel welcome in this store, yet I try to look past it. Other Jamba locations I have visited have been more welcoming. I don't know if this due to the management or if they are being too lenient with the employees. This is the second Jamba that I have had a bad experience, or in this case, experiences, with. This store needs better customer service. Came in first thing yesterday morning and got 4 smoothies for my office staff. Got the RAZZMATAZZ, GOGO MANGO, POMEGRANATE PICK ME UP, and another mango one. All so yummy! One thing I love about Jamba Juice is they don't add any extra sugar. The staff was all friendly and got me in and out within a matter of minutes. Staff all loved their smoothies. I'm not really a juice person but I was hungry so I decided to give this location a shot. Customer service was great, especially the woman at the front(I think her name was Leanna?). Each time we order bowls from this Jamba Juice we are disappointed. This time the Vanilla Blue Sky bowl literally almost no fruit toppings at all with barely 1.5 strawberries and maybe five tiny frozen blueberries. The quality has this location has never been great, but definitely has really declined from the fresh fruit toppings they used to have. TERRIBLE customer service. The blonde gal that's the "shift lead" has told me on numerous occasions that she can't use the juicer to make a ginger shot because they're closing in (insert minutes). Today she came up with a new excuse and said "the juicer has been acting up, and not functioning properly off and on throughout the day" and when I questioned it, and told her that she always has some sort of excuse, she said "I've never seen you before." Lol too bad I live extremely close to your location and I'm here ALL the time. Anyways, hopefully her manager knows what type of worker they hired and does something about it. Why go to any other Jamba Juice than this one? Every time I visit this location, I am meant with personable warmth - especially from the GM Jennifer. She creates an atmosphere that invites you to have casual chat while you wait for your drink. She remembers details about you when you come back. For a chain store, this is not the norm. I used to think Jamba Juice was the best...this one is HORRIBLE!!! I have gone min 3 times and today was my last time. My husband enjoys Jamba and I asked him to taste my strawberry swirl, he took a sip and said throw that away something is wrong with it. Jamba is the highest price over $7 and at that price expect a tasty juice. Within 2 minutes it coagulated and tasted like sour juice water aged strawberry. I thought about trying to save it by adding some fruit from home but the coagulation was gross. It will not be visiting this location again and maybe Jamba Juice's all together. read more

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I really hope the managers see this, considering that this is a new location. I would have given this 0 stars, but I had to give it at least one so I could post. My dad and I went to this location for a smoothie today and our experience was so bad that we will not be coming back. First, they had the "make it light" option still posted on the menu and when I tried to order, they said that they don't make it that way anymore, even though it's still there on the menu. Next, they let our finished smoothies sit in the blender for extra time as they made the order for the people who came in after us after the smoothies were done. Then we watched the girl fill up our drinks and my dad's cup wasn't even close to being filled to the top like you would expect. He asked her if she could fill it up to the top and she said that they don't give out extra. But we could clearly see the leftover smoothie sitting in the blender, she just wouldn't fill it to the top like he paid for. So now we've left the store with melted, watery smoothies but only one of us had a full cup. read more

Coty was absolutely amazing. He always makes my smoothies perfectly and is just so sweet. By far the most respectful and kind employee I have ever met. You will never see him without a smile. Always fast service with him! I gave this location 2 stars because of just about everything else. The store was clean but I know this because while waiting for a friend outside I watched Coty clean. The manager was unprofessional and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. Other employees were not that helpful either. So I'm wired shut from jaw surgery and I need protein and am allergic to banana. I ordered a peanut butter mood with no bananas, add extra peanut butter. My fiancé let the worker know I was wired shut and it needed to be blended well. So I get my Jamba Juice - there's no peanut butter flavor at all. We bring it back in, and he dumps the old one into a blender, adds peanut butter, gives it a half ass whirl and I get a melted Jamba Juice with huge peanut butter chunks that get so stuck in my braces and wires I can't even drink it. A total waste of money. What a disappointment as smoothies were going to be my go-to for the next 3 MONTHS. I'm now on my way to a DIFFERENT Jamba Juice farther from my house, because I refuse to get my lunch half-ass re-blended again by the worker at this one. read more
