I needed something to hold me over until dinner, and I am VERY glad that I went into your Fountain Valley store to order something that is good for me. I was served by a very friendly, kind, and attentive young woman named JADE. She prepared a large Acai Bowl for me, and a large Fruit Smoothie for our company's business development guy. We were both very happy with the delicious quality of the product, as well as the amazing customer service we received. The portion sizes were very generous, also! THANK YOU, Jamba Juice. The two girls that worked today were working so efficiently. I was watching them as the place was full when I went in to grab my mobil order. The girls working were such good multitasker. One girl was on the machines making smoothies and then warming the pastries while the other was taking order and helping her co worker when there wasn't a line. The place was full of families Friday is a busy day. I was super impressed with these girls job skills! They were so friendly and kind. I would hire them in a heart beat. This Jamba Juice location is in the Callens Corner shopping center. It faces Ellis (not Brookhurst), behind Starbucks. Yesterday, I stopped by to get my usual go to drink, which is a large Mango-A-Go-Go smoothie. I am not sure if the employee had a bad or off day, but she was so unfriendly. She did not greet me as I entered. At first, I didn't think much of it because she was helping another customer. However, as I stood waiting to order, she passed me twice going to the kitchen and didn't even acknowledge me. Her demeanor did not change by the time she took my order. Aside from this, I usually share a large so I requested it to be split in two cups. When she finished making my drink, I noticed that both cups were not filled to the level I normally get. Also, the smoothie was thin and liquidy and had no fruit flavor. Overall, it was a three strikes experience: (1) poor customer service, (2) quantity: less than expected portion amount, and (3) quality: bland taste. Lastly, there is a slight difference with their in store/app pricing ($8.99) vs their website ($8.39) for a large Mango-A-Go-Go . Poor customer service. The employee who assisted us appeared disengaged and unfriendly throughout the interaction. She did not smile or greet us. I ordered a medium smoothie but was initially given a small. When I pointed out the mistake, she took the smoothie, poured it back into the blender, and then placed it into a medium cup while showing visible attitude. The smoothies were also just okay--not nearly as good as the ones I used to get at the Costa Mesa location before it closed. Customer service makes a big difference, and employees in customer-facing roles should at minimum treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. read more

Came here for the $1 Smoothies on National Smoothie Day a little over a month ago. First time back at Jamba in quite some time. Really impressed by how efficient and quickly the line moved for this deal. In and out of there with our smoothies in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and cheerful. I normally don't have an issue with my order here. I ordered ahead of time and it wasn't ready when I got there, which I totally understand since it was busy. The guy acknowledged I had an açaí bowl and told me it will be ready in a few minutes. I waited almost 20 minutes because I thought they were really busy. I went up and it had been sitting in the ice well. I told the girl who handed me the bowl that I had been waiting 20 minutes and she just looked at me and walked away. I'm not a person to really care to wait if a place is busy, I get it. But to wait for 20 minutes to get a bowl that is less than half full is very frustrating, especially for how expensive they are. read more

February 2025 - jamba introduces 6 new drinks. 3 over-ice refreshers and 3 over-ice fusion. Names: Peachberry Blast, Blue Lava, Dragonberry Blitz, Lemonberry Twist, Electric Ice, Mangomorphosis. Sounds exciting and interesting but was disappointed. I got the electric ice drink. I'm annoyed at 2 problems. Empty space at the top, cup about 90% filled. Do better and fill it up to 98%+ atleast. The second problem: tooooo much 80% ice. Take a few sips and it's gone too fast, cause ice took up too much space. Feeling annoyed and ripped off $6 for a medium size. I want to try the other new drinks. But if they're not gonna fill the drinks properly. And put too much damn ice, then count me out. It was the asian guy with glasses making drinks. For some reason took a very long time. When I visit this location, only see 1 person working. Why? Owner too cheap and doesn't want to hire a 2nd person? or what? read more

Came in since another location didn't open for an hour, Jade greeted me with a bright smile. Ordered an orange dream machine and an orange carrot juice .... A little while later she came back out and let me know her coworker accidentally put the carrots into the freezer. We had a good laugh about it, ended switching up my drink and Jade was still able to take care of me as a customer. They have a bunch of fans going so it's cool temp inside and the bathrooms are decent. Not a huge fan of the fact that there's only one worker here, but the service gets done quickly and this location is never terribly busy, so it's relaxing to be here. My açai bowl was perfect- made exactly the way I wanted, I customized it bc I can't have granola- and the server Erick went above expectations to make sure that my order was excellent. I ordered my acai bowl with no bananas no coconut and extra strawberries, he didn't ask me if I wanted honey and assumed I did both times and when I got my acai bowl the second time after they messed up my partners smoothie we decided to just leave to a different one.
