It truly pains me to leave this wonderful Baskin-Robbins location a one-star review. I have been a loyal customer of this particular location for over 40 years, which makes today's experience especially disappointing. I walked in today and there were only a few customers inside. There were three employees, but only one was actually helping customers. The other two didn't acknowledge me or the other customer who was waiting. Not even a simple "We'll be with you in a moment" or any kind of greeting. After standing there waiting and feeling completely ignored, I ultimately decided to leave without ordering any ice cream. After being a customer here for more than four decades, I never expected to walk out because of something as basic as customer service. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously because this was an extremely disappointing experience for a longtime customer. read more

Great little ice cream spot. Lots of flavors and options. 31 flavors to choose from. They also offer sundaes, beverages and take home cakes, pints of ice cream. They have a refrigerated section full of ice cream cakes for sale. If you ever need a last minute cake these are an option. They also have a digital cake ordering iPad by the door which lets you order cakes for the future. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. Usually just a 5 minute wait when we stop by. Yup!!! That's it. Kaboosh the $1.31 ice cream scoops. Everyone that was walking into the store thought the scoops on the 31st of the month were $1.31. Many just walked back out. I think the advertising failed here. You can still go on family night (Tuesdays after 6PM) and get the scoops for $1.99. This location is so pour, they can't afford to buy another sign when they raise their prices, so they scribble illegible writing over what was previously there. I will post a picture of of the sign so you can see for yourself. it's hard to tell its $1.09 or $1.99, you bet the judge. Maybe their advertising budget has been drained, so a new sign will have to wait. The Ice Cream is still pretty good and I did like my peanut butter chocolate. read more

Trick Oreo Treat....woohoo baby! It's as GOOD as it gets!!! A match made in HEAVEN. There's no "this" vs. "that" here. Just simply HEAVEN in the SWEETEST way possible. Now...I wasn't aware of some coupon craze about the new "Trick Oreo Treat" flavor of the month that was going on but I jumped on the band wagon and so glad I did what the 5 people in front of me did. I love Oreo Cookies, Baby Ruth and Butterfinger but to mix them all together was surprisingly better than any one alone! All of us got the same one after everyone took a sample of mine! What can I say, I share...I care! I guess I have only 27 more days to go before this flavor gets retired out and goes in their wall of ice creams. I tend to favor this particular location because of the service and the portions. Not all Baskin-Robbins are the same. The portions vary by location and definitely the customer service varies as well. This particular location provides a larger scoop than most other locations and the people working there are usually friendly and efficient. The only drawback is the shopping center it's in. It's very run down and you usually get hit up by a panhandler at least once walking to or from your car. Overall, it's ice cream. I do prefer Baskin Robbins over Cold Stone and most other ice cream chains. read more
