Customer service was poor.The young female attendant was rude. I ordered a traditional banana split and was charged extra and when I asked why she told me to look at my receipt and walked away. Great little ice cream spot. Lots of flavors and options. 31 flavors to choose from. They also offer sundaes, beverages and take home cakes, pints of ice cream. They have a refrigerated section full of ice cream cakes for sale. If you ever need a last minute cake these are an option. They also have a digital cake ordering iPad by the door which lets you order cakes for the future. It's always clean and the staff is friendly. Usually just a 5 minute wait when we stop by. Baskin Robbins was advertising $1.31 Ice Cream for ever and they decide to change up the game to throw customers off and offer 31% off of sundaes only. No 31% off of regular scoops now. What??? Yup!!! That's it. Kaboosh the $1.31 ice cream scoops. Everyone that was walking into the store thought the scoops on the 31st of the month were $1.31. Many just walked back out. I think the advertising failed here. You can still go on family night (Tuesdays after 6PM) and get the scoops for $1.99. This location is so pour, they can't afford to buy another sign when they raise their prices, so they scribble illegible writing over what was previously there. I will post a picture of of the sign so you can see for yourself. it's hard to tell its $1.09 or $1.99, you bet the judge. Maybe their advertising budget has been drained, so a new sign will have to wait. The Ice Cream is still pretty good and I did like my peanut butter chocolate. read more

Took my Mom there on her 95th birthday for her free scoop (regularly a rather pricey $3.59 for a kid's mini cup!!) with her CDL showing today was her birthday, as we've done a number of times in prior years. Daisy said she had to be signed up on the app in advance & denied my request to simply honor it today for a proven 95-year old with a walker. While she was just following the changed company protocol, it was unbelievable not to show grace in this instance & didn't consult with 2 other older workers. I quietly paid for it, not wanting to ruin my Mom's delight in having anticipated her beloved butter pecan selection for weeks. Sadly avoidable that it's now the last time any of us will ever go to a Baskin Robbins. Now...I wasn't aware of some coupon craze about the new "Trick Oreo Treat" flavor of the month that was going on but I jumped on the band wagon and so glad I did what the 5 people in front of me did. I'm not a huge ice cream person, but when I'm in the mood, I usually end up here. My goto is Quarterback Crunch. Too bad it's only served during football season. I tend to favor this particular location because of the service and the portions. Not all Baskin-Robbins are the same. The portions vary by location and definitely the customer service varies as well. This particular location provides a larger scoop than most other locations and the people working there are usually friendly and efficient. The only drawback is the shopping center it's in. It's very run down and you usually get hit up by a panhandler at least once walking to or from your car. Overall, it's ice cream. I do prefer Baskin Robbins over Cold Stone and most other ice cream chains. read more
