I noticed they updated the recipe for the Berry Bonanza smoothie to include dates and flax seeds. Honestly, it's such a fantastic upgrade. Berries can be hit-or-miss with how sour they are depending on the season, but the dates add the perfect amount of natural, whole-food sweetness to balance it out without needing added syrups.
