Perfect for a hot day, you can order online, in the app, or in person. When I'm starting to feel sick I get an orange c booster that comes with an immunity boost and I add an energy boost sometimes. There's only two people behind the counter, so I get that they're understaffed, but that's not an excuse to treat your customers so poorly. I tried calling 5 times on the way to place a phone order but nobody was picking up. Upon arrival, I could see they were understaffed and busy, but it took almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff to come over to the register to take my order. I mentioned that I wasn't trying to be rude and hate being "that guy", but suggested at least acknowledging our presence (others were waiting too) would go a LONG way. The gentlemen gave me a nasty look and waited for me to pay. All I needed was a simple "Welcome to Jamba! We're extremely busy and will be with you shortly. Appreciate your patience!" I unfortunately realized I forgot to ask for the breakfast sandwich I wanted, and this time the girl working came over to help me out. She barely uttered a word when I very politely asked if I could order something else as I forgot it with my smoothie order. Upon ringing me up, I asked if they accept cash, and she simply looked at me with a nasty stare and after about 5 seconds begrudgingly muttered "yes" under her breath as if I'd done something wrong. What? I have all the empathy in the world for those working in service, but being stressed, understaffed, or busy is NOT an excuse to treat your customers poorly and be nasty to them. As a whole, I've found myself coming to Jamba Juice less and less now as their prices have continued to increase at an alarming rate. $8.00 for a medium smoothie now. And $4 for a really tiny Impossible sandwich that looks aesthetically terrible and was overall unfulfilling. It's honestly a better value to go to Starbucks nowadays and pay roughly the same price for a much better-quality breakfast sandwich. However, I don't want to knock down this store's rating for something that is obviously the fault of corporate. This location was clean, the employees pretty efficient, and our orders were all correct. Their juices are more pricey so when it was closed before I got there, I would get my açaí bowl at this Jamba Juice. Everything else screamed sugar to me, but I found this only bowl that had less calories. My order was Nutty Almond Butter Bowl added granola. It's the only one that offered almond milk. Always clean and fresh feelings inside. Every single time I come they never fill up my smoothies. Last night, I went in around 7:00pm and it took the girl ten minutes to make two smoothies--there were no other orders made, it was dead inside. I think if I'm paying 6.59 for the smallest size smoothie, they should at least fill it to the top and not leave it 3/4 full. Ok so I used to work for Jamba Juice and was a team lead so I know a good Jamba Juice when I see one. With that being said, I'm super picky and always modify my order. Once you've worked there, you like your smoothie a certain way. This is the ONLY Jamba Juice that gets my order correct every single time! The manager is always on top of everything and she's super sweet! I love that the smoothies are always blended all the way but still thick! Props for that! Also they follow all of the jamba rules. For example if you order a small and add something extra, your smoothie should automatically come in the medium cup. Now of course it won't be completely full, but when you pay for something extra, you should get the extra. Other Jamba's fail at this every time. Thank you for always being so accommodating. They began to yell at us flipping us off then I called to complain they hung up in my face my patient is concerned and told me to call again a male answered then I could hear them laughing in the back ground in he hung up. I guess it would be easy to just write Jamba Juice off as just another chain. I remember coming here as a kid when fruit smoothies were all the rage. The smoothies were always very tasty and refreshing (but full of sugar). I guess as I got older, Jamba fell off my radar. And nowadays, it seems like there's a juice joint around every corner. And some of these places are crazy expensive ($10 for a 12 oz. cold-pressed juice?! Yikes!). In any case, today was super hot in Marin and I wanted a quick refreshment (and iced coffee wasn't going to cut it). Lo and behold, I stumbled upon this Jamba Juice location at Greenbrae's Bon Air Shopping Center. Apparently, other folks had the same idea as me because there were a quite a few customers waiting around for their cool beverages. I didn't feel like committing to a 16 oz. smoothie (don't need the extra calories right now), so I opted to order a few of their 2 oz. bottled Juice Shots (they come in Ginger and Turmeric). I got one of each. They were already chilled and came in cute little plastic bottles. Two of these goodies only ran me $5.50 total. I couldn't believe how affordable they were. Believe me, there are other juiceries in town (I'm looking at you Juice Alley and Urban Remedy) who charge double for the same things. Both the Ginger and Turmeric shots are mixed with citrus juice to offset the bitterness. And you know what, they were de-lish! I would totally return here for my quick juicing needs. So glad to have Jamba Juice back on my radar again. : ) read more
