Whoever the employee was that was working on July 4, 2026 at around 12PM did not have much energy to be at work. There was no line when we walked up to the counter and they were working on a personal order. It took around 20 minutes to make 2 smoothie bowls. There were people walking up to the counter and walking away once realizing that they were taking a while. I am not usually one to complain, and I understand if they were busy, but we were the only order they were working on at the moment. I often go to Jamba Juice and I know that it does not take 20 minutes to complete an order made up of 2 items. read more

I visited this Jamba Juice location for the first time on Saturday (I live an hour away from this location, and I have another closer to me). I ordered for pickup through my app. I made an error with my order, it was completely 100% my own fault, but the manager was so kind and fixed it for me, even though he didn't have to. Service was quick and my smoothie was exactly like what I'm used to at my usual Jamba location, but to go above and beyond when the mistake was completely my fault, that sticks with me. read more

The service of a place really makes or breaks a place and this place does not have great service. I stood in line at the front of the line and no one stopped to greet me or say we will be right with you. If you're busy I get that but the least you could do is acknowledge my presence especially if I have been waiting for almost ten minutes that people behind me start asking if I ordered. The employees would glance over and continue with their conversations. When I was finally helped the employee said nothing about the wait or anything. I ordered my smoothie. I typically am not this harsh when I do reviews or at least I don't think I am however my girlfriend and I just stood in line and as we were looking at the menu we were never once greeted by any of the workers behind the counter but rather got to hear how they thought certain girls were "hoes" and how their love life is going. I understand this is the mall and so the typical worker is most likely young as the gentleman were behind the counter however super unprofessional not friendly and the shakes that they made were probably some of the worst I've ever had stay away at all costs. Worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to, if I could give it a zero I would. Worst mall location I've been to as well. I've been a Jamba Juice customer for over 25 years and looked at franchising at one point years ago. I've been to dozens of locations & this one takes the cake as the wors, see why there's so many poor review. I was treated like garbage and talked awful to, not to mention the person was pretty racist. I'm sure if I was their race they would of made it fast because it was very obvious with their racist remarks. Still had like 5 minutes until close and wouldn't even bother to take my order and made the excuse they couldn't make the one I wanted. I explained to them I live 20 miles away and the person was so lazy they couldn't make 1 item and rewash what was dirtied even when I gave them a alternate item I'd buy. I used to work fast food and had someone on my shift just as lazy that left me to make 7 door dashes then didn't want me to take a order like this person didn't want to, can be sure I made my order up to the wire of closing yet this lazy person can't. They don't know customer service if it hit them in the face. Needless to say I was highly sought after because of my service and the guy I worked with was fired after that night and this person should be too. I still get asked to come back to that previous job but returned to a previous employer I was offered to go back to for a better position. The atmosphere at this store sucks and their attitude sucks. They never have carrots, or the machine is broken. The staff here is so rude, if you come here one hour before closing time you are their worst enemy. I have tried at least 3 times in the past 2 months to get a carrot juice and is never available. Please buy a decent machine. read more

I have been to Jamba Juice before in Waukesha and the food and service was great. This place not so much. The guy who took my order was really quiet. He didn't ask me for my name and he overall seemed down. When they made my drink the girl was super quiet and only said what the drink was. Someone else took my drink by accident so I asked to have a new one made. It took them a while to get me my new drink and they didn't even call it when it was ready. I had to ask for it multiple times as they keep forgetting to make it. Overall not a pleasant experience and I'd rather take the bubbly tea place next door. read more

As I approached the counter to order, the cashier with the brunette hair was seemingly mesmerized by some loud, obnoxious guys and their ghetto mall antics. As they were hoopin' and hollerin' at passerbys, she stared at them with a content half-wit smile on her face, completely ignoring that I was there. At this point, I was more than ready to order, but her attention span resembled that of a coked-up ferret as she continued to look on at amazement at the two jackasses. She was too concerned about the primal mate calls of some individuals who probably didn't make it through high school. Without any patience left, I just started voicing my order, which seemed to snap her back to reality. For some reason unbeknownst to the normal social structure of advanced civilization, her eyes were glued to the hooligans until they were out of sight. FFS, Jamba Juice needs to fire people like this, or at least do a better screening for employees. So freakin good, I really don't understand why these stands haven't popped up all over the place. While we lack Jamba Juice in the Milwaukee metro, Gurnee does not so we always grab a drink while cruising the mall. The menu can be a little confusing, your best bet is to find a smoothie that has the most ingredients you like. If you can't decide, my fail safe is what I end up ordering the most, fresh squeezed Orange Juice. So tangy, so pulpy and oh so sweet, my mouth waters just thinking about it. I understand working at a mall can be frustrating but I never had a bad experience at any other Jamba Juice I've been to, including this one. The girl on the register was rude, spoke too low and was talking to her coworker knowing there were other people in line. I always love the smoothies and bowls, both chia and energy. Last time I got my energy bowl I waited 10 minutes . There was a person in front of me. This time I walked up to order ( no one in line or waiting for a smoothie) and ordered my energy bowl. As soon as I ordered the bowl she said . " oh it's always gotta be a bowl, can't wait till we make them $10 and nobody gets them anymore" right to my face. That is ridiculous and don't work the job if you can't make the menu. I am very disappointed with this location, staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful! I was told to 'get out of the way' by one employee before I even finished paying the other employee.
