I just want to take the time to acknowledge how far the team has gone since this location first opened up! I recently just went at about 8:45 in the morning and there was a customer that had a fuzzy boy. The manager at that time was so sweet and she went out of her way to talk to the Child and even made a special drink for him! He seemed really happy afterwords. Other than this amazing interaction, the store was really clean and service was amazing. They got my order down and did an amazing job at making it. I got two bowls, an island pitaya bowl and a mango medley and they were soo good looking that I even had to take a picture of them! So came in to order a few drink and was shocked on the lack of attentive going on on this establishment. Poor management on what ever manager on duty . With the whole pandemic going on it's very important that all staff is hold accountable!! No hand washing practices was seen when employees clocking in . I understand it was busy but there should be someone checking temperature when they enter to clock in or at least enforcing hand washing. I placed my order and the cashier was extremely polite but the young lady that was clocking in at 5:00pm by the name Kayla I belive her name was breaking every health code rule in the book. She walked in the store clocked in and started making juice without hand washing I was in shocked!! As soon as I placed my order I seen her remove her shoe and remove a piece of trash that was hurting her foot and proceeded to make juice. I got really upset that I told her to wash her hands!! She said huuuhh I said you just touched your dirty sock and continued to making juice wash your hands she rolled her eyes and whispered to someone with a grey collards shirt witch I believe was the manager and both rolled there eyes at me and chuckled!! Same lady that took my order seen how upset I got that decided to make my drinks for me . Jamba juice is convenient located on the south, west corner of Crenshaw and Imperial, right next to McDonald's in "The Wood". Inglewood, for those who aren't familiar. (My Hometown!) This is a fairly new establishment and the outside in neat, clean and well kept. There is lots of parking although the small parking area directly in front of the establishment is ofter full. There is conveniently located handicapped parking and access for those who need it. The inside of Jamba juice is new, clean, simple and comfortable. I have only been to this particular location twice and I can say that both times were pleasant experiences. The staff is friendly and professional. I ordered the mango, pineapple smoothie (not the name of the smoothie, can't remember it). This smoothie was recommended because I love pineapple but oddly not particularly fond of mango. The smoothie was delicious. So delicious that I had to go back a second time. They offer additional ingredients that can be added based on you individual health needs and/or requirements including wheatgrass, chia, vitamin and energy boost. My coworker and I were in a rush to get back to the office. But we couldn't resist getting Jamba. So we used their app and ordered online. My coworker was tickled by the fact that the app asked what time were the smoothies to be made and "ASAP" was an option. Of course she chose that seeing that we were in a rush. This location didn't disappoint and they live up to the app. When we walked in my smoothie was almost complete except there I ordered a shot of ginger lemon and there was none so team member Raa'Jenelle (you know I had her write her name down for me, because there was no way I was going to remember) wanted to talk to me first before completing my order. What impressed me the most is that she had a solution waiting on me. She used the cold supplemental shots they supply in a bottle. I told her to dump it in there. She told me that not only does the shot consist of ginger and lemon but it also has cayenne pepper in it as well. The smoothie tasted awesome by the way. It was worth the buy.
