I normally love this place- always consistent, always delicious..... except for today…read more I ordered an açaí bowl and three smoothies- things that I have ordered many times and always tastes the same until today. One smoothie was mainly ice and had big chunks of ice in it, the other two smoothies and the açaí bowl were very watery, the açaí bowl also didn't have the vegan powder on top that I paid for. They all tasted really badly. I called to see if there was something they could do. The girl confirmed that all of our items were made by our newest person but wouldn't taste any different. I told her that I've ordered these many many times and they've always tasted the same but they do not taste good. She said I could call the manager tomorrow and said there was nothing she could do today. Didn't offer to even remake the items they messed up on, or give a refund. No options whatsoever. I didn't want a review to have to be left for this to be taken care of, but clearly that's the case. Hoping they train their new employees better so this doesn't continue to happen.
