Jamba juice just hits the spot sometimes, and where else could I get fresh wheat grass juice. I usually don't go with a smoothie, but I've had many of them and was completely satisfied. Lately I've been drinking the carrot juice which is great. When I want something a little more mellow I'll have carrot-orange juice. read more

Either these people are lazy or maybe I'm the one who's tripping. I come in and there are two customers sitting down waiting for their orders, there is one worker making them and then a different worker takes my order and once she takes it she goes to the back. As we are all waiting for are orders I notice that there are three employees (including the one that took my order) sitting there doing nothing! Since only ONE was working it took 20 minutes for me to get my drink! I've never waited that long. Why have all those people working the same shift if only ONE is going to be doing all the work!? The other day I went to another location not far from this one. It was horribly dirty and bad service. This one is much cleaner. Customer service is great. There's trash though up front by the register. An old used plastic toothpick. Kinda gross. I've been a regional manager and when seeing things like that shows they don't send whoever out to clean as often as maybe they should. I did use the restroom and they r out of seat covers so I used toilet paper. Not the end of the world. I'm not trying to be a pain but things like this do matter. So Disappointing!!!! Can't get a simple order right and Poor Customer Service to boot. I ordered an acai bowl for lunch - no honey and no granola because I'm abiding by the Whole 30 diet today. Why is this bowl full of GRANOLA and HONEY!!!!!! When I call, the manager informs me to not eat it and bring it back to them unconsumed "today", by closing time and they will make it correctly!!!!!!!!! I think not. I will find someplace else to buy my acai bowls. You totally mess up my 8 dollar lunch, then you expect me to not eat and return it to you today. Just lost another customer. read more

Had stopped by to get myself a Jamba and the cashier in front was not very friendly Tiff, I believe was her name. Didn't greet me was just standing there waiting for me to tell her my order. A smile goes a long way. On another occasion I went to get my friend a Jamba and they didn't have the ingredient that was needed to make the juice. Came in and ordered a large carrot orange twist along with some other drinks. When the drinks were done I saw they made me a small so I asked to get a large they told me I only paid for a small and said I could pay the difference but Anthony just stared at me like I was an idiot. He told me nobody had a till to ring me up and so they could not do anything about it. He continued to stare at me until I decided to leave because I was in a hurry. This place has the worst customer service. I have walked in here 3x at different times and days before writing a review and let me just tell you the staff is not welcoming at all. I always order the same thing, which is the kale orange power and the immediately roll their eyes because they have to work a little harder yo make it. Love the convenience of location. However, I have yet to order something (usually one of the first customers in the morning) that I don't hear, sorry we are out of.... This morning they were out of dates and almond milk, two major ingredients in their almond milk smoothies. They did offer to use 2% in place. Hmmm, they reason I ordered almond milk is allergic to diary. I had to suggest substituting soy. Plan ahead people, if you run out of something there is a grocery store 1000 feet away! Just went to this Jamba location and the staff was soo rude that I had. Didn't catch her name but was a younger African American girl. First the signage said the lobby was open and just stay 6 feet apart. It was a hot day with sun shining. We ordered our 4 drinks and were told to wait outside for our drinks and they would come out and call our name. I asked if they would come out and call it to confirm and they said yes. So we go outside and wait and wait and wait. We finally go inside and ask if our drinks are ready and she says yes we called your name on the speaker inside. My wife says to her we didn't he eat anything and she says oh well that's as loud as it goes and rolls her eyes. My wife stays if you are going to make people wait outside then you need to go outside and call their name so the customer knows their order is ready. She says nope this is how we are doing it. I will not be returning here even after covid is done completely. Piss poor service! read more

This Jamba Juice has been one of the worst ones I have gone too. I love Jamba Juice but the treatment both over the phone or in person is horrible and employees need to be trained properly in customer service. I tried twice to get something from there and both times had to walk out with nothing. Then I tried over the phone to place an order and they can only take two drink order at a time the rest will have to be placed once you arrive to pick up the orders. So if your short on time and wanted to get your orders fast this way will not work either. If you try the app, it wont work at this Jamba Juice. What is going on here!!!!!! read more

I have never seen an establishment with such untrained, un knowledgeable employees with bad attitude towards customers. First don't open up for a business day if you do not have the products that will be used to serve your juices, smoothies, etc...having said that it is the store managers responsibility to know their inventory and stay on top of that so customers won't order online then arrive to store to find out that the order had not been prepared because the specific fruit, ingredient were not in stock...having said that the young lady at the counter does not know her fruit groups, nor the fact that citrus is equivalent to orange/lemon/tangerine so people working in this industry should project some form of knowledge of healthy eating, and know the difference of food groups to say the least bad attitude instead of sincere customer service is all you get at specific store, I hope the owner reviews these reviews and makes adjustments necessary to have his business handled more professionally read more

HOrrible i was in a hurry and ordered the oatmeal when i got work the container was not even halfway filled with oatmeal the guy tried to make it up by pouring alot of the blueberry fruit syrup so that made it too sweet was not able to have breakfast had to wait until lunch AND i called the store later on and the manager said nothing I can do about it since you did not address it when you were here, customer service is not good i wish the guy would of said hey we don't have enough oatmeal left can i give you your money back instead of masking it with syrup!!! :( bad service read more

I was just told no bowls could be made because they were out of soy milk and bananas. I answered that any milk could be used and there was a whole bowl of bananas for sale on the counter. So in the beginning of the week, when our office called in an order, the guy who took our phone order let us know that we are allowed to order 3 items instead of 2. Yay! Although when the office ordered this morning, that wasn't the case. Even though it's an inconvenience to call back, we went ahead and did it anyway without complaints. It wasn't until the office called back 15 times to realize they were purposefully ignoring our calls. Unfortunately I have to give one star to write this review but if it was up to me they wouldn't get any. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. When we went in to pick up our food, the customer service wasn't any better. Christine let us know the manager stepped out and wouldn't be back for 15 minutes. So I suppose this complaint will have to go to corporate and our office with start ordering from juice box on Lancaster Blvd. who have excellent healthy products as well as A+ customer service. read more
