Thankful for the drive thru. This place is open early- 7am which is a plus because I can go right after I finish work to pick something up. I normally get an açaí or pitaya bowl and it's one of the places that offer them for a cheap price (below $10). Portions are a good size. I wish they had more than one option for portion. I would love to order a large bowl. Other than that the juices or smoothies, my favorite is the orange dream or strawberry's wild. Always so good and refreshing. This place is still my favorite over Tropical Smoothie because their drive thru is quick. Order your drink and get it within a few minutes. This place is located in/near the Arroyo Market Square and right off the 215 freeway. So you can definitely get some shopping done after getting something to eat or drink and then hop on the freeway. read more

Jamba Juice is so good. On my first visit I started with a simple strawberry smoothie and I have now worked my through most of the menu. This location has a sitting area out front as well as a drive thru. I've only been inside a few times because I'm usually in a hurry so I mostly use the drive thru. Every time that I have been I have received amazing customer service. I also like how they offer suggestions to help make your smoothie better if need such as a boost of protein etc. You can also purchase fruit separately. Had the worst drink I could think of. Whoever made my drink did not "cook" regret stopping at Jamba

Right by Best Buy off of the Rainbow exit on the 215. Very convenient if you are in the area to shop or simply passing through. The drive thru is usually not a long wait, plus there are handy designated parking spaces for those waiting to pick up the drive thru orders in the rare (just past where the drive thru traffic exits. Of course!) This location is kept extremely clean (at least from where the customers can see), even by the typical cleanliness standard of the average Jamba Juice. The staff are friendly. The ones making the juices, smoothies bust their butts to get the orders out as quickly as humanly possible and accurately. Most do it with a smile even when they are getting slammed on their "Free Fresh Squeezed Juice" promo morning. They recognize and acknowledge frequent customers too (nice touch). This location is not the biggest and took over from a now defunct Froyo business, so the design is a long narrow rectangle, with not much indoor seating area (for escaping the hot Vegas summer), but additional patio seatings are available. There are many Jamba Juice locations in Las Vegas. This one is not even the closest to me, but it is now my favorite. Looking forward to redeeming the rest of my Jamba Juice Groupons here. my bestie is in love with this place. we've been going since high school but only get to go once in a while since there's only a few in town in place far far waaaaaay! When we first started going we had a friend that use to work at the location on Craig. she knew all the secret menu items and also would make up super amazing thing for us to try. my friend favorite is the white gummy. it supposed to taste like a white gummy bear, hence the name, and she get it every time. i think it's pretty good but my favorite is the pink star, it tastes like a pink starburst. I've also tried some other secret menu items like the sour patch kid, super delicious!! as for the service everyone is really nice, they are usually busy when we go but when they aren't we always get to chit chatting with the employees and asking them a bunch of ridiculous. :) read more

Visiting in Vegas for a conference. My son wanted a Jamba for his birthday. They normally give him a free small and he looks forward to it every year. After driving 15 min to find it they said no, he didn't have a rewards card only I did. He doesn't have a phone. Even though I know their policy they could have made his day, whatever paid for it. Mine was so thick I couldn't drink it, had it remade, she asked, so you want it thinner? Yep, though I just wanted it made right, 2nd one can't suck through straw so thick. Customer service is like someone died in there, not a smile among any of them. So sad to see a brand with no enthusiasm, poorly made drinks, and no customer awareness. I called into the customer service line which further showed how mismanaged this brand is. The rep called it Jam ba. Clearly outsourced, said a district supervisor would call me, no idea when, no refund for my drink, they didn't BTW 2 days later the manager called me and again offered me nothing. I just had an incredible experience with the staff at this Jamba Juice. I came in Wednesday evening 5/22/19 and ordered my traditional white gummy, which was amazing as always. What happened after the fact was completely above and beyond the expected call of duty. I accidentally left my wallet in the establishment. I only knew this because the employees themselves, after shift, drove to my house in Southern Highlands to drop it off. That's right, they left on their own time after shift, using their own vehicle, for a *chance* that I lived at the address listed on my ID. This came as a complete surprise to me and has restored my faith in humanity. The employees I would like to personally thank for this deed are Daniel, Alejandra, and Mary. I'm always a smoothie fan and I was starving and saw that this place had drive through (bonus points). Pulled up to a bit of a line but hey that's how all drive throughs are. The menu is nice and big for you to read it and it has all the smoothies and bowls, but they had no food sign if you were hungry. I ordered the Mango Madness and since there was no food menu I had to ask what they had and since I couldn't see what was on it I just tried with what sounded safe, a chicken flatbread. Pulled up to the side on the window to pay and grab my food and immediately looked at the flatbread it looked not at all appetizing and if it had like a "mushroom" spread on it. No thanks. The smoothie was "eehh" and that was it, still had chunks of fruit in it like it wasn't quite blended all the way. This Jamba Juice has a drive-through which is a huge plus, but the facility inside is also very clean and the staff is always friendly and the service is quick so, what more can you ask for? Great experience all around! Yes it's pricey, that's the brand. Don't come here expecting a cheap drink, come here expecting something tasty and satisfying.
