Terrible. If you order a chocolate protein anything & they are out of it they will literally throw chocolate syrup without asking before. They will do this on a lot of things. They will tell you that the manager says to do it but with it being a gym & people watching how they need to eat or people that are diabetic this is insane. I was very excited to try a smoothie because I just got a membership at LVAC when I got the smoothie it was absolutely terrible when I asked her if I can exchange the smoothie, she went and grabbed the manager or owner, and when I explained to the owner that I couldn't bear the taste, she then told me that because my smoothie was free, she's not gonna do anything for me not only that nothing should be free and also that she understood that I was very upset. I then explained to her that I was having a great day and that I was not upset and that I had a pocket full of money but because of her extremely bad customer service, I will be taking my money elsewhere and I do buy smoothies twice a day every day so it is a loss for the business owning prior restaurants. I just know that you want satisfied customers or at least good customer service and I didn't experience neither. I would Not recommend spending your money here. read more

I absolutely love the Berry me with apple juice. It's super good! It fills me up after work out. I definitely don't need any food after drinking the large berry me ! A little pricey after you get one everyday but soooooooo worth it ! Staff always friendly! Love the juice bar ! read more

Don't get me wrong, the shakes are good, but it's getting ridiculous how expensive they are. I swear these shakes were $7-8 just a few years ago and even that was pricey. "Going Ape" (IMO their best shake), is $12 now. I know inflation affected everybody but no way it hit 50%. I can't give this place 5 stars because I feel like they overcharge. This smoothie is $9.22 before tip, and it's the smaller one. I feel like if prices were lower, more people would be inclined to buy since we all have to pay for a membership. Everyone I have dealt with has been very nice. The Juice Bar at LVAC has definitely stepped their game up. Last year they installed some fancy tV screens and they look great . They have a wide ranged variety of healthy options. There's a number of things on this menu i order all the time. For example I always order avocado toast, and a pure life egg white and turkey sausage wrap which is actually not a giant burrito and fairly priced. Also like the chicken sandwich wrap. But they pretty much have everything. The shakes are great , I personally always order mine with out yogurt. My favorite is the Açaí extreme. Last but not least the service here has always been over the top. These employees work hard and always go the extra mile for me. read more

Actually a lot of juice bars like this are in reality really over priced and you can make almost all of this at home with the proper ingredients. Not bad if you really need juice and have nowhere else to go. The best thing here is the wheatgrass since it's organic. Nothing else on the menu is organic and the juices are loaded with sugared fruit like apples. I'm sure you could ask them not to include that but I just wish they had greener drinks. They do also have some 'healthy' snacks but I guess it depends on your definition of healthy. I have been going to this gym for years and never ordered anything from the juice bar. The day I finally decide to try it I leave irritated. I ordered a juice and the guy who took my order was really nice but after waiting 10 minutes and having to go ask if my drink was almost done I find out it hasnt even been made. Note I only asked because another lady who ordered AFTER me went up the counter and asked "what's the hold up there is like 10 of you back there". Maybe not 10 but there were 6 of them and they were all talking and laughing. Was a little put off when I went to ask for my drink and the guy(different from the one who took myn order) asked me what I ordered and then told me "oh I'll make it now". She gave me back 5$ with a smile saying " Thank You " Obviously I called her out on it right away and told her she's way off and owes more. She had to go on her phone to pretend like she didn't know what's going on , BUT we all know how scammers are snakes. I usually go for the Banana Cream Pie because I don't like the taste of protein and I don't get the grainy texture in it that I do with other drinks containing protein. This might be more of a frustration venting session rather than a review but I can't take it anymore! This review will probably be done before my smoothie is finished. 3 stars in the day but late at night I would give it a negative if that was possible! There is still old and I mean old man that takes the night shift. He'll take his sweet ass time with one smoothie and don't be surprised if he goes at the back and forgets about you. Only reason I don't tell him off or ask for his manager is because I kind of feel sorry for him because a man that old and still working must be working for a reason and as mad as I can be I still have a heart and don't wanna get a person of that age fired. This is a juice bar which you should really skip if you're finished working out. Cut those unneeded calories!!! However, they do offer many varieties to choose from. Smoothies, meals, snacks, and flavors are made fairly quick by the staff. Pricing is a bit more expensive than if you were to go to Tropical Smoothie across the street (10% discount with LVAC membership AND loyalty card for free smoothies!). read more

Tried this juice bar the other day and didnt find it super amazing. Its cool they have protein shakes but theyre way overly priced and didnt taste good at all. The one my friend ordered me was a cream sickle type flavor. The one i make at home, tasted way better and was 1/4th of the price. There was a huge line and they were busy, so maybe thats another reason why i wasnt impressed. It was ridiculous that i had to wait 15 minutes for a smoothie. The Juice bar at LVAC North Decatur has very exceptional service. They are consistent every time with making refreshing smoothies and customer service. Hailey in particular is very friendly and makes great recommendations for any smoothie flavor you can think of. I highly recommend trying them out. read more

As far as LVAC Jucie Bars go this place is by far my favorite... keep in mind the only other one I visited was the Rainbow location but out of the 2 this is best :) Sure every now and then the bananas in my shake are lumpy and not perfectly blended but for me supply on demand wins out and I'd much rather drop $6 on a smoothie than drive across the parking lot to Tropical Smoothie I have tried multiple smoothies here and some of my favorites are: Acai? Extreme w/ Pineapple Juice, Chocolate dipped Banana, and Orange Dreamcicle I usually go around lunch time and eventhough they're always busy I never end up waiting too long for a drink. This may be the best juice bar in a gym ever. Not only do they have excellent healthy juice choices along with powder boosts, they also have salads, what appear to be rice bowls, and other options. There is a not so healthy tamale stand a few feet away. The prices are not bad either for a trapped audience. Not only that, there is a small seating area with TV so you can enjoy your item of choice before or after the workout without being rushed. read more

This review if directed to juice bar at lvac a easten they lack in customer service. I ordered green life wrap no wrap I have ordered it in the past in other juice bars. They gave me an oatmeal container with the egg white 2 leafs of spinach and 2 little pieces of melted cheese. $5 really? I went back and complained they said there is cheese in it you said no wrap !!! Worst answer. They didn't even offer to redo my order they offered more spinach so worth of 30 cents. I ordered a mocha protein smothie. The kid making it didnt know how. It ended up being nothing more than a cup of dirty ice there was zero protein value, or zero value as a drink. When I questioned it the girl in charge said "this is how we make them". The next week I inquired about this to the manager. She said, "oh, I will ask her manager"..... really?!
