It was very hot so naturally seeing the Jamba Juice with a drive-thru made me consider stopping by!!! There was a few cars in line infront of me at the drive thru, but the service was pretty fast!!! I felt like the line moved along pretty well, considering that the order screen is pretty much right next to the drive thru window. I like that after ordering, the staff asked if I had a rewards number linked to get some points. I said my number aloud, and the guy was cool enough to mention that there wasn't any rewards currently and that my order is just earning points. I went with my favorite go-to, the Orange Dream Machine. I was surprised to see it in a clear plastic cup, usually the Jamba Juices I get this drink from are in cardboard cups. I do prefer those instead but at least I can see how much of my drink is left with the clear cup. It tasted perfect and was made very well. The large size was enough to keep me refreshed in the heat. Leaving the drive-thru is a little rough because its a bit of a tight turn out and you're forced to exit on the left side of the driveway. A bit overwhelming when there's cars coming in to enter on their right!!! Not sure if there's a dine-in for customers inside since I went through the drive-thru but they had lobby hours displayed on their window. A pretty small amounf of parking spots to park at, so hopefully it's not too busy when you go and try to dine in!!! read more

I stopped by this Jamba juice with my nephew and niece yesterday. We walked here since we were across the street at America Tire Depot waiting for the battery check to finish. When I walked inside, I didn't see someone working the cashier so I ordered from the kiosk and got a small strawberry wild, small peanut butter moo and a small strawberry surfrider. There no kids size so you basically have to get a size small and the price is on the higher end. They made our drinks quick and we sat inside for a little bit. The dining experience here is alright, it's not that big but can fit a decent amount of people. The drinks were delicious especially on a hot day. read more

I did a mobile order. It was my first time trying the blue sky smoothie. I wasn't a fan but still glad I got to try it. It's prettier than it tastes although it's healthy so that's a win! I've never done a mobile order before and when I went in, no one approached me or asked if I needed help. This USED to be my favorite location because it's convenient to me and the workers are generally friendly. However, the bowls and drinks that I order are always under-filled, meaning I'm practically getting a much smaller size when I'm actually paying extra for the larger size. This is the first Jamba Juice thrive through I've seen, like ever. For starters, the drinks seemed to have gone up since I last remember, must have been about 2-3 years since I've last had Jamba Juice. I can say that their smoothies are consistent though. As for service, the workers aren't that friendly. No Hey how are ya, your welcome, nada. Soon as they take your payment - windows closed on ya. Now I'm not expecting them to be chatty like Dutch bro workers but replying your welcome after someone thanks you isn't hard to do. They also no longer have styrofoam cups which is a bummer, I can't drink a medium fast enough before it starts to water down. Tip: BECAREFUL when exiting the drive through. Age 19/38 Employees and Management should be retrained. Bad customer service and poor attitude adjustment needs to be fixed as soon as possible. I came to Jamba Juice this week thirst and craving some coffee. Yeah I know so why did I come here? Well I do see that they offer a few coffee based drinks and I was more than thrilled to try it! OMG! They have a drive thru! What?! Hold the phone...Toto, we ain't in Kansas anymore. I came here at lunch time and I should not have gone inside. The drive thru was faster. I normally get a Carribean Passion because it's my favorite, but boy have the prices and sizes have changed. I mean I kept looking at my medium thinking I got a small. Sheesh! LOL My other favorite thing to get is a sundried tomato twist. The whole thing cost me almost $9 and I was still hungry after. Unfortunately I've been to this jamba juice twice in the past week, both with the same poor service. I've never felt so compelled to write a bad review in my life, as a matter of fact this is the first bad review I've ever written. The first time I waited a very long time for my bowl to come out, and when it did it came with an item I had asked specifically to be left out for personal preference. I figured it was a once in a blue moon thing for something like this so I let it slide. The second occasion I ordered a waffle, which is just so simple to give to the customer. However I managed to wait 15 minutes (I had asked for it in between this time). I watched multiple customers be served before me who had ordered after, all I wanted was a quick snack so I could make it to my class on time; which I did not. Not worth the four dollars, not worth 15 minutes, wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy. This was the first time that I have visited this site. It was the worst experience I have ever had from Jamba Juice. I waited well over 5 minutes before they even acknowledge me. It was even more time until they took my order. There was NO ONE in front of me. The experience took over 20 minutes to finally get my order. The worker called my name and walked away. I had several drinks and they did not ask if I wanted a tray. As I stood there waiting for someone to comeback out to the front I noticed that there were at least 5 workers in the back. They flavors were not up to the taste that I am use to. They are way over priced for the service I received. AVOID this location!!!! They do not exhibit customer service and are way to slow. I had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience here. While I was in the drive through, a teenage girl working who made a very unprofessional comment. As I was paying she asks if my partner was my brother while she was giggling and smiling. I love this jamba juice location that opened up last year. It's the biggest jamba juice I've ever been to and there's even a drive-thru. The service is great and very quick.
