This was the one time they blessed me up with a huge scoop
    Hailey P.

I honestly have a toxic relationship with this Pinkberry. Every time I go, I'm shocked all over again by the prices--$7.75 for a small, and $8.50 if you want just three toppings. The service doesn't help either... the workers are so stingy with the toppings, it feels like they're rationing them out for survival. It's not even self-serve, so the workers are the ones rationing out your yogurt and toppings--and if they're having a bad day, trust me, you will pay for it. The only reason I keep coming back is because 1. Its 10 minutes away from me and 2. that addicting milk chocolate crunch (which, of course, costs an extra $1.75 for a tiny scoop). One time I even splurged on a large, and they still gave me just one sad little scoop. When I asked if I could get a bit more since I was paying nearly $20 for one cup of frozen yogurt, the worker flat-out said no. And yet... here I am, still coming back.

Overall my experience here is okay. The employees aren't mean or anything but lack enthusiasm and welcoming. As well as the price increasing and the small amount of toppings they add. And yes!! I know I could ask for more but it's an additional charge when I'm only getting less than a scoop per topping!! I'm giving this a 3 star however, because nothing can compare to the flavor of the froyo. I just adore the tart flavor it's delish and the reason I keep coming back anyways.

Let's face it, if you've been to any Pinkberry location, you already know what their product tastes like. This review is really about this specific location. First, it's absolutely bonkers that a small cup costs $9. What more can I say other than it feels like a rip off for what you get compared to other froyo spots. I'm going to pay $9 for a small but I can't even try a sample first?! Second, this particular location has an unusual amount of negative signage for some reason: no samples as mentioned, no bathroom, no bills over $20, no unsupervised children, the right to refuse service, etc. Basically the decor is negative signage. But the bathroom sign is particularly egregious-- it depicts silhouettes of Pinkberry customers "holding it in" as if in mockery. When we entered there was a naked unhoused person just outside screaming at us. Overall unpleasant experience. Will go to Tutti Frutti, Yogurtland, or Menchies instead.

i'm so mad this is the only pinkberry around. it's the worst. very underwhelming, lackluster visit today. there's never anyone at the front and i was standing there for too long, didn't even see the small bell to "ring for help" lol. then i finally get help and there's no strawberries. i left with nothing but a small sample that only left me craving pinkberry even more!!!!! so upset. 0/10

    Mixed berry comes w/ 3 not 2

I used to really enjoy going to Pinkberry with my family, but my recent visit was pretty disappointing. Prices have gotten ridiculous, and what's advertised on their menu doesn't match what they actually offer. For example, the menu shows two drink sizes -- regular and large -- but when I ordered, the employee said they only have one size and didn't clarify which one it was. It looked like a regular size to me, but I just found it odd that she couldn't specify. What really got me, though, was their "two-fruit only" rule. Their mixed berry drink is advertised as having strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, yet I was told I could only choose two. Even when I pointed out that the menu lists three, the employee still refused to add the third fruit. To top it off, they charged nearly $2 for a small addition of almonds -- which, let's be honest, is probably at least a 300% markup (and that's being conservative). Honestly, first world problems -- but it makes me think companies like this are starting to lose touch. I enjoyed the drink, but I don't see myself going back.(obviously not her fault but the owner that is telling her what to do) The place itself was also messy, had loud, obnoxious music, and just felt unkempt overall. I'll probably just make my own smoothie next time. Thanks for the fun times, Pinkberry -- it was great while it lasted.

I don't know why this location has a lot of bad reviews. This is my favorite location in the San Fernando Valley. They always have a wide selection of toppings to choose from. The yogurt selection isn't the biggest, but the selection that is there works perfectly. The employees are usually nice and helpful at this location. There is plenty of parking as well.

Service is great! The person serving us was smiling and helpful. It's been awhile since I had been here so I needed the help. There are no samples available which is sad but I understand. Also, there is no public restroom. There are also some homeless people in the area. Parking is not too bad since there is a Costco and other businesses around. I like this place. Nice vibes.

Stopped in to pick up my free birthday yogurt. Didn't I say free? Yes 100%. The lighting was out in the front. Please try and work on that. For new people it may be hard to find and it's less appealing. It was a cold night and there was no wait. I was helped and greeted immediately. I chose a mix. A new apple flavor which was magnificent. I wasn't too fond of the mango. And I went with my original tart. Topped it off with fresh strawberries, almonds and boba poppers. I chose to take it to go but there is seating inside. I love the cute hanging light drops. I would visit here more frequently but it's just a little distance from where I live. My treat was yummy and the service was great.

I have been coming here since it opened its door. I believe it's the best quality frozen yogurt you can possibly get. The fruit and ingredients are always super fresh. Always friendly staff. They even put it in a bag with ice when getting a to go order. Always clean and nice inside. You need to come here for the best quality froyo!

Receipt of a large original flavor ordered on 08/1/24.

I'm a regular customer. I always order the same thing, that is, a large original flavor with the usual five toppings 2-3 x's per week; the cup costs 11 dollars. I'm telling you I PERSISTENTLY ask and remind the employees, before they serve me the yogurt, to fill in the gap that they purposely choose to leave empty, due to "weight/scale issues". Nelly, who served me today 08/1/24 assured me with a nod that, yes, she had listed to me and would fill in the gap. But before I left I dipped my spoon in and "surprise, surprise" there it was. What a scam! I, like all of you, pay good money for a FULL cup of yogurt; NOT for a gap. I love the yogurt but the service is simply unfair. Their technique is simple *sarcastic voice*: swirl the edges of the cup, leave a hole in the middle, and cover it with yogurt! That way, customers will have less toppings to choose from and still be charged a $1.50 for a spoon more, how great is this! :D Congratu-f***in-lations Pink Berry you're truly outdoing yourself. Can't wait to blast this on Instagram. So, keep it up! or you'll end up being put on the spot like Chipotle. You cheapskates.

Last time I was here, I gave them 5 stars because it was delicious. The reason I preferred Pinkberry over competitors is because Pinkberry didn't taste artificial. Today it was horrible. Tasted so artificial, I couldn't even eat it. They also got extremely stingy with their toppings. I wanted extra toppings and even offered to pay for it, the employee wouldn't allow me to add extra toppings. He was insistent I could only have 3 with a small. It used to be 4 with a small. Why can't I pay for extra toppings??? As for the toppings that are included, they literally put less than a 1/4 of a teaspoon. Totally not worth the money. I will never be back.

    Nicole A.

I love the yogurt, the service, employees are always kind. Though as an employer, they need to do better they have one poor employee working on a holiday with summer coming up. Pinkberry do better. This puts stress on the employee and causes them to run around. Hire more people and stop being stingy.

It was alright, there were not many option and it was kind of pricy. In all honesty nice workers but would rather have Yogurtland.

RUDE!! UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION!!!…read more I visited Yogurtland in Reseda and had one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful customer experiences I've ever had. The ONLY professional employee there was Oscar, who was cleaning, helping customers, and still remained kind and respectful throughout everything. As soon as we walked in, we grabbed our bowls and started looking at the yogurt flavors. Since I had NEVER been there before, I grabbed a spoon while deciding what flavor I wanted. I had ZERO intentions of stealing anything or using the spoon without paying. I was clearly getting yogurt and planned on paying for everything at the register like every normal customer does. Victoria approached me first and very rudely said I could not have a spoon. I calmly asked why because I was still getting yogurt and intended to pay. Instead of explaining politely, she continued speaking to me with attitude. Then Jasmine came out from the back VERY aggressively. She approached me in front of a store full of customers and immediately started escalating the situation. She got in my face, "beefed up" aggressively like someone trying to start a fight in high school, and demanded the spoon back saying, "Give me the spoon." I explained multiple times that I was literally getting yogurt and was going to pay for everything. I even asked, "Do you want me to pay for the spoon too?" and she still continued acting aggressive, rude, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. I was honestly shocked at how I was being treated over a SPOON. What made the situation even worse was the fact that this entire confrontation happened IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. I felt extremely embarrassed, intimidated, uncomfortable, and honestly unsafe. My PTSD was triggered because of how aggressive Jasmine's behavior was toward me. No employee should EVER approach a customer that way. After Jasmine took the spoon from me and walked away to the back, I asked for the manager's name and phone number. They made us wait several minutes just to give us basic information. Victoria eventually gave her name, but Jasmine REFUSED to come out and identify herself for about 20-30 minutes. She literally stayed hidden in the back while employees avoided giving me her name. That behavior alone was extremely strange and unprofessional. I then asked for the corporate number and email so I could report the incident properly, and they refused to provide it, repeatedly saying they "couldn't give it out." They barely even provided the store number, which was NOT printed clearly on the receipt, so I had to look it up myself. This location seriously needs better management and TRAINING FOR RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS AT THIS LOCATION! Customers should NEVER be treated aggressively, embarrassed publicly, or made to feel unsafe over something this minor. Again, Oscar was the ONLY employee who acted professionally during this entire experience.
