I usually don't give bad reviews I'd rather tell them than rant but maybe here they will listen. They need to get employees that are motivated don't like what you do find elsewhere. I go to get a juice their juicer isn't working (which I believe is a lie. They probably didn't want to make me a juice cuz it was busy and didn't want to fuse with it)then I send my gf same day a few hours later and the juicer magically is working. And that isn't the first time they tell us "the juicer" isn't working. They didn't have no mango, peach, and or lime! Such a disappointment! I wanted an Acai bowl. I had to leave with a smoothie, I can't believe a Jamba Juice would ever ran out of ingredients! I asked Cashier if this has happened before and she said yes! Not the first time this happens. They need to order more supplies and make sure they have enough of everything! Especially if it has happened a lot of times, they should know after a day or two of how much to order, it almost seems as if they don't care to have great customer service. Stopped into Jamba Juice and waited a couple of minutes while the customer in front decided on what to get. He was a very tall gentleman appeared to be there with his son who looked like they were in a travel team and in town. I have been to Jamba Juice several times before including this morning prior to this particular visit. The gentleman ordered and his total was around $17 or so. I saw him pay with his debit or credit card and the person who rang him up (a gentleman) didn't ask for his ID. I had just gotten out of work and ran out of my car and had my purse in the car and only had my debit in hand so i figured, great i don't need my ID since he paid without showing his ID. When I ordered my two drinks, I applied my rewards and my total rang up to $6.48 I handed the worker my debit card, he proceeds to ask me for my ID and I told him that he just charged the other customer before me and he didn't ask for their ID. He answered very quietly to the point where he had to repeat himself four times and his response was "he comes here all the time" which I don't believe that to be the case, as I said they looked like they were in a basketball travel team and the reason why he would muttered his response was because he didn't know what to say. Certainly I had no issues providing my ID as it was in my car, but i didn't find it professional and felt that possibly because of the way I looked or the fact that I was a female and not of the same nationality as the worker and the customer was asked to provide my ID for $6.48. I understand if that is your policy and have no opposition to following your guidelines, however it becomes an issue to me when the customer prior to me didn't even get asked for his ID when his total was 3x more than mine. read more

The drinks here are not as good as the other Jamba Juice locations. I been here a few times and definitely taste the difference. Also, the service here is always slow. read more

Best Jamba experience I've had. I came in with a large order and the staff was very accommodating they even made sure to pack all of my stuff very securely so as to avoid any spillage on my trip back to work with all of the smoothies and bowls. :) thanks guys you were amazing!! read more

Worst ever! More than 30 minute wait for 1 drink! Plus, I was ignored after I asked for the restroom key for my 2 yr old son and the guy just looked at me and literally said something in the lowest voice ever not caring that I asked him again , and kept on making drinks. Horrible customer service I couldn't agree more with others on here. The cashier who helped us( she had glasses on) was just frustrated with clients.. The two workers seemed like they were invisible people. These workers are there because they want to.. No ones making them be there. Places like this are all about customer service. I've never experienced a bad workers at Jamba Juice place until today. read more

Ive been to this Jamba Juice about five times, and EVERY time I've visited the drinks don't taste good. They are definitely different tasting than other places. I kept coming back just hoping the taste would improve,and since I work close, but nothing. I love J.J. but this location is a disappointment. read more

This is actually a really good place to go and have a smoothie. The service is also really good. I don't understand why this place has bad reviews. If they are out of something they let me know and ask if i would like to substitute it with something else and recommend the bet substitutions. As for the juicer I have seen that thing breakdown at least twice in front of me when I order a juice. It's not their fault. I have seen them make juices when it is really busy and informing everyone that their order may take longer than 4 min do to filling out BIG orders or they are running out of blenders. It's nice to see the girl with the short hair get some help though. In my passed visits, she was usually the only one there. I used to work in fast food and I know how tough it can be sometimes. All the complaints I have seen are just people who think they are entitled to anything and can treat working people as such. This is Yelp, No one here is a food critic. read more
