Every time I come to this jamba juice I feel like I have to wait 15-20 mins for one little juice, which is why I never come here but I was craving a juice do bad. Today on this particular day, a girl with glasses was the only one taking orders AND making the drinks. She had a friend visitor who she was tending to more than the customers. How do I know it was her friend? Bc she stood at the bar area where they hand you your drinks just waiting, looking, which was annoying and uncomfortable. Then, they had 5-6 tables and only 3 chairs to sit on, which that girl was using one of the only available chairs to charge her phone. The girl with the glasses took our order and she just left us without taking payment to start the drinks. 5 mins continued and then she charged us. We waited another 10 mins before my citrus kick juice came out. Weirdest experience ever. read more

After my visit to this place I wish I'd had the ability to do the owner of this place a favor and fire the entire staff. I've been a loyal customer of Jamba Juice for more than fifteen years and at every one of them I've been greeted and treated with excellence. This was like walking into a third wold country franchise. The employee who helped me must have been high because he lacked any motivation or desire to be there. Not mention he was not wearing a name tag and was so sloppy he must have slept in his car the night before. All I remember is that he was tan maybe mixed race with green eyes. The moment I arrived I was ignored. When he was done doing what he was doing he folded his arms and turned his back to me so he could chat with a female who appeared to be visiting or maybe worked there since she was also behind the counter. It wasn't until I interrupted the conversation and asked if anyone could help me ,that he even acknowledged my presence. He made it very apparent I was an imposition to him. After he took my order I realized I needed protein added to my smoothie so he seem annoyed an told me it would be extra. I gave him a ten dollar bill since I didn't have the quarter for the extra protein and he gave me the wrong change. When I asked for the two dollars he owed me his body language again indicated annoyance and the complete lack of professionalism and maturity it requires to work with the public. If it was possible to give negative stars this place will definitely get a big NEGATIVE 5 STAR. I hope the owner of this business fixes this personnel issue before he starts bleeding any more cash. Their drinks are tasty and it's nutritious after you go there after a gym workout to refresh yourself with a great drink either by yourself or with a good friend. Prices are good. Lot's of choices to choose from and even if a drink you want to add something else, they will do so. Sure maybe extra 50 cents or so, but it's a must have as they drinks are well chill cold that you can get a brain freeze if your trying to down it fast. Try them out is all I can say. read more

Went to order three drinks, The woman kept telling me nicely what else I wanted, until the end I was informed that I need an ID for a debit card, I understand why a credit card needs Identification but not a debit card, I had to waste my gas to bring the actual owner of the card all for three juices, since Lynwood isn't a "safe" neighborhood I feel like this is profiling, because other Jamba juices in "privileged" neighborhoods never ask for an ID for a Debit card. I walked and we being helped by a great employee, I believe her name was Tina, as she did the best she could do with the staff she was provided. Another woman, I believe was Estella? Completely walked away from her duties and said "figure it out, I'm going home." I walked out completely dissatisfied because of the time I had to spend there waiting for my drink as I was pressed for time (heading to a game) but I understood the situation. I came in during their busy hours for a cold drink. They were doing the best they could which I really appreciated. The manager was a very polite woman. Alan was very friendly and had made my drink perfect compared to the other ones I've been given at other Jamba Juice stores. I can not remember what was the name of the other woman but she is a short African American woman with glasses. Gave me the impression of being very pleasant and friendly when I heard her interact with the other customers. However, it seemed like she was verbally negative. I frequently go to Jamba Juice and have been to this new location about 5 times since they opened and every time I go they never have things working properly it's either no fresh juices (machine not working) or they are missing ingredients such as granola, fruit etc. I don't know who the owner of the franchise is but wow this man or woman needs to get with the program and have everything available to be fully stocked with ingredients. The Strawberry Surf Rider I ordered had no flavor, it tasted like water, which disappointed me since I was craving the beverage for weeks. And the Mango-a-go-go my brother ordered looked and tasted nothing what it's supposed to.
