What a wonderful experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe! Grace was so nice and set the tone for a wonderful brunch for us. She was very interactive, chatting with my family and I and holding down the kitchen making smoothies, bowls and keeping things tidy! She was taking care of all of her customers in this way and you could tell she really cared. Dillon was on wraps and he made a delicious buffalo chicken wrap! I loved that it wasn't too dry and the chicken was soft. Joe took our initial order and was very patient as we decided what we wanted. Nicolette was helping fill orders as well and she had a mega-watt smile that was infectious! She delivered more of our food with ease and Emily was also nice. I think she was in training but had a bubbly demeanor to her. As far as my drink, I got a mango smoothie and the flavors were so good and strong! It honestly was better than my usual smoothie place and I really enjoyed it. Overall, we had great service here and will definitely be back! Thank you to the whole staff! read more

My first time visiting this location. It's been a while since I've had tropical smoothie cafe and I enjoyed my experience. I hit the mango magic which is mangos pineapple and non fat yogurt. Very very smooth blend and hit the spot. Customer service was adequate however you could hear side conversations discussed a little too openly during my visit. Quick and speedy service and looks like a well kept restaurant. I would try this place again read more

It's the same no matter where you are in the USA. This chain hires kids that don't clean or pays attention. It's disgusting. They don't wear name tags so you don't know their names. No hand washing and young lady who was working literally tried to make my smoothie with in the same blender after another without washing it. read more

severely inconsistent wraps and drinks. Have been ordering here for months straight just to sometimes get one really good wrap and one really good drink and the cons just outweigh the pros. The workers have either been really nice or really rude. I've found the daytime workers are nicer and the food quality is way better and the afternoon it all goes downhill. Honestly wouldnt have cared if the staff was rude or nice but the food is just so inconsistent and always misses an ingredient or something within the food. read more

I walked over from the hospital two weeks ago to grab a quick to-go lunch. It appeared the order was overlooked because it was delayed. An employee noticed me still waiting and took care of it right away. The Thai wrap was terrific and I'll order it again. If the wait time can be fixed I'll give you five stars next time! read more

The food and in store experience is great but their website is glitchy and they don't accept Apple Pay which is irritating when you walking and looking for some quick refreshment. When we did get a chance to order from them their smoothies and sandwiches were really great and you can taste the freshness. They are new in town so will give them a chance to iron out their kinks before we try them again. read more

Been coming here for a couple Of months and the service has declined dramatically. We always use the mobile ordering service so we won't have to wait . The past 3 times it would give us a time and we would arrive and still have to wait 15-45 minutes longer. Today we went our order was to be ready at 11:12 arrived nobody greeted me or asked what I needed. After 15 minutes I was able to get somebody to speak to me waited another 15 minutes finally got my order and 1 smoothie was missing so one of the girls said they would make it for me waited 10 more minutes then went outside to let me wife know what was going on so she wouldn't be worried. So my wife went in their to check on our order and the taller girl with the long fake eyelashes commenced to get an attitude with my wife. But one of the other girls made the smoothie for her real quick and handed it to my wife . So after an hour we finally get our full order and they were tasteless must of forgot to put all the ingredients or maybe put too much ice but it was the worst smoothies I've ever had from their. Out of 5 girls that were their I saw one cooking 1 making smoothies and the others doing nothing until a doordash driver asked if somebody could help the single girl making smoothies. Will try smoothie factory down the street next time . read more

I love tropical smoothie cafe. I spend most of my time in Oklahoma and there are several around where my apartment is. However, when calling to make sure my order was completed properly, and to let the person working know that we have a different car then what's stated, she repeatedly cut me off and was very short and rude to me. I work in retail and understand how to put on a customer service voice, even if customers are difficult, but I felt I was more than polite, and I just am really upset at how I was treated. read more

I called the next two days when they were opened, constantly got hung up on. I finally went in, two days later, a girl had headphones on. She was nice & I explained to her the situation, she said she could make it for me now. I told her I was ordering for a family member & then she input the refund & said it'd take time. She was the only one there & I doubt that ServSafe manager certificate (it might have been expired too) wasn't hers. My problem is not with the employee, she did what she could. My issue is the whole ordeal & them not once reaching out after I tried different avenues. If I hadn't gone in, I doubt I would've gotten a refund. Go down Broad, there are better customer focused establishments that deserve your business.

It was a little cold inside with the fans blowing but we found ledge seating in what I'd describe as more of the coffee lounge area so we could not be blown away. Order at the counter and they give you a # on a stand to take to your table for food delivery. Digital menu behind the registers and a posted seasonal coffee menu in a stand by the register. There was a case with some muffins & scones that looked good. I got the 1/2 Panini combo with soup - VIP (turkey, bacon, tomato, cheddar & mayo) & broccoli cheese soup. My Mom got the VIP and a bag of chips. We got our food quickly despite them being quite busy. The bread on the panini was perfect in my opinion- thin and not greasy - unlike any other panini I've had before. My personal preference would have been a little less cheese and a thin layer of mayo vs a couple glops but they didn't stop me - I easily scooped it out. I was so excited to indulge in broccoli cheese soup. Portion size was great however it had an unexpected spicy heat that hit you on the back end of the bite and was a little watery. I tolerated a few bites trying to like it but couldn't eat it unfortunately. It totally misses the mark on the creamy cheesy indulgence that broccoli cheese soup is.

I ordered from a Tropical Smoothie Cafe a couple of weeks ago, the door Dasher did not bring my full order. I ordered a smoothie for myself and one for my daughter and a sandwich and chips for myself, my daughter didn't want anything to eat and the Dasher only brought our smoothies. I called Doordash, they got me a refund but I called Tropical Smoothie first to see if they had noticed that the Dasher didn't get my food or maybe the Dasher did and just didn't bring it to me. No one answered, I left a voicemail and no one ever bothered to get ahold of me. No biggie. So I decided to try Tropical Smoothie again yesterday, during my lunch. I ordered the same sandwich I didn't get to try the first time and a different smoothie. The island green smoothie was okay but the sandwich was really less than desired. The lettuce was wilted and barely any on there. Tomatoes weren't too great, the bacon was almost just slivers. I completely understand about places not necessarily having all that they need which they do mention on their website or maybe not that great a selection right now. What I'm not understanding about is why they can't be bothered to take the time to put the fact that their produce may not be the best right now on their website or make it where you can't order something if they don't have the best selection, especially if someone is having to pay almost $9 for this so-called ULTIMATE CLUB. Since they don't, it looks as if they don't care what they put on their sandwiches. I blew it off when they didn't bother to get ahold of me the first time to try to make amends and make sure they had a returning customer as I made sure to mention it was my first time trying them but I'm not as sure that I can blow the sad excuse for a sandwich they sent me. read more

The one star isn't for the food or service but for the way management treats their employees. I was told they once "fired" a emplMoyer due to having a mental breakdown when they wasnt even working. I'm not sure about anyone eles but there's no way I'd let my child work for people that treat employees like this or make highschool students work during school hours I don't care if it's online school. Shame on them. Once I heard that I decided I'll never spend money there or anyone eles i know. If you can't have compassion for employees that have mental health issues then I feel sorry for you as a boss! read more

Came here 30 min before they closed and they had already put the stuff up.The girl in the front told me she couldn't make it because they had the utensils put up, and she told me she could make my sandwich.If I knew she was going to give me the wrong bread I wouldn't have gotten it and on top of she burnt both sides of the bread.
