This place is so good! I made my own bowl and my friend I believe got the nutty bowl. Service was great and super fast! They have a self ordering kiosk which honestly makes creating your own bowl way easier. They also had little games at all the tables which I loved. We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed somewhere with healthy and gluten-free options -- Vitality Bowls was perfect. It's tucked into a nice, newer strip mall and the restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and well-lit. The couches were a nice touch and the music gave it a relaxed vibe. We had no idea what to expect when we walked in, but the staff was super helpful. They explained that they have two menus -- the regular Vitality Bowls menu and a second one for their ghost kitchen. It was a little confusing at first, but they made it easy. I had the chimichurri steak wrap and my kid had a gluten-free grain and steak bowl plus a smoothie. Everything tasted fresh and had great flavor. Prices were a little higher than average, but you can tell they're using quality ingredients, so it felt fair. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is that the two menus setup could be a little better explained when you walk in. Otherwise, we'll definitely be back next time we're in Mansfield. read more

I went to the emergency room that night since I fell on my back. I called them told them I would like to report an accident and the manager Malik told me he will call me back. I've been here before and really enjoyed their food so I decided to order through doordash. I ordered the chimichurri steak bowl and a juice. The arrival time was 5:30pm, I placed my order at 3:20pm. 2 hours for a bowl and a drink?? My issue with this is the fact that I order from places around the same area (for example, mo'bettahs which is practically in the same parking lot) and it takes at most 30 minutes for me to get my food. You could chalk this up to a doordash issue, but the delivery time is never 2 hours for any other restaurants in that same vicinity. read more
