Tonight, I enjoyed the new Jamba Juice Acai Fusion bowl with acai and frozen yogurt bases topped with banana, strawberry, granola, blueberries, and I substituted peanut butter for the honey. The bowl was delicious, but be warned--it has 62 grams of sugar, which is more than a Coca-Cola! The employees were friendly and everything we ordered was tasty. Wonderful clean store with friendly staff. We do drop by there every 2-3 months. So far our new favorite is their Electric Berry Lemonade...it's amazing!! However, tried their Vanilla Blue Sky 3 times so far & unfortunately we just can't seem to like this flavor at all. Anyway, very convenient location with lots of parkings. I love Jamba Juice! Prices are getting more expensive, but so is everything else around here. I usually stick with my usual, Mango-a-go-go, but something convinced me to order the Caribbean passion and it was delicious! I ordered the medium, but the staff made too much and upgraded me to the large! The shop is pretty small and gets really hot. There was a couple of large fans running, but it's still fairly hot. Hopefully it was just a one off or the AC was broken and it's getting fixed. I hope the employees are staying hydrated back there. read more

I came here after lunch and there were couple of people ordering. Conveniently next to Walmart. I ordered Razzmatazz drink and it was great, but a little bit in the sour side. They made the drink quickly. If you order online they charge extra 0.35 cents for convenience fee. I also tried to order online with my gift card, but it didn't allowed me to use my gift card. Can't beat this location, friendly and personable staff and really I just have a moral obligation to always rate Jamba highly due to basically subsisting on nothing else in high school. But was kind of disappointed in the lackluster Vanilla Blue Sky smoothie other than that it really is blue and therefore very fun to eat. I love that they have an Impossible sandwich though, may have to go back to try that. read more

So... I almost never leave reviews, but in this case, I couldn't help it! It was just not a good experience at all. My granddaughter and I were in a hurry, so I called from a couple of blocks away and asked if I could order Over the phone so that it would be ready when we got there. They responded with a yes, so I did. When we got there, they said that it wasn't ready because we can't order over the phone. I let that roll off my back, only saying that that would have been good to know, put in our order, and went to sit to wait. There was nobody else in the store the entire time. After 20 to 30 minutes, we were both wondering what in the world could possibly be taking so long, when one of the employees actually summoned us to the front. That's where I noticed that The size was wrong. It was a small and I had ordered a medium. She proceeded to very quickly go to make another one. I asked if it was going to take as long as the first, since I would rather just have money back. That's when she stated that the drink had been sitting there for a long time on the counter. It's just that nobody had bothered to mention that! THEN she proceeded to put it in another small cup. But I didn't want two small cups, since I only had one cup holder for my granddaughter. She said, fine! I'll throw the rest away, like I was doing something wrong, and did that. THEN after we were on our long drive, my granddaughter told me that it was the wrong flavor. With so many of the local Jamba Juice franchises closing, it is nice to see that one is able to stay open!!!! Can't remember if this one has a drive thru or not, but either way, it won't be a long wait for them to service you. They have added lots of food options over the years and diversified their menu way more than it was before. Healthy (mostly) yes there's a lot of sugar content but at least it's from fruit so it's NATURAL sugar. read more

Confession time: I loves me a good Jamba Juice. Yes, there or more unique and interesting, even exotic places to get a quick, cool sip. But it's hard to stray from the semi-liquid fruity goodness that Jamba serves up. This location is in the Family Centre on Fort Union and Union Park, up above in the Wal-Mart/Bed Bath & Beyond section of the shopping center. Plenty o parking, etc. As a note to myself, I like the Caribbean Passion flavor. I always forget what to order and half the time end up ordering something that's good but not my fave. Now I can just check this review and read what I like. See? Yelp is useful to others AND to yourself! Clean store, nice employees. Annoying that they started offering "boosts" a few years ago. What in the high huggity ho is a boost? Don't be treading on my fruit smoothie with powders and ground up weeds! This falls more under the category of "side note" than "complaint," because it's easy enough to just say no to the boost offer. The probably sell other things besides smoothies, but I have no idea. My biggest and only semi consistent issue about this Jamba Juice is the numerous times my smoothie is about an inch or two (sometimes even 3) short from the top of the cup. The last time this happened to me (when I bought and was picking up 3 smoothies), the employee did not seem to care that I was getting much less than the 20 ounce cups held. When I brought it up to her, she said "that's all it made" and walked away from the counter. In total, I have had cups less than full about 5 or 6 of the times I have come here; so not every time or every other time, albeit frustrating and inconvenient. Most of the other times I visit, the service is pretty good and usually quick and friendly. I recently learned that if you place an online order, once you arrive, you should let them know. When you place the order online, they make it and just stick them in the fridge until you get there, so they are a bit melted already. It's Jamba. You've been to one, you've been to most. It's pretty standard and a good place to go with people because nobody hates smoothies, and unlike going to the not-so-on-the-ball Starbucks around the corner, there is no religion that discourages the consumption of fruit and ice. Since my office is a quick walk from Jamba, we have a tradition of having a "Thirsty Thursday" here every week for our sales team. The staff is patient and considerate, and I can definitely say that unlike my not-so-trusty Starbucks around the corner, I've never had an order or group order have any mess ups from here. The oatmeal is also really on point here and I love the texture of a good steel-cut oatmeal bowl, and you can choose your toppings for it as well. If you want any of the pastry type of foods, I definitely suggest the cheddar tomato twist toasted because it's pretty amazing. read more

I've been here a few times out of convenience and only was happy with my service once. The first visit was fast, as it should be since there was no one in there at almost 10pm. Second and third visit were busier, but lacked the polite, energetic service Jamba Juice is supposed to give. (I know, I worked there for 3 years) My smoothies were a little watery instead of making them thicker like I had asked since it wasn't so great during the previous visit. I would come here again only if I was craving it, but otherwise, I'll be buying my blender during the next road show and getting my ingredients to match the old school recipes drilled in my brain. read more

This place is a classic! I would go here all the time when they first opened. So now when I get a Jamba, it's both a nice little treat and a trip down memory lane. Jeff handled our order very unprofessionally. There's a sign by the cash register saying when you download the app you get $3 off your first order. I downloaded the app, scanned the barcode, and he got VERY visibly frustrated that it wasn't working. I get it's frustrating if something isn't working but you don't have to slam your hands on the table and go like "UGH THE WHOLE ORDER JUST ERASED". Makes customers feel really bad. Please consider training him a little better or going over anger management practices, completely unacceptable customer service. read more

This location was one of the first. We still call it Zuka. Been going here for years. Consistency is an issue but never so much so that we've never gone back (please excuse the double negative). Went here this morning. Got the same three flavors we always get. Runny as hell, all were filled about 1" or more from the top. Flavor was good but really concentrated. The manager was super animated and cordial. It was a bit over the top but whatever. He was saying something to the customer before me about Jamba not marketing chocolate smoothies to children and carcinogens. The customer said something like, "What? There are carcinogens in your smoothies?" He responded along the lines of chocolate=carcinogens but no, we don't put carcinogens in our smoothies, we're a health food store. We were both confused. I was with my 10-year-old. She has a science fair project due Wednesday and we are swabbing six different objects and culturing the bacterial to determine which object has the most germs. Money is one of the items and I asked the manager who had blended our smoothies to take my sterile swab and really dig it in between the bills in his till so we could swab that onto the petri dish in my daughter's hand. He responded that he wasn't allowed to open the till on request. I retorted that as a manager, certainly he had discretion and that it was unlikely a ruse to rob him as I was with my 10-year-old, had just used my reward points for a $3 credit and had paid with my credit card. We were the only ones in the store at that point. He honored my request in a begrudging, half-assed effort. We repeated the exercise elsewhere as I doubt his effort would have amounted to anything at all. Even my daughter was annoyed. Perhaps I was the one that was way out there. The whole experience made me wish I had gone to the Sandy or Draper location. The guy was odd and it all felt a little "off." I dunno... read more

Waited 15 minutes for a breakfast wrap. They only had 1 person working (very slowly). And on top of that my wrap came out cold. The employee offered to reheat it but my thoughts are is ir sanitary to reheat something that's half eaten?? More people working and better training may have solved this issue , it might be something to look into if you're the owner. read more

I stopped by the Ft Union Jamba Juice this evening a few minutes after 8:00 with my family. As we opened the door I noticed it looked very dim like half the lights were off. My immediate reaction was they were closed but, I noticed a few workers behind the counter. So I asked if they were closed and the guy said "Well" hesitated and said we're not. He said this very rudely as if we were bothering him. in fact my entire family picked up on the lack of professionalism by your employee. As we waited for our drinks I asked what time the store closed and was told in about 50 minutes. Again we felt like we were not wanted in this establishment. I love Jamba Juice, but this location is a joke! The only reason I went there was because I was starving and thought it would be fast. I mean I make smoothies every morning and it takes me 1-2 min tops! Well nobody there knew what they were doing. My acai bowl took over 20 min after I ordered, I didn't see anyone making it forever and that was even after there was no one ahead of me! I mean how long does it take to make an acai bowl? Just make a smoothie mix and throw on banana, granola, berries?!? How hard is that. Oh and there were 6 people working. None of which were doing anything! I think there should be a warning that if you get an acai bowl it will take a LONG time (over 20 min)! People behind me got their smoothie before me, if I would have known that I would have gotten a smoothie. read more

I contacted Jamba Juice on their website and shared with them my opinion about this location. I specifically mentioned that the music is always too loud and that they don't fill my drink to the brim. The responded by letter and stated that they would make immediate changes. They also provided me with a gift card good for one free drink. I went back and it was much better. Normally the employees are pretty robotic and not really welcoming but I most say I had a great experience there recently all because the the way I was greeted by an employee name Lindsay at the Midvale location. She was super friendly and had a smile one her face the entire time. She also apologized for having to run in the back to get more frozen yogurt which I didn't mind waiting because of how nice she was. Most reviews are negative but I felt compelled to give her credit on how she made me feel as soon as I walked it. read more

My husband & I live right down the street from this Jamba Juice but have only been here a couple times. The smoothies are always made perfectly, and the last time they made the wrong drink by accident and let us keep both. Knocked off a few stars because the last time we went there the female worker had her boyfriend in the back with her and seemed to be having an argument with him. She did not crack a smile once, even with customers there, and she was not helpful to the other employees at all in making our drinks. Twice, I've bought Gift Cards to give my employees and twice some have been rejected at the cash register! Can you imagine how embarrassing this is to give employees a perk and not have it work? Welcoming staff and fast. Almost guarantee that you'll have a chunk of peaches/mango in your smoothie, but nothing asking for double blended can't fix! I just forget and then am a lil sad, but again, double blending can fix that no problem, it's all about the consistency in flavor they give! The teen kid at the counter who was making my order did not wear his mask properly, and was sneezing into his arm... thankfully he covered his mouth but you're supposed to wear the mask over your nose... someone else from the store was getting on him about not wearing gloves either... kid seemed so dopey and oblivious to this whole plague thing that's happening.
