I was surprised by how low these reviews were. I thought mine and my boyfriends smoothie tasted great

Whaaaat did I pay for here? I go to Jamba Juice all the time but never this location I just happened to be in the area. I get the same exact thing every single time I come because I'm a creature of habit. So after getting my go to and headed to the car, I take a sip and audibly say wtf. There was zero flavor. Ice and whey. I took a second sip to see if maybe it just wasn't mixed well or something. Nope. I NEVER ever do this anywhere. Never in my entire life but I found my legs carrying me back to the counter and telling the girl at the cash register my drink is missing flavor. She said she'd remake it. While another girl was really snide said, "do you just want another drink?" No I want the same drink. I'm not trying to scam anyone cause I made a poor choice I just want what I ordered. The reason I gave a 1 star is because the second drink still sucked. End of rant. read more

Worst Jamba place ever. Management was HORRIBLE and it took an hour to get smoothies and half of the people left so they were making non existent smoothies! Most were HALF FULL and the other customers were just trying to get a refund or anything they could get at that point. I came in Wednesday, June 21st at around 520pm. There were at least 4 girls working. I waited 15 minutes for an island pitaya bowl. I watched the girl pouring the drinks for other customers not fill them up all the way and leave a lot in the blender. When I got my bowl it was the most skimpy bowl I was ever served and it was super liquidy. I order these all the time. Pretty disappointed. Long wait, poorly served. read more

Worst service at not only a jamba juice, but any company. I was really craving jamba juice this morning, hoping i could get me and my gilfriend a smoothie before i head to work, but instead find 3 jama juice employees sitting in the back of the store smoking cigarettes and goofing off. Then the emplyees stared at me with a stuck up grin as i drove up to the establishment. Non of them flinched, but just continued to sitting there at 9:58 (2 mins) before opening. I go to the door at 10:05, still see them sitting there, with no concern to open the store for us. Doors locked, and We sit in our car till 10:10 (10 mins after opening, and they just walk past our car, stare at as again with no concern that im a customer waiting here, and instead of openig the store, they sit outside the front door, and continue just talking! Dont even care to open the store? Cmon, its mot that hard to simply unlock the door and open! I tried to call the store hoping they was atleast one person working, and at 10:15, two calls just ring and end to voicemail. What the hell? Never in my life have i seen such carelessness for a compnay thats paying you to do your JOB! Reading the reviews, of others with similar issues (closing 20 mins early, making drinks with little effort, and terrible service) im suprised they arent fired. As a manager myself for my job, this would be unacceptable. read more

This is my favorite Jamba location I have ever been to. The manager and employees are super nice. Good customer service is important to me...and this store has the best! Jamba smoothies are my favorite go to snack when I am driving in the car. They also sell breakfast foods like yummy oatmeal and a few baked goodies. There are tables inside and outside the store so if you choose to stay and enjoy your items, you can can in any weather. Thanks for the great store! read more

I just got a smoothie from this Jamba. I ordered a greens and ginger which is one of my favorites. I saw the order was almost done so I went up to the counter. The girl making my smoothie, her name is Michelle San Juan, didn't fill my cup all the way and proceeded to just fill my cup the rest of the way with juice, swirl it, and put a lid on it. I actually work at a Jamba Juice and even if I didn't I know that's not something you should do. Anyways Michelle looked at a coworker lifting the cup as if to show how proud she was of her ingenious idea. She calls out my name and when she sees I was the customer getting her crappy smoothie she looks shocked because I was standing there watching the whole time. She turns around and whispers in a coworkers ear RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Obviously she was embarrassed but didn't do anything about it. Unless she's fired I'm not going to return to that Jamba. I'm actually super disappointed because up until today I have never had a ride Jamba employee. read more

The management is way better than it used to be! The workers are nice and you can tell they work hard under pressure. They are so friendly and considerate of the customers. The smoothies are great and the food is pretty awesome since they got their toaster fixed. read more

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Not only did we stand at the register waiting to put in our order for 10 minutes while all three employees ignored us, but the cashier was extremely rude. She approached the register without greeting us and stared at us waiting for us to just say our order. She then just continued to glare and took our order. Three people who ordered after us got their smoothies first. Then finally when we got our first smoothie. She didn't get our second smoothie so she gave us more attitude of course. Took about 7 more minutes to make our smoothie with no other orders. I'd rather drive 4 more miles to another location than come back here. read more

Just like any Jamba Juice, they offer some of the best Smoothies around. The associates here are top notch and I love call in my small order and drive in and out. This place is great for breakfast and offers granola bars and oatmeal for breakfast. My favorite Smoothie is called the Orange Dream Machine. its a creamy Orange concoction! read more

I come to this location regularly and recently the quality has been slipping. The last two times I've been there there's been a funky smell as if something had gone rotten and the first time it was so strong I almost walked out just because I was growing nauseous. Both of these last two times, the orders were taken very slowly and at points there was only one person working and he was strictly running the register. There were two other employees there but neither of them started making smoothies and at one point the cashier had rung up about 10 orders but no one had started making any of them. So he just kept taking more orders and neither he nor the two others seemed in any hurry to start fulfilling the orders. Tonight when I came in, It took the cashier about 5 to 10 minutes to take an order that turned out to be two smoothies ...just two. Then after a lengthy wait where a shake was finished every 3 to 5 minutes, again by a single person while three were there in the restaurant,I was given a shake that was almost warm; it was very runny it was running out of the top of the shake and I took it home and put it in the freezer because I want a smoothie to have some sort of thickness to it. I get that these are just kids and they are not paid a lot but for $6-7 smoothie I do expect some sort of consistency from a chain store. read more

Horrible experience! The guy wanted to upgrade me to a large I said okay. I always get the orange supreme because I love the taste of the apple, carrots and orange juice together. I paid $9.00 and when I got my drink it was a medium size. I complained and they wouldn't give me a large size, even though I paid for it! We went into this location, bought a $4 smoothie with a $100 gift card. Went back the following week and the balance was $0. Jamba Juice corporate said that the balance had been 'spent' in its entirety. But not by us. So basically one of the employees stole the remaining balance off of the gift card during our first visit. When I called the store to basically accuse one of their employees of stealing $96, the manager responded with indignation, "how dare you accuse one of our employees of stealing!" And hung up. And to answer your question Jamba Juice manager, YES, that is exactly what I was doing. So I am not sure if they are defending their employee for stealing? Asked for our smoothies extra thick, and after a 10 minute wait in this extremely warm building we finally got our smoothies, they were so runny, it was like drinking milk. So bad we just threw them away. The wait was so long and it was so hot it wasn't worth going back to ask if we could have them remake it. Disappointed: the first time I tried a Strawberry surf, I absolutely loved it, but times since have found them to lack flavor, at first I thought perhaps I had ordered the wrong one. Have come to realize that it's the location. If I go to the one on 106th, it's great, if I go to the one at Fort Union, it's flavorless. Have tested both locations twice now, with the same results. What's disappointing is that the one on Fort Union is more convenient, but just not worth the money. read more

i've always preferred this location because the only time i went to the one in sandy my food was ice cold and they messed up the smoothie. but today i went here and the staff was just not friendly and waited about 10 minutes for 1 smoothie and a breakfast sandwich which i'm not mad about but instead she gave me a wrap which was cold when i bit into it. and i don't feel ok with eating ice cold food especially added it's the wrong thing. i'm sad because i love jamba but i guess i'll just have to stick to the smoothies since multiple times they've served me cold food. read more

EVERY and I mean EVERY Jamba Juice I've been to in both Utah county and salt lake county provide me a laminated secret menu when I ask. As a semi new employee/manager, i do enjoy our smoothie but one thing i know we definitely need to work on is customer service. We will be working hard to change the way we do things and make sure every customer gets the best customer service. Most days we do struggle like any business especially during the mornings until the afternoon, but we are definitely working on making things much better for this location and for all the guest we see come through the door. read more

Very poor customer service. My sister and I stopped at this Jamba Juice and we each ordered a smoothie, flat bread and then decided to try a ginger shot. When ordering we asked for two ginger shots and the lady taking our ordered asked if we wanted to have a 1 or 2 ounce shot. Since we had never had this shot before we asked for the 1 ounce. When we received our order they gave us two 1 ounce wheat grass shots. We asked the girl politely that we ordered ginger shots and they both said that we ordered the wheat grass because we said we wanted the 1 ounce shot. The gal didn't clarify that the ginger shots only come in 2 ounces so the girl just assumed we wanted wheat grass when we specifically said ginger. Also, the wheat grass shots were double the price. So then we asked to have it switched to ginger shots because they wouldn't refund us the difference. So the gal went back and only made one 2 ounce ginger shot for us to share. We pretty much lost $5. Also, our smoothies took like 15 mins to make. Never coming back! read more

I'm here at jamba, 25 minutes after I walked in the door. There were 6 people ahead of me in line when I walked in. I just barely ordered, 25 minutes later. I asked them to open another register...it is broken. Once I ordered and was ready to pay, I handed her a $50 bill, which she wouldn't accept. I then gave her a credit card. The last time I checked, a $50 bill is pure cash. Nothing better. And they won't accept it? I freaking hate this location. It has always been poorly managed and a nightmare to frequent. I'm not sure why this location gets a bad rap on reviews. I go here regularly, my order is always right, I don't have to wait long and the staff is fine. Some workers could be friendlier but I've never experienced the "horrible" service others have indicated. My smoothie tastes just like any other Jamba Juice. Consistent. My kids especially like this location because it's spacious and they have building toys! read more

Normally, I have a good experience at Jamba Juice, but tonight I am seething. I took my son for a smoothie, and we got in line to order. We were 3rd in line. Suddenly a dance troop of teen girls, about 20, came in the store and stood at the back trying to decide what to order. A store employee, a teenager whose name rhymes with Boy, comes up to the front to open a new register. He looks directly at my son and I, but doesn't greet us or beckon us forward. I figured he needed to do something to unlock the register, so I waited until we got to the front of our line and ordered. All of a sudden a bunch of teen dancers approached the counter, having decided what to order, and "Boy" was Johnny on the spot, calling them over to his now open register. I realized that he deliberately withheld serving us because he didn't want to risk the chance that the pretty girls would queue in the other line. Very irritating. When our order came up, the girl pushed my Acai bowl over to me, but made no effort to serve my son. She seemed unaware that the order contained two items. Disorganized and poorly trained. Every year I look forward to the pumpkin smash - and today I had to have it. It is always a little painful to spend $6.00 for a SMALL smoothie, and even more painful when it is only filled 3/4 of the way. It's like buying a pizza with a slice missing. I reviewed this Jamba in October 2015, and management messaged me that they would fix the problem but when we came back today, they still had a NASTY bathroom key sitting on the counter along with all the juices. The worker handed someone the bathroom key and then proceeded to make my juice without washing his hands. That's exactly the same as going to the bathroom, not washing his hands and then making my juice! So disgusting and unsanitary! This is not a seedy area like Hollywood Boulevard... First let me say, I love Jamba Juice. Just not this Fort Union location. Went in several days ago with a 2 coupons since they are doing a sweepstakes on winning Jamba Juices for a year. 1 coupon was to my email account and the other to my husband's, since he also wants to win. The girl at the counter was a trainee and when the Manager came over to show her how to redeem my $2 Jamba Juice's he told me that I could not use both of them, Even in different transactions. I was highly annoyed since the Draper location let me do it several days previously. The Manager (trainer) therefore mocked me and sarcastically said "Draper is cooler than us." (Which they are, Dan the general Manager at Draper is the best, knows my name and genuinely treats me as an appreciated customer). I sadly ended up getting one of the Jamba Juice's since I had my 7 year old and he was planning on one. Will never go to this Jamba Juice again. I was disrespected by the manger's mocking and I don't appreciate being treated with his sarcastic mannerism. read more
