Very disappointing experience. We walked up to place an order and were completely ignored while the attendant took orders from cars that arrived after us. When we asked whether they only accepted orders from customers in vehicles, we were told that they needed to "prioritize people in cars." That response makes no sense if you're accepting orders from both walk-up customers and vehicles. Orders should be taken in the order customers arrive, regardless of whether they are on foot or in a car. If walk-up orders are not allowed, then there should be a clear sign stating that policy so customers don't waste their time waiting. The way this situation was handled felt unfair and discriminatory toward customers who arrived on foot. Good customer service means treating everyone equally and respectfully. I love swig but this location is not the move! I order the same drink every time but somehow I always have a different total and it tastes different so I have to bring it back for them to fix. Definitely just go to a different location I don't have issues at the others. read more

We've always had a good experience here and no big lines. Last time, we had our golden retriever in the back and they gave us the cutest pup cup with a treat inside! It's right in the Winco parking lot, so we'll often go grab a bite at the deli and then get a Swig. read more

I have seen these places pop up everywhere, well today I decided to try one.... That was a huge mistake! The amount of sugar and artificial sugar is ridiculous!!! Beyond ridiculous!! I have never had a drink this sugary and bad!!! How do they allow this as a business?? I asked for something with " the least amount of sugars " and my drink was still pure sugar! I don't understand?? How can we allow people to have this....on a daily basis???!! If you care about your health don't come here!! If you care about your sugar intake definitely don't come here!! Seen so many Swig locations that I finally stopped by to try one. The drive thru line was long so I would have gone into the lobby but this location is drive thru only. Took about 10 minutes in the drive thru queue. Bought my guilty pleasure which is a small Sprite. Had hoped to buy bottled water too alas only soda for sale. There are also pretzel bites here but I just ate lunch so I didn't have the space, otherwise those sounded good too. I like that there is no paper receipt to save paper but it would have been nice to have been told the remaining balance on my gift card when I paid without having to ask. Other than that the people were nice and the drive thru was convenient. Unfortunately there wasn't a way to leave a tip on a gift card so I just left them my gift card and hope they're able to treat themselves :) read more

This particular location always had the longest wait times. I don't know why, perhaps management only staffs one person during the day. At least that's what it feels like. It's always at least a 15-30 minute wait. Currently been waiting in the drive through for 18 minutes. Update: I ended up waiting over a half hour in line. I arrived in the drive-through line at 9:10 AM and didn't pull away with my drink until after 9:45 AM. I was helped by two staff members and both of them were very friendly. One of them was clearly either sad or stressed. These girls really need some help in there. Unfortunately, the drink did not taste at all like it normally does and it felt like a huge waste of time and money. There was barely any pure which effectively made it taste like water with cream in it. Not worth the $6 I paid. At this point, I am done giving this location a chance and will no longer return. read more

What a terrible experience. I'm used to poor service at swig but this group of employees really takes the cake. They didn't start making our drinks until we were at the window even though it was an online order. They still managed to get 2 of the drinks wrong and then blamed us. They read the order incorrect but some how that was our fault. My sugar cookie was not cold and it was so flat/flimsy. Not what we are used to with other swigs. Skip this location unless you have an extra 30mins to sit in line for bad service/drinks. read more

After driving by numerous Swig locations, I was intrigued and finally decided to stop by. I am so glad I did! Swigs main thing is drinks - you can get custom flavors in your soda or sparkling water of choice. They have some great pre made combinations on their menu if you need a place to start, but you can also create your own. I'm a fan of the refreshers - I've tried sparkling water with strawberry purée, raspberry purée, and pineapple separately. All of them were good! I love the refreshers because you get some flavor with your carbonation but it's not overkill sweet or syrupy. The price point is also perfect, you aren't getting overcharged in my opinion. They also have some other options on their menu (I think I saw hot chocolate) plus a few treats like cookies or pretzel bites. The staff working were super friendly too. They take your order on a tablet in a drive thru and then you get your drink at the window. Easy! I'll definitely be back. read more

Honestly I'm very disappointed, my og order is a Loop T Loop with extra extra passion fruit & strawberry popping pearls. Well after I ordered my drink I usually don't check it because why would I yk? Anyways I'm sipping & sipping I usually have a lot of pearls while I'm sipping just to find ..... There's was hardly any & remember I ordered extra extra. There was no passion fruit pearls to be found , after I poured my drink into a clear cup to see how much I had. I would say that they only scooped 1/4 cup of pearls into my extra extra passion fruit & strawberry popping pearls Loop T Loop. Truly disappointed because this is my go to swig .
