Jamba Juice is an efficient place that you could really get a good mood in, either that or Starbucks. The fact that they're next to each other is fun to be able to enjoy either one or the other. Ever since my family's given me coupons to this place, I have been going there on some work days when it's in the afternoon. I have been trying hard to stay healthy, especially since this place does offer a variety pack of options. It's a best crave for more towards Summer/Fall, not as much Winter. This is the dirtiest Jamba Juice I've ever been in. The floors are disgusting - thick dirt and debris. Gross.

Walked in and was greeted with a smile from my lovely cashier! and after purchasing my drink and tipping a dollar, I always walk over to the counter to watch my drink being made. As I watched the other man pour my drink into the cup I noticed he stopped at least an inch away from the top of the cup, and there was plenty left in the blender, so before he could put the lid on I asked, "um, excuse me, but my drink is a little short... would you mind filling it up a little bit more please?"... (note: there was no other people in the store) and he gave me one of the meanest looks I've ever seen. He angrily pounded the blender, splashing me a bit in the process, and when I said "sorry, thank you, I hope you have a good day..." he gave me the most sarcastic "have a great day!!" It's a little disappointing because I'm a student that works at a minimum wage job that pays $7.25 an hour, and after tax, one hour of my work equates to one drink at a jamba juice so whenever I buy one of these things it's really a treat, and this one just didn't seem like it was worth my time. The only reason I'm rating this a two star instead of a one star is because of the nice guy running the cashier. But regardless I don't think I'll be coming back to this location, I'll just stick to the one in the town center by the theater, where the service is always wonderful, and the people there don't make you feel like you just wasted your money. read more

Im fairly new to the Jamba Juice addicted world. But every now and then, I get a craving for a White Gummy Bear Original...and this is the place to go. Kinda wish they had the Check in offers that some of the other Jamba Juice locations offer, but that's ok. They always get my order right...fast and courteous service. I've been to this location about four times, but today was definitely awful in terms of customer service from this location. There were two workers, one male and one female. No one was at the register for about four minutes nor was there a greeting to people stepping into the store, including myself. Once I got to the register the girl was not pleasant at all. Most busy Jamba Juice locations thank you for being patient, but not this worker. She looked like she hated being there. I ordered my daughters drink and the guy making the drink had a better attitude, he should have been the person to work the register since he had a better customer presentation. I hope no one else has to experience this type of service here. Never again am I bringing my daughter to this location, it's worth traveling that little extra mile to the other location for better service. read more

This is my usual Jamba Juice location and I'm always happy. Today however, my cashier was not friendly at all. Nothing personal, just seemed like a really young girl who probably didn't wanna be there. Anyway, I always get the watermelon chia smoothie and today it just didn't taste right. I didn't realize til I had already left, but it seems like they forgot to add the yogurt. It was a bright reddish pink color instead of the usual light pink and tasted bitter. Consistency is key guys!!! I'm sure there's a recipe you follow good thing my two year old doesn't know the difference and I didn't waste my money. read more

I went here yesterday 01/04 asked for the 2/$10 medium smoothies. I understand no substituting however my sister is allergic to peaches and when I order two strawberry surf riders I asked one with no peaches due to allergy and the girl there (I didn't get her name she had no name tag on) smiled and said sorry no substitutes. I've been going to the same Jamba Juice here at the Mililani Shopping Center for a few years now and this time, they have utterly failed at delivering a decent product. The strawberry dream was nightmare. Not only was it watered down and thin in consistency, they seemed to have forgotten to add fruit to the drink so you can at least taste the strawberries! I see new staff there, and it's clear they haven't been fully trained. The girl behind the counter couldn't even tell the difference when asked which drink was which (I ordered a watermelon splash and the strawberry dream), so she just lied and picked a drink (which was incorrect). They messed up my order once & every single time I would come here and order MEDIUM drinks, they never fill it to the top like I know their trick. For bigger sizes they don't tap the cup down and start stacking it till it reaches the lid. If I order a medium, FILL IT TO THE TOP. Last week I went to my local Mililani Shopping Center (the one by Foodland in Mililani - not Town center) and purchased a Chunky Strawberry and a large cup of oatmeal with Strawberries and bananas. I drove to work in town and opened my oatmeal to find that the bananas were as hard as wood! Yes, I thought that Jamba Juice had put in fake bananas into my oatmeal because it made a noise when you tapped on them. They were so hard that it made my oatmeal inedible. I wasn't able to drive back to return it as I work in town. The two items cost over $11.00. Today I went back to the Jamba Juice to order some pretzels and informed the staff there about this. I told them that the bananas must have been green and that the shouldn't serve customers green bananas. The "manager" or shift supervisor came out from the back to talk to me. As I was explaining myself to her, she bent down and pulled out a $1.00 off coupon. Wow! A whole dollar! I walked out saying that they should have refunded me the entire $11.00 transaction. Slowest jamba I've ever visited. Worker doesn't know how to work the register. Everyone that ordered after me got their smoothie first. A cousin of the employee came in and got free smoothies before me!! Finally I got my Strawberry Surf Rider and it was watery and not like normal Jamba at all. Really disappointed by their service and quality. Nothing against Jamba Juice in general though only the employees at THIS location by 24 hr fitness and Ross. Then when when the cashier realized I was asking for service she gave a look without saying how can I help you she places her hands on the register with attitude now. I LOVE the chicken noodle soup! The cost is $3.29 for a moderately sized cup. The soup is made from scratch and has noodles, carrots, celery, and chunks of chicken. Lots of flavor and low on salt. The other great thing about this location is the service. The staff is always friendly and nice. If there is any room for improvement, my only suggestion is for this location to hire an additional person for the weekends; they seem understaffed for the constant stream of customers that go through there. read more

Love this location. The drinks are a lot more tastier and satisfying then the Kunia Jamba Juice. It has the taste of what you're actually purchasing. The Kunia JJ taste powdery and watered down. Usually I go to starbucks on Friday and Saturday mornings to get my fix but SB was too busy and I needed to get to work ASAP so I came to JJ instead. The ONLY thing I would give a thumbs up on is the "good morning" that I got as I walked in. EVERYTHING ELSE after that was absolutely DISAPPOINTING. First of all, the music was SO LOUD in this store that the cashier couldn't even hear me making my order so I practically had to raise my voice. Second of all, I'm pretty sure that I told the cashier I wanted a pitaya bowl AND a ham and Dijon sandwich just so I could get my usual breakfast fix BUT I GUESS NOT. I actually used to work at Jamba Juice @ Fort Street Mall and I ALWAYS used to repeat the order back to the customer so I don't have any mistakes. The cashier didn't even do that to me. This JJ has mostly boys, yes I say boys, working. They should have girls working in the morning instead because they're more accurate in the morning. So after I ordered there were 3 other MEN that walked through the door and ordered. Again, I ordered a SMALL PITAYA BOWL and while my bowl was getting made, ALL 3 of the men who walked in after me GOT THEIR ORDERS BEFORE ME! WTF! I don't give a rats @$$ if their orders were smoothies and a sandwich! I SHOULD'VE GOT MY ORDER BEFORE THEY DID! That pissed me off. It took an equal amount of time to make all 4 orders yet I received my order LAST. FAIL, EPIC FAIL. I will not ever go back to this JJ ever again even if I wanted to. This Jamba is at the perfect location! Right next to a 24 hour fitness. Of course a lot of gym people will go there to eat healthy or get there protein after a workout. Well that's what I did I got my protein meal before a workout ( a protein berry bowl.. Ugh so good!) and I must say I was very disappointed. I wanted something to start off my workout, to energize me & satisfy me. I got none of that. The best I got from this location was a "aloha" when I walked threw the front door. Other then that, my bowl was like soup. If I wanted soup I would've went to pho or some noodle place. I didn't wanna return it because I needed to eat and I didn't feel like being a "b*tch" (excuse my language) so they're lucky on that part. I probably won't be back at this location, unless someone can prove to me they can make a THICK bowl that doesn't look like cold soup. read more

If you would like a quick in and out breakfast, do not go to this location. I was in line for good amount of time, not because the line was long but because the associate took at least 3-5 minutes re-asking for orders and then figuring out how to punch it in. This was no different for me, with the exception that she didn't know my sandwich existed and had to ask a coworker what and where it was on her ordering screen. I was able to leave, wait in line at Starbucks, and return. But only to find out that my "melt" was still in the refrigerated state.
