I wasn't sure about how the pumpkin would taste, but it had a good balance, and it was a great addition to fall. Bowls are about $11 which is pretty standard for açai bowls. The consistency I would say is more of the watery side versus the thick side side. It's also on the sweeter side, but a nice refreshing treat for a hot day. Poor Service at Jamba Juice Left a Bad Taste I recently had a disappointing experience at Jamba Juice that left me questioning the quality of their customer service. There were only two employees working and it wasn't even busy, yet the service was incredibly slow. A customer ahead of me was still waiting on his one drink for what seemed like a long time, and I ended up waiting quite a while for mine as well. What really shocked me was that neither of the two employees seemed to be making drinks, they were just standing around talking. When I politely asked about the status of my drink, one of them responded with an attitude. Eventually, he handed me a drink that looked completely off: watery, messy, and not even full. I pointed out that it didn't look like a full medium, and he said it was in a larger cup, as if that somehow made up for it. Frankly, that doesn't make sense, if I ordered a medium, I expected a properly made, full medium-sized drink. Putting it in a larger cup that's barely filled just makes it feel even more off. As I walked away, calmly, not trying to escalate anything, the employee sarcastically said, "You're welcome," which honestly felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I walked in just wanting a drink, nothing more, and walked out feeling like my concerns were dismissed and my presence as a customer didn't matter. It's not about the drink at this point, it's about the principle. I wasn't rude, I wasn't impatient, I just wanted decent service. If this is how Jamba Juice trains their staff to respond when customers speak up, then something needs to change. I ended up throwing out my drink that I paid almost $12 for. Ordered a large smoothly and ... it was pretty empty at the top so I felt a little :/ about that. The acai bowl was not super thicc, but was an ok consistency and the bowl is loaded as far as the container allows (the container though is a little small) - personally I'd rather go to Vitality Bowls or another acai place. Inside the AC is BLASTING which us great for a hot day, but there is limited seating - around 5 seats at barstool type seating. read more

It's been a couple years since I've been here but I had a dental appointment today where half my jaw was numbed up so this was called for! The location itself is just as I remember, cool, neat and clean. The employees are always friendly and attentive. The menu has had some additions over the years but definitely for the better. I ordered the Caribbean passion for myself, I've been ordering it for 10+ years at this point and it's always a hit. It's lightly sweet but citrusy, it has milk but I've never been bothered by it nor is it overpowering and I'm lactose intolerant. We got a small mango-a-go-go for our youngest since she loves smoothies. Definitely fitting that this is a classic as it never gets old. She absolutely loves it! We got the gotcha matcha for my husband and he loves it! It does leave the light film in your mouth but that's typical of matcha. We ordered the Razzmatazz for my mother with an energy boost as well. This was my first time going into this location and definitely my last. I went in to pick up an order for a coworker that he had made about 30 minutes prior to my arrival to pick it up. Not only was the order, not ready, The only employee ignored me while I stood at the pick up counter and proceeded to serve six people and make their drinks before anyone acknowledged me. Her coworker made the order thankfully or I probably would've been there for another half an hour. We happened to be closer to this location, so we stopped by to grab a couple of strawberry surf riders yesterday - a mix of strawberry, peach and lemonade that makes up what is, in my humble opinion, quite possibly the best drink on their menu. Jamba juice stopped accepting buy one get one free fundraising cards without any notice and with no recourse. This is essentially a breach of customer trust and the promise they made to the customer through these cards. Further, the staff is quite slow, and clearly seems disinterested. If you are unhappy with the job, you don't have to continue working at Jamba juice. There are many other places to go work at. Edit - Adding a star to my previous review. Last couple of visits have been better service-wise. - - - First off, l've never had any problems with the drinks themselves. The smoothies are good, the quality is fairly consistent, and the turnaround time on making orders is usually fine. The staff, however, is lacking. I come to this location once or twice a week (it's the only one near me) and have a good service experience maybe 1 out of 5 times. Every other time the employees act annoyed to help me, ignore me so they can chat, or just ignore me generally. I usually mobile order, and sometimes I'll wait at the pickup counter for 5 minutes or more before anyone even makes eye contact, let alone asks for my order info. The staff may help quicker if the shop isn't busy, but then it's not uncommon for them to go through the whole exchange without saying a single word. I don't know if it's fatigue from understaffing or disinterest in the work or what, but in the end it doesn't matter why. Service should not be this consistently bad. I should not feel like my mere presence as a customer is ruining your day. read more

I paid for a handwich and the guy who took our order was such in a rush to leave he forgot to put it in the oven. After 7ish minutes of waiting I had to go and ask where the order was and another guy put it in the oven but the oven was so hot it came out burnt. Also This place is so dirty. They are very slow. I was in there and had to wait 20 minutes for my smoothie. They only had one guy working back there. One girl was doing food, but they were very very slow. Every time I go in there they just are extremely slow. They need more workers behind the counter, and not everyone uses the kiosk to order so someone needs to order what the person that employee takes a break from making a bunch of smoothies to the cash register. They just need a more efficient system. Also every time I try to order the exact same smoothie with no modifications online, it always automatically ends up doing a modification or the people just can't read it. A friend gave me one of those gift cards for Jamba Juice, so I decided to use it this past weekend since it was so hot. This location is easy to find. I ordered a Kale smoothie and an Açaí smoothie as the FREE one. The cashier was friendly and prompt. Within a few minutes, the juice mixer called my name and asked if I needed a drink carrier, which was nice. There a stools to sit at the counter, but I went outside for the round tables with umbrellas. I do like Jamba Juice, but after trying to cut down on sugar, I realized there are natural sugars in those fruits and it tasted too sweet to me now. It's a small Jamba Juice. There's not much foot traffic as there was only one person before me in line. After that person received their drink, I stood there waiting to be called up. The cashier went to the back to do something. Everyone else in the back was just kind of looking at me and then looking away. I finally walked up and called out, "Excuse me," several times. Two people looked at me and then looked away. There was no one else in the shop, so I don't know what they are doing. Obviously not working. Finally, one guy came to the cash register to help me.
