Fast service, delicious mangonada - tasted like one I'd get from the swap meet or the fruit lady! Baskin Robbin's just always gives me good memories. We come all the way from Felton and normally we're rushing and tonight we were here about 9:35pm and the lady at the counter said that sorry they were closed and they wouldn't serve us milkshake because the blender closed. I do not understand this you sell ice cream you're open until 10 o'clock. You should be open until 10 o'clock. She just turned someone away too at 10 minutes before so 950. Went in tonight for dessert on my way home. While looking at the flavors I observed that in the freezer chest that has the tubs of ice cream along the edges of the chest by the glass in three sides was black residue. Is this mold? At the edges between the glass and metal. Around the hinges on the glass panel was a black material. It wasn't a rubber seal. Some of the ice near the top of the freeze edges was brown ice. Again a sign of not being cleaned in a very long time. I don't know the last time this chest was really cleaned but it's been a while. read more

This may be my first ever visit to a Baskin-Robbins despite these shops being everywhere! Shop wasn't busy at all on a weekday evening after dinner. They do limit 3 customers indoors at a time. There weren't any other patrons when I stopped by. The staff greeted me as I came in and was ready to help once I finished browsing the choices. Not as pricey an ice cream store as Coldstone Creamery or other specialty ice cream shops. That said, it is definitely a pretty penny for a scoop of ice cream. I believe it was ~$3.50 or so for a kiddie cone or cup, which would be about the same cost as walking over to the grocery store nearby to grab a gallon container of comparable ice cream :) This shop does have a nice variety of flavors though, which I was delightfully surprised by. I originally was going for a classic chocolate mint chip cup, but there are so many other tempting flavors to choose from too. Matcha latte, oreo cookies and cream, Jamocha, Gold Medal Ribbon, and so many more. Ended up getting the matcha latte since I'm a fan of green tea. I was a bit dubious about it being authentically flavored, and I was right. Don't get me wrong, it didn't taste bad or off, it just wasn't the best matcha latte flavor I've had. I probably would not get this flavor again, and would recommend trying out another flavor instead (since there are so many to choose from already)! read more

The little one requested this ice cream place for dessert so we came. We came in and were greeted right away. My little one made his choice and I chose a scoop of cotton candy ice cream. I noticed right away the ice cream looked different and tasted different. The ice cream usually looks darker and tastes sweeter. Ice cream is delicious no matter what flavor you dig into. Came here to celebrate after getting my second vaccination. It was a hot day so ice cream was the perfect dessert. It was a Sunday so it was fairly crowded. They only allowed one party inside at a time because of covid regulations so we waited in a line outside. It took a while before we made it inside. They had hand sanitizer right at the door so you can clean your hands. We got a cookies and cream flavor and a coffee flavor. Both were decent. Their ice cream is very sweet and decadent so I got tired of it really quickly. It's nothing special but not bad. The workers were nice. There's no seating inside or outside so we just ate our ice cream while standing outside. Cake was picked up and mom sent me a photo of the cake. I was disappointed to see that the color and design displayed in the photo was not followed. I used to attend St. Joseph's Elementary School and I've been attending this Baskin Robins for years, and I'm happy to see this place still up and running and doing well. My mom and I came here on Thanksgiving and surely enjoyed being helped by John, the owner. He was the only one working on Thanksgiving Day and I have so much love and respect for this guy. He is a prime example of a Pilar and roll model in this community. I too myself own a business and John is a wonderful example of a business man who I admire. I'm this location of Baskin Robins is a big landmark and a very important place to me and there is no one who can run it better than good old John! Stopped in for my free birthday scoop. Standard BR here with lots of flavors including your regular vanilla strawberry and chocolate. I was offered samples so I tried the strawberries and banana one. It was too banana-y for me. So I settled on the peanut burt cup. It's just vanilla ice cream with peanut butter VIP chunks in there. A kid scoop is plenty for be but they have multiple sizes. Also props to the staff for being patient with a mom who was trying to order a cake but didn't understand if you wanted it personalized, you would have to order it in advance. I went out with my family to get a treat on the 31st, but at the register I was told I would need to show my ID for the $28 dollars that I was about to charge. The lady claimed to be the manager there and that that is what all of her employees should be doing. We have been going there for years and never had that happen. We won't be going to that one again. This little Baskin Robbins survived! I happened across it when I had a strong craving for ice cream cake. I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon to grab some (I mean it was for my nephews, not me). No one else was in the shop. There's ample parking since they share the same lot as Best Buy. I got in, and both cashiers greeted me. I took my time picking the right amount of cake and then had the ladies grab the cake out of the freezer for me. They helpfully asked if I wanted anything on it and I said "NO, ITS FOR MY NEPHEWS" (perhaps a little too forcefully). In any case, it was a quick trip to Baskin Robbins. Came here for dessert after having our sushi dinner next door. My friend ordered the banana split where you get to choose 3 different ice-cream flavors and toppings. We picked jamoca (coffee-flavored), cherries (with pieces of cherries and hint of rum) and chocolate ice-cream topped with chocolate and strawberry sauce. As I am more used to slow-churned ice-cream/ frozen yoghurt, I find regular ice-cream a bit heavy for my stomach. Overall, service was quick and friendly. 3.5 star average rating. But after we finally cut into it it was delicious!! The cakes are a bit pricey but it tasted great! We ordered a 8"round for $29.99. It feeds 6-8 people depending on how you slice it and we got about 10 slices (different sizes), and fed 8 of us easily. There also want just enough white cake with each slice that your got a good amount of cake and ice cream. And of course the ice cream was good as expected. I had a very good experience here tonight when we came to have dessert after a nice Chinese dinner. We each got 2 giant scoops (thanks to the very generous guy serving!) in a waffle cone. The ice cream is classic 31 Baskin Robbins which is deee-light-ful! But what I always like is getting me a nice big scoop, and I got that, so check and check. Well done, sir. My fiancee and I came into this location yesterday. It's a nice little spot. The workers there are really nice and polite. Most important of all, it wasn't crowded...we had to leave a couple of places earlier because the line was through the parking lot and across the street. I hate that!!! Though there are probably better "gourmet" ice creams out there, I still have very fond memories of Baskin-Robbins. It all goes back to childhood, and for some reason Baskin-Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip is still my all time favorite ice cream to eat. The combination of the finely chopped up chocolate, and just the right amount of minty-ness makes this the best. By itself, in a sundae, shake, or even in their turkey-shaped Thanksgiving cake (yes, I tried it) it just yum, yum yum. Kids love this place and there is something for everyone here. Poor ice cream and service. I ordered pralines and cream in a waffle cone because I was driving so I asked for my ice cream in a cup with the waffle cone on top and told me rudely that they had to charge me for a cup and the cone. That makes no sense. You're charging me for the cone, why do you also have to charge me for the cup? That's what the ice cream would be in regardless. On top of that the ice cream was gross. Coupon picture shoes two sundaes over flowing top of cups. Served us two totally under whelming half-full cups!! Very disappointing. Management says they used "EXAGGERATED" pictures on coupons. I've read reviews where staff has been inadequate and snobby, but thankfully as regular as I come here, I have never had this experience with the staff. They seem to be patient and friendly. This Baskin-Robbins really stands out from the rest. The Asian woman who was behind the counter was super friendly. And the other reviews are true, it is really clean here: the floor, the glass, the seats. And there is a large convenient parking lot right outside. I only found this shop recently because I see it when I exit the brand new Camino Medical Center's parking lot. And, of course, the ice cream is super creamy delicious. Don't accidently go to the other BR also on El Camino in Mtn View (further North), that one has terrible service and looks crummy outside and inside. read more

There was a line 3 workers and I was in the front of the line I was not quite sure what I wanted to get but when asked I paused ( mind you there's 31 flavored to chose from) the girl snarled at me to hurry up. I was mortified. Point is all baskin Robbins ice cream is the same: delicious but the service here sucks so badly I probably won't come again.
