Fantastic experience at Pressed! This is the 4th Pressed location I've been to and by far the most beautiful-- located in a lush outdoor mall that I could spend hours in. The soft serve is absolutely DIVINE! I have several severe food allergies and was beyond excited for my bowl of chocolate + vanilla swirl plus extra toppings. The employees were so kind, allowing me to sample each flavor and sharing in my excitement over being able to enjoy a safe frozen treat! It's a very small place though and not many people don't seem to come here, but I still wanna try myself here. The only employee working there was clearly overwhelmed by walk-ins as well as DoorDash/UberEats orders. Multiple folks stopped in to pick up to-go orders, which the employee said weren't ready yet. It is on the expensive side about $15 for two people. Also there's an air hole @ the bottom of the cup. :) After you eat about half your ice cream, you'll know what I mean. Anyway, expect to pay about $7-$-8 a person if you want the ice cream. Also if you are blind like us, on the right wall the menu is easier to see than behind the counter. Also if you want to maximize and get free drinks, @ the front of the store they have a lot of samples you can try. I decided to give it another try recently and I am so glad I did! I ordered the vanilla freeze with marshmallows, cookie crumble, and granola butter. The first three toppings are included in the price of the freeze, which is a nice edition. I was unsure if I was going to like the granola butter, but it really tied the flavors of the marshmallows and the cookies together. There is a little seating area outside but it seems like most people took it to go. The men working behind the counter were informative and really kind. Kudos to the 2 workers tonight for National Açaí Bowl Day. There were tons of people in line and ordering online but they were really nice and diligent. I got my 3 mini açaí bowls about 5 minutes after I placed my order through the app. Those who were trying to wait in line and order had no such luck. I'm sure they eventually got their bowls in the end but Pressed Juicery national could probably organize the event better to perhaps only allow orders for people who are actually at a store in order to minimize chaos. The bowl itself comes in a scoop cup that they probably use for their Pressed smoothie freezes. It's my first time having a freeze product from them and for the açaí bowl, it was more chalky in taste than those from other places. I think this just means it's healthier? The toppings are a honey ginger tasting granola, blueberries, bananas, and strawberries. Not a bad deal for $2 for this 5 oz mini bowl. Normally for an 8 oz bowl it's $8.50 and for the 12 oz it's $10.50. Doing the math, the deal today was the best at 40 cents an ounce with the 12 oz being the next best offering at 90 cents an ounce. Went to Pressed Juicery on Tuesday night June 4th around 8:30pm with my family. We ordered 3 original açaí bowls (1 without banana) and 1 power bowl. When they came out, we received 2 original açaí bowls (1 without banana) and 1 power bowl. We asked about the missing bowl and the person behind the counter (large athletic guy) accused us of ordering 3 bowls, not 4 bowls. What's interesting is that he provided the power bowl and the original bowl without banana, but somehow interpreted the order as 3 bowls - suffice to say I think it was just his mistake, but he decided to blame us publicly and was extremely rude to me. I love having a good healthy juice every now and again. I'm not really close enough for the local free delivery offer so i do stop and grab some when I'm around one. This location has a 2 max inside due to COVID so you'll always have a couple of people standing around the corner waiting to order. They often have a promotions at the member prices ($5 or so a bottle) if you buy the multiple offers. 6 for $30 or 8 for $40 promo deals. I always mask them and day this is what superheroes drink! Hulk drinks the greens juice and Iron man drinks the roots (beets) juice! They drink it and don't complain including my lil 5 year old. I do grab them one if I'm nice out of my bulk bundles - They love the citrus choices and are their favorites. They offer fruit freezes too in different flavors! Kiddos love that too! Try them out! I almost always kinda feel refreshed after drinking one of the greens drink! I've about tried them all, and prefer greens (1-3) and roots 3. Some flavors are pretty strong. They used to allow tastings but covid shot that down. So definitely buy only if you're feeling adventurous or if you have juice at home to mix and ease into it!
