I've been coming to this store for a couple of years. The service is regularly adequate, rarely friendly. Today the customer service was so bad I thought I'd give it some webspace. I saw three people working today: John, Zach, and Cesar. Zach seems to be a new employee and in training. He was busy making drinks and handing them to customers; he was pleasant despite being busy and learning. John was not busy, but trying to look busy, wiping down already clear counters, stacking supplies, talking with customers, walking around, etc. Cesar was running the register and disappeared into the back. Zach had questions about drinks, but Cesar wasn't around and John was busy chatting with a customer. I wasn't greeted. I waited over 10 minutes before I inquired about my beverage. Cesar reportedly couldn't find my order until the third time he looked. He confirmed my order and then took the time to check the printers for the order stickers, which were working fine for all the other orders that were getting picked up, before making my drink. I finally got my drink 15 to 20 minutes after I ordered it. No apology. Starbucks, please give John some additional training in customer service, courtesy, and, importantly, how to be helpful when training a new employee. Cesar could likely benefit from a reminder as well. Let Zach work with nicer people. read more

Worst starbucks out there, they use the cups for hot drinks so you can't even see your drink, we ordered 2 drinks that we always get, a coffee and a chai, the coffee tasted like watered down espresso and just had a weird taste to it, and the chai i don't know how they managed to make that taste so off too. waste of time and money because both of those drinks were so bad it's sadly going to waste. I like coming here on Thanksgiving in the morning as they are one of the only places around that are open. Tables were a bit dirty but I give it a pass since they were probably short staffed that day. It was pretty quiet and a great day to get your caffeine fix. We ordered the apple caramel oat milk macchiato. Surprisingly it was really good. Only one issue was we ordered a Venti and got a Grande. They quickly corrected the issue and gave us a venti. We will be back next Thanksgiving as long as they were open. read more

I ordered 3 shots of espresso with a splash of almond milk yesterday and it was perfect! Yesterday I didn't have to question that they put 3 shots of espresso because you could tell just by looking at it by how dark it was that it had 3 shots of espresso. I come back today and order the same drink thinking it would be just as good as yesterday but NO I GET THIS (see pic). First of all, that is not a "splash" of almond milk. It looks like they filled half the freakin cup up with almond milk. Secondly, look how light the top half is..you know damn well that ain't no 3 shots of espresso even with the amount of almond milk they put in. Also, why does it look like they drank my drink? They didn't even fill it up all the way. The least y'all could've done is put more ice to make it look full. Thirdly, a splash is supposed to be just a lil bloop. My local Starbucks is just the best! I just picked up a Grande Latte and this cheese Danish. The latte is hot, creamy and just the way I like it. The cheese Danish was warmed but not crispy. I tossed it in the aurfryer at home and it was perfect. The staff is friendly was fast. The store itself is bright and not too loud. Great for working here. read more

Let me start this review with saying - I will not be coming back to this Starbucks. You may notice that I have checked in here 48 times - which would be true - I have been coming here almost every Wednesday nite for the last 2+ yrs to grab a bite to eat and chill between work and evening meeting. The service and cleanliness of this place has progressively gotten worse. I did send a comment directly to Starbucks about this store about an incident a few weeks ago - no response. I came in tonite - spilled drink close to the entry near the garbage. Major crumbs and garbage on the high top table I told the employee at the register about the spill and she just kind of giggled and said ok. I told her that I really hoped no one slipped on it. It took her another 5 minutes before going and cleaning it up. (This btw is a similar experience I had when I contacted Starbucks) No other seats were available so I cleaned the high top off myself - no employee offered to assist or even cared. Final thing - tonite the music was so loud - people are having to speak quite loud over it to be heard. Nope - won't be coming back and will advise others to stay clear. read more

It's a great place to park yourself for a few hours with your laptop to get some work done. The WiFi is speedy and the coffee/beverage have no surprises (I mean, it's a Starbucks so you know what you're getting yourself into). If you're hungry for a bite, there are at least 3-4 options in the same strip mall this Starbucks is in, so they couldn't be better located if they tried. read more

-We visited this location on Thanksgiving Day after finding my other coffee place was closed. I normally don't drink Starbucks but, I was a little desperate for some caffeine. Really similar to the Starbucks three blocks west, past the old Starbucks but a few blocks before you get to the new Starbucks. Not surrounded by a grocery store, that's the wrong Starbucks. I agree with other reviews that this is a good place to study. There's a lot of seating, including a bar-type area in the back. They don't seem to clean up as often as other Starbuck's. Many of the tables had crumbs on them, and the floor could have used some attention. The drinks are pretty standard; however, the barista who made my drink didn't fill it to the top. It was only about 4/5 of the way full. Bonus - this location is a few doors down from a bagel place that seems to be pretty popular, so you can grab breakfast before or after your coffee. read more

There are a couple tables outside and a large area with tables immediately when you walk into the store. The ordering area is actually farther away from the door than the tables. This is different than most of the Starbucks location I frequent. 3. The service here is pretty fast, but it can be busy during the lunch rush with its vicinity to Los Altos High School. read more

It was very disappointing how I was treated at this location. I ordered my coffee through the app while I was sitting in my car 5 min latter I went to pick up my coffee and it was cold. I asked if I can change my coffee they guy said our register is closed. I asked if can get some hot water on my coffee and he said no! After numerous similar issues, I must note that there is a consistent problem with delays in processing orders, especially mobile orders. Today I Ordered 10 minutes ahead...had to wait 15 minutes past the due time. The Store was not particularly busy. If you have a schedule to keep, this location is not for you. I've been to this location twice during the midday and both times it was not busy. The first time I went they messed up my order. I ordered a caramel macchiato and got a cold brew with salted cold foam, I didn't want to be difficult so I took it, it was fine not gross but not my favorite. Second time my order was correct. But both times I dealt with Scott and he does not have good customer service skills. He just seems annoyed that you're there and is not friendly. Makes me not want to go to this location. read more
