Jamba owners, fix your air conditioner! I visited your store on 10th Street West in the Target center and it was hot as hell in there. I inquired as to why there was no air conditioner and your employee says it has not been working for months and that you refuse to get it fixed. This is a labor law violation. All the other businesses in that section have the air conditioner working so it's not broken you've just refused to turn it on I will be reporting you to the Labor Board of California. Nobody should patronize your store while your employees work under these conditions. If you can't afford to run your business with air conditioning then close it read more

Hi, I was here around 15 min before closing. Not only was no one in the store to help me, but when they finally did come back inside they told me they were closed because they cleaned everything and they refused to serve me. I'm on shift at the moment, had a terrible day, and just wanted a smoothie before I continue my shift until midnight. The worker, Leilani I believe, put me on a long hold and seemed to have a dismissive attitude. Despite her apology, I felt that she did not respond appropriately to the severity of this issue. I spent a hour trying to call around and find my order but I didn't reach anyone but the Jamba Juice feedback section. However, I was driving back from the day care and my kids would not stop bothering and whining that they wanted something to drink, with Jamba Juice being on the way home and not so busy I decided to stop by. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Fabio, he was very attentive and provided great customer service to me and my children. Now keep in mind, it's not easy trying to order for four indecisive kids but Fabio sure made it a breeze. He recommended his favorite drinks to my kids and ordering went from there. Everyone is standing around so I had to ask him to make my drink and the other customers drinks because all the other employees were standing around talking to one another not even acknowledging our presence. The cashier Amanda was amazing, great attitude, and knowledge about the drinks. I ordered 5 drinks and she made great suggestions to help me narrow down what my group wanted. After ordering my drinks I waited for a long time, which was expected as there was a massive line. The only issue I had was the lack of professionalism by an "in-training" employee Katherine, she had a poor attitude. She called my name to get my drinks but only had 4. I said I order 5 and said I was wrong and that Amanda the cashier must have made an error. I told her my receipt clearly shows 5 and it's inappropriate to blame your mistakes on other's. I can understand if you made a mistakes but don't tell me I'm wrong and blame another employee and then say you missed it on the screen. I will start off by two starts is for that the smoothies were good. -3 stars is for the service, I don't know how this is suppose to work but I will say what we delt with today. Came in to 4 people waiting ahead of us, which no problem, ordered and stepped to the side. After this friends of a worker named samari came in. Their orders were put infront of everyone waiting also got an employee discount and a free upgraded size for the other. Mind you 2 of the people who had been in there way longer than we had were still waiting for their drinks while the friends got to get theirs and go right away. TLDR; Spoiled Gotcha Matcha drinks made my boyfriend and me SICK (BOTH of us threw up ~1 hour after drinking it). Yesterday afternoon my boyfriend and I both ordered the gotcha matcha iced drinks. We have gotten this drink plenty of times before and this has never happened to us. I noticed that the bottom of the drink looked coagulated/thick but I just assumed they used a lot of matcha powder or agave sweetener which is why it looked like that. The drinks tasted completely fine so we didn't think it was spoiled. But after about an hour, we both felt very nauseous and our stomachs started hurting. We thought it was just because we hadn't eaten much all day, but about ~15 mins after nausea kicked in, we both had to go to the bathroom and vomit the drink up. We know it was from the drink because we BOTH got sick shortly after drinking it. Ive drank matcha plenty of times on an empty stomach and nothing has ever happened so something was definitely wrong with our drinks.
