TLDR; Spoiled Gotcha Matcha drinks made my boyfriend and me SICK (BOTH of us threw up ~1 hour after drinking it). Yesterday afternoon my boyfriend and I both ordered the gotcha matcha iced drinks. We have gotten this drink plenty of times before and this has never happened to us. I noticed that the bottom of the drink looked coagulated/thick but I just assumed they used a lot of matcha powder or agave sweetener which is why it looked like that. The drinks tasted completely fine so we didn't think it was spoiled. But after about an hour, we both felt very nauseous and our stomachs started hurting. We thought it was just because we hadn't eaten much all day, but about ~15 mins after nausea kicked in, we both had to go to the bathroom and vomit the drink up. We know it was from the drink because we BOTH got sick shortly after drinking it. Ive drank matcha plenty of times on an empty stomach and nothing has ever happened so something was definitely wrong with our drinks. I went in to get a smoothie at around 4:30 and was pleasantly surprised by the service. I usually go to the Lancaster location but was in the neighborhood (Palmdale). I was helped by a young lady (tag name: Leilani). Had a smile and provided good customer service. Delicious smoothie ! read more

Just stopped in on our way through Palmdale and there's like 10 employees all standing around the back talking like it's high school. Not one person making drinks and the place is packed with people waiting. I've been waiting 15 minutes for my drink still and I'm first up. And they're just standing there taking and laughing. I used to come here constantly when i lived nearby so it's been almost a year and it seems they have all brand new staff, and the service that I received today really makes me not want to come back to this location. First things first- PLEASE turn the music down or at least change the music selection to a generally pleasing genre, it literally felt like i walked into a club once I opened the door. Once we walked in there was only one person ahead of us and once his order was finished, the guy at the register didn't greet me or ask what I wanted- he just kinda stared blankly into space... Uhhh okay? So I ended up ordering a squeezed juice and I asked him if i could have it over ice. For 16 oz. I payed about $7 dollars so prices have definitely risen. Anyway the worst part is that once they called my order, an employee by the name of Chris apparently realized that he forgot to put my juice over ice. So he then proceeded to throw a hissy fit, pour my juice into a bigger cup, throw some ice in there and then throw the ice scoop all aggressively. If I wanted a chunky smoothie I would have just gotten a fruit salad elsewhere. Angels attitude sucks. I asked him for a large cup of water and he said it's going to be 25 cents. I said ok. He gave me a small cup of water and I said I asked for a large. He told the girl to just give me a regular. I just left the cup of water there. The dirtiest Jamba Juice I've ever been in. Dirty floors, dirty glass, dirty workspace, FILTHY bathroom. The bathroom key was attached to a gross mini-lunchbox, and there is no place to put this giant keychain in there... Smelly, dirty, no tp, no papertowels. Looks like it's run by a bunch of 15 year-olds. But the smoothies were good, as Jamba Juice always is. But for such a good company, this is a very poorly run location comparatively. read more

I have been here many times and every time has been awesome!! My most recent visit Brittany was at the register and Jeon at the helm making the great drinks we ordered. Brittany told me about the survey and i told her i would do it because i received top a great service from both of these employees. I went online to do it but its totally confusing to do the survey. I love Jamba Juice BUT I just went to use the restroom while waiting and the toilet seat was covered in pee. I had to squat. I then go to wash my hands and they are out of soap. I told an employee and he didn't seem to care. Makes me not want to go back to this location. I worked as a regional manager and it really isn't hard to keep the bathroom clean. It was disgusting. The whole restroom was just horrible. As for my order I got the sour patch which is an off the menu smoothy. It was all melted like juice in stead of a smoothy. 5/2/17 read more

I have had a bad experience every time I've been in this location. The employees don't seem to care about the customers and have never been helpful. There's always issues with my rewards account for some unknown reason and they never offer help in figuring it out, they just offer to have you pay without using the rewards. There were around 6 ladies working and only me and one other customer. Yet our order still took forever. I ordered two of the same juice yet one was a dark orange and one was a super lighted orange which tasted only like orange. The darker one tasted like the drink that I always order. This place has awful customer service! This place is ran by a bunch of kids! I didn't see a person over 20 years old. They had no line but still took a while to take my order. I believe one of the employees working came up to the front and cuddled with her boyfriend for a while right next to the cashier's front counter and then went back to work (slowly might I add) Only one kid looked like he was doing his job and he was the one calling out the orders and not goofing off. Everyone else were gossiping and laughing about nonsense and the cashier in turn always took FOREVER to realize she had a customer waiting for her to stop talking to her co-workers. I'd avoid this place if I were you. Please do a better job of supervising these kids or at least become better at hiring from the jump, Jamba Juice. read more

Just walked in to get a juice. The place was empty - no customers and no visible employees. Stood at the counter for a good 3-4 minutes, and no employee was to be seen. I heard them in the back room laughing, listening to music, and having conversation, but no one came to acknowledge a customer in the establishment. Walked in the other day & one of the "managers" had a massive attitude, I believe her name was katelyn or whatever, she has no people skills whatsoever & doesn't know how to talk to customers at all!!! I've sat in this place a few times and everything is just disorganized & not run well at all, there's new hires who haven't had the proper training & on top of that the equipment they use is horrible, as in blenders are broken and not replaced & if they are replaced it's probably with another broken one. Who knows. Through all the bad I do have a favorite item which is their açaí bowl, although if you do ask for something extra in the bowl, katelyn will tell you you have to pay extra which is no problem for some but she says it with a snooty ass attitude. I am extremely disappointed, all I wanted to do is satisfy my jamba juice craving after shopping at target so I tried going into jamba juice with my shopping cart, groceries and my 2 children ages 3 and 1. This stupid lady told me to leave the cart outside, it did not make sense to me to leave my groceries outside and to struggle with my kids in my arms while trying to order drinks. I've gone into Jamba juice many times with a cart after stopping at target, this was the first time someone told me off. It is a struggle going in n out of stores with kids and the cart just makes life easier for me. I am no bum off the streets with my life belongings in a cart. I went into Jamba Juice around 7:15 on February 7th and there were about 15 customers in there with about 17-18 drink orders and the employees working the blenders and ingredients were so fast and efficient it was amazing to see. They had all of the customers out in about 10-15 mins. The two employees were Destinee and leilani, they were also really helpful and great attitudes!!! I went into this location last week and within 10-15 minutes from my visit my credit card information was stolen and a purchase was made for Pizza Rev. Thankfully I caught it fast but getting a hold of the manager to let them know their employee stole my card information has been nothing short of a joke! If you go there only use cash! I absolutely love this Jamba... Everyone is so friendly especially the little girl gab but it sucks to say I can never run away from the bad experience the same worker tifanay gives.... I stopped attending lancaster jamba for the SAME EXACT REASON... and now she's ruining my experiences at west jamba..... everyone is so lovely but the complete attitude of this young lady is just horrendous.. I really hope she's not a manager.... you guys need to be better at hiring... you're losing customers for that exact reason.. You're suppose to be great at service and she's horrible!!! This location is by far the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been to! I have visited this one on a couple different occasions because it is more convenient for me and every single time I have come here someone either messes up my order, forgets about calling my name for my drink making me wait over 15 minutes, or is just plainly disrespectful. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the good quality of the smoothies and they do have a great location spot by target. I love Jamba Juice. But the service here is always horrible. They are unorganized. Today they have 5 people out front. One making smoothies one doing register. 2 cleaning and the "manager" (really asst manager but is telling people she is manager) doing nothing. She is just talking to one of the girls cleaning. But this location always take forever because they have no order. The line is out the door. The people cleaning or even the "manager" should jump in to help out. Doesn't make sense to me. Always a great experience everytime I come in! Never wait long. Unless they are slammed then of course you need to be somewhat patient. But the staff is always so nice, there's a young gentlemen who always asks how my day is going and actually has convos with the customers. Such a great vibe in there of workers. Every time I come here the rewards program doesn't work or cheats me out of my reward. The cashier is no help, not friendly and always says, "the rewards program has nothing to do with us, so we can't do anything unless it prints something out". I went in to use my free boost and entered my number. Cashier said she couldn't add it so I should try again. Tried again and it deleted my free boost. Cashier told me they have no control over the system. ALWAYS have issues here and unhappy cashier doesn't care about making customers happy. I will probably not go to Jamba Juice again. Great smoothies, but so beyond slow service and Saturdays and Sunday's these last few months. Expect to wait about 30 minutes. Poorly organized as well. Today after waiting for 30 minutes they were handing smoothies to people that ordered a significant amount of time after me, and at the 30 minutes they let me know they ran out of two of the main ingredients. Instead waiting another 30 minutes for a different drink, I decided to just get a refund. I don't think I'll come here again on busy days. read more
