As an employee be more considerate of peoples time, she's just talking on the phone :( total of 4 people were waiting and two walked out as she continued to be at the register on a call not taking orders. The Jamba Juice on Niblick is a pretty standard Jamba location here in Paso. It's located next to the Chipotle, Game Stop and Panda Express. I've been here a handful of times and it's all been what I've expected. I haven't had any bad experiences here, everything has gone without a hitch. For my usual order I'll either get the Caribbean Passion or the Mega Mango. The Caribbean Passion is one of the originals and I've always gravitated to it. The Mega Mango is one of their all-fruit ones. Both are delicious. I've also ordered the Sourdough Parmesan Pretzel which goes great with the tart-sweetness of the smoothies. Overall, it's what you think it would be. It's a great location and no surprises here. Parking: tons of parking in the lot. read more

It's Saturday afternoon at 6:30, an hour before they close. And I'm really bummed to see that the one gentleman is working so hard to get orders done he has about 3-4. He is obviously struggling, not washing hands between doing the register and making/pouring drinks, and they other girl that is in here is "restocking" while FaceTiming her friend the entire time. Not helping out at all. The kicker for me was to see that the shift lead came out listening to music and could care less about was going on. It took about 10-15 mins to get my two drinks, and received it not entirely full, I know that it just has to be close. But it's very runny, would have just ordered a juice, and it was not blended well. The only thing going for them was that my cheddar tomato twist was warm. Awful place! Came in for a smoothie and everybody was smoking a vape in the back and took 10 minutes for them to realize I was waiting at the register. When someone finally came and took my order she were very rude. I believe her name was Maya. Very unprofessional. On top of that, she got my order my wrong. The employees are fast and capable. Very good cashier and cool team and the two ladies were working really hard. BUT the store doesn't even look OPEN since the Blaze pizza next door is not open. SO if the Jamba wants to stay open or at least attract business they need to jazz it up and look open when people drive by or they may end up closing too. Why isn't there an OPEN sign somewhere lit up in the window or something to attract customers or welcome customers in. I've been coming to this location whenever hubby has winemaking. And over the past 10 times we've been here I've never never had a problem with my order. I love their fruit and Greek yogurt bowl. Hubby orders the pumpkin protein it's a healthier alternative to the pumpkin smash, but still delicious. The smoothies are amazingly fresh. We've never had to wait long but normally we're here in the off hours around 11 am to 12:00 pm. We will still be coming back. Don't change a thing! read more

Today I ordered a pitaya bowl. Paid the $7+ but didn't tip. The girl taking the order looked at screen (I'm assuming to see if there was a tip), then walked away. My finished bowl was placed on the counter without anyone announcing it being ready. I ate it outside on their shared tables. It was awful! Complete water! I should have had a straw but then I wouldn't be able to eat the ginormous chunks of banana. From now on, I'll get my açaí and pitaya bowls at The Neighborhood. You want to get what you pay for and not feel like the younger kids working there are just trying to rush through your order. It seems as if they throw in an extra scoop of ice if the smoothie blends short of the 16/24/32 oz. I don't know if the employees know, but you must keep the product consistent or else the customer will notice something and it could be a bad-something. I love this place and my kids love it too. I have a habit of chewing ice and the ice here is so good, it's pure and tasty but it is also easy on the teeth to chew , I always order an extra cup of ice and I enjoy almost as much as the smoothie and pretzels. The staff has always been friendly and it seems really clean every time I go in. Parking is almost always available easily but I have parked my dual rear wheel truck a little way away but even when I drive it I still get good parking most of the time. Went to this location when I was driving thru in the morning. The lady who was bye herself was extremely nice. My mango a go go tasted funny and she replaced it and made it again no problem. I think she said there machines don't do well sometimes with the juice. Also the big blow for this experience for me is she told me there was no oatmeal because there machine has been broken.
