I recently stopped by this new spot on Spring Street, just off Highway 101 on my drive back to Northern California Their 100% sweet isn't overly sweet. I asked what kind of sweetener they use, and the staff told me they use natural raw sugar, no fructose sugar - making it a healthier alternative to most boba shops. There are boba places everywhere, but this is the first one I've found that focuses on healthier choices by using organic milk and natural, locally sourced fruits, like real strawberries in their drinks. Although the drinks are a little more expensive than other boba shops, the quality of the ingredients--the organic milk and real fruit--makes the difference worth it. My top two favorites are the Strawberry Matcha and Mango Matcha. Ube used to be my all-time favorite, but after today's visit, these two matcha drinks have officially taken the top spots. I'm usually not a matcha fan, but these were surprisingly smooth, refreshing, and absolutely delicious! I'll be back when in the area.
