This afternoon we stopped in with a bogo card I had for some smoothies. My boyfriend ordered the medium classic Caribbean Passion, my toddler, the kid's size Strawberries Gone Bananas and I ordered the medium plant based Peach Perfection. My smoothie had a nice Peach flavor, soo yummy, My toddler loved her smoothie and finished every last drop and my boyfriend enjoyed his as well! The cashier was both friendly and helpful! It is a chain so if you like Jamba you will like this places frozen treats. One experience here and I have nothing but good things to say. From walking up to the final slurp of my delicious drink, they had the process down. There was no line, which I suspect isn't always the case, but it worked out nicely for me while I was waiting for an appointment at the Apple store. The guy who helped me was nice and put together by drink in record time. The final product, an orange dream machine, was super tasty and tastes exactly like an orange Julius. I'm always greeted by such friendly staff. Even though this is such a busy location being inside a mall, the customer service is always great. The workers are very quick and drinks come out fast. I ordered an acai bowel and requested to not have an ingredient included. The cashier asked if I wanted to replace it something else. I go to a lot of different Jamba Juices and not one has asked me if I wanted to replace something with something else. I thought that was just so thoughtful that they would offer me to add in something else. They used to be located on the other side and this new layout is much better. In my opinion Jamba Juice quality really matters location to location. My favorite being in Vacaville (which I stop by anytime I'm on the way to the Bay Area). This location is closest to my work so occasionally I hit up the mall spot. Being in the mall already makes me dislike a place a little bit since I am not a huge fan of Arden Fair and the parking can be nuts. The quality here seems a step down from the average Jamba Juice. I'm not sure if it's because they don't get fresh enough items, or the freezer is causing freezer burn...or maybe employees who aren't trained well? I just know that the few times I have come here my smoothie or acai bowl has been a bit off. Not enough to stop me from coming, but enough to irk me. I suggest sticking with what you really enjoy from Jamba Juice when you come here since it can be so hit or miss. read more

It's like $5 for a small orange dream machine :( Jamba Juice is okay...usually grab a drink here whenever I'm at the mall. I'm always in a dilemma if I even want a drink cause lines are always long and people are standing everywhere cause of people at Starbucks, Hot Dog on a Stick and whatever else is nearby. There's no seats, just tables, so you have to stand. The service here is quite fast, but it really depends how busy they are. The workers here are probably annoyed with the crowd, but they always have a happy face :) The dude that gave me my drink at the counter was very nice too! Jamba Juice is a chain, so the only difference is the employees. To say the employees here are drab would be an understatement. They are very grumpy. They also did not check my smoothie after letting the machine run a full turn so it had chunks of unmixed fruit at the bottom. read more

This review has nothing to do with the quality of product. But the employee Melissa, is by far the rudest most disrespectful employee I have encountered. She didn't do anything to me directly, but the way she treated the staff (Casi and Sterling) was extremely unprofessional and inopropriate. Especially in front of customers. She spoke to Sterling like she was incompetent, and damn near hit Melissa in the face with the door on her way out. I am not ok with watching people be treated that way. She needs to take a class on being a member of a team. Came here ordered a smoothie bowl, the worst one I've had. The customer service was okay until I received my bowl w toppings not listed on the description of bowl and missing toppings basically it was assembled all wrong. I asked one of the employees and she had reassured me that the toppings were correct. Either these employees were not trained or they can't read. I don't know why this establishment decided to hire the rudest human being I have ever met. This worker named Melissa has almost no social/communication skills and treats everyone, including fellow employees and customers, in a very negative manner. I overheard her yelling at the other employees and making scenes in front of the customers and embarrassing the workers. I also ordered a drink and I had to ask this Melissa to re-blend it because my smoothie still had peanut butter stuck to the sides of the cup. She then turned around and made snide comments and slammed the blender angrily. I'm never going back here again until I'm treated with more respect. read more
