Came in while it was raining outside and asked about receiving a discount for the "rainy day deal" I've heard about. The girl working at 1pm today said it wasn't raining "hard enough" and that it needed to be raining "super hard" in order to get the discount. came for one drink and the staff was taking an extremely long time i even had to wait to be served at the cash register and no one attended me so i had to use the kiosk poor customer service definitely won't be returning to this location ever again unless something is done about the customer service definitely shouldn't have took that long for one drink and for the amount of customers they had in store read more

This afternoon we stopped in with a bogo card I had for some smoothies. My boyfriend ordered the medium classic Caribbean Passion, my toddler, the kid's size Strawberries Gone Bananas and I ordered the medium plant based Peach Perfection. My smoothie had a nice Peach flavor, soo yummy, My toddler loved her smoothie and finished every last drop and my boyfriend enjoyed his as well! The cashier was both friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this location and we'll definitely be back next time we visit the mall where it's conveniently located! The JAMBA is in the mall. This means loud and crowd. The staff was very fast and they treated every person that walked up. The greeting was general but you got one. It is a chain so if you like Jamba you will like this places frozen treats. You can get warm snacks like pretzels if your in the mood and you don't have to walk to the other end of the mall. read more

One experience here and I have nothing but good things to say. From walking up to the final slurp of my delicious drink, they had the process down. There was no line, which I suspect isn't always the case, but it worked out nicely for me while I was waiting for an appointment at the Apple store. The guy who helped me was nice and put together by drink in record time. The final product, an orange dream machine, was super tasty and tastes exactly like an orange Julius. I'm always greeted by such friendly staff. Even though this is such a busy location being inside a mall, the customer service is always great. The workers are very quick and drinks come out fast. I ordered an acai bowel and requested to not have an ingredient included. The cashier asked if I wanted to replace it something else. I go to a lot of different Jamba Juices and not one has asked me if I wanted to replace something with something else. I thought that was just so thoughtful that they would offer me to add in something else. They used to be located on the other side and this new layout is much better. It's deeper in so there's an actual place to line up that's not blocking the walkway of the mall. read more

Really disappointing customer service today at 5:45pm. If they don't call your name. And you ask for your drink. Which is right in front of the girl at the window. She really shouldn't give you a dirty look! Like you asked for something out of the ordinary. Especially if you watch ten people come in after you, and get their drinks in front of you. If you don't like people. Don't work in the service industry. read more

In my opinion Jamba Juice quality really matters location to location. My favorite being in Vacaville (which I stop by anytime I'm on the way to the Bay Area). This location is closest to my work so occasionally I hit up the mall spot. Being in the mall already makes me dislike a place a little bit since I am not a huge fan of Arden Fair and the parking can be nuts. The quality here seems a step down from the average Jamba Juice. I'm not sure if it's because they don't get fresh enough items, or the freezer is causing freezer burn...or maybe employees who aren't trained well? I just know that the few times I have come here my smoothie or acai bowl has been a bit off. Not enough to stop me from coming, but enough to irk me. I suggest sticking with what you really enjoy from Jamba Juice when you come here since it can be so hit or miss. read more

I swear the prices for jamba juice went up...or maybe it's just this location. It's like $5 for a small orange dream machine :( Jamba Juice is okay...usually grab a drink here whenever I'm at the mall. I'm always in a dilemma if I even want a drink cause lines are always long and people are standing everywhere cause of people at Starbucks, Hot Dog on a Stick and whatever else is nearby. There's no seats, just tables, so you have to stand. The service here is quite fast, but it really depends how busy they are. The workers here are probably annoyed with the crowd, but they always have a happy face :) The dude that gave me my drink at the counter was very nice too! Overall, not my favorite jamba juice location, but it's still okay. read more

They literally moved across the hallway in the same freaking mall and yes now they have a spot for people to wait in line in the store instead of taking up the common ground mall space but that does not constitute a two dollar jump on my fucking drink. I know they play like these drinks are healthy but I really don't need to be paying extra for a high caloric sugar drink just cause y'all moved. I will be going back to the other Jamba Juices where they charged $4.99 for a 12 ounce drink versus the 6.99 at this location for the same damn drink. Plus the jumping confusion on who goes where when I walked up was annoying. Are you ringing me up? Is he? Can it be one person? What's all this switching positions every five seconds? read more

This jamba juice is one of the best I've been to!! Patrick was my cashier and he was awesome! Idk what he makes an hour, but I know it's not enough! Jamba Juice is a chain, so the only difference is the employees. To say the employees here are drab would be an understatement. They are very grumpy. They also did not check my smoothie after letting the machine run a full turn so it had chunks of unmixed fruit at the bottom. read more

Came here ordered a smoothie bowl, the worst one I've had. The customer service was okay until I received my bowl w toppings not listed on the description of bowl and missing toppings basically it was assembled all wrong. I asked one of the employees and she had reassured me that the toppings were correct. Either these employees were not trained or they can't read. I won't be ordering smoothie bowls here again, there are way better locations around the corner sadly this one is not worth going to. read more

This review has nothing to do with the quality of product. But the employee Melissa, is by far the rudest most disrespectful employee I have encountered. She didn't do anything to me directly, but the way she treated the staff (Casi and Sterling) was extremely unprofessional and inopropriate. Especially in front of customers. She spoke to Sterling like she was incompetent, and damn near hit Melissa in the face with the door on her way out. I am not ok with watching people be treated that way. She needs to take a class on being a member of a team. MELISSA, I don't know if you are in a supervising position, but as a leader, do not ever ask someone to do something that you would not do yourself. read more

Well, was hoping to be able to bump my stats up, but unfortunately they have gone down. I watched my smoothie be made and the did not add in the whey protein, when I asked the "supervisor/manager" if it was put it, she said yes, I asked if she was sure she again said yes. Well she didn't. Long wait as well, took 15 minutes from walking in the door to leaving. read more

Crappy wait time, I waited 10 minutes for my smoothie. There were three employees and only one was ringing and making smoothies. And she was also taking time to go wash dishes... Shouldn't be doing that when there's customers in line! And then when my smoothie came out (after the guys who had been in line behind me...) it was missing the strawberries :( very poor service and barely knowledgable employees read more

I love coming to this Jamba Juice. The staff is always very nice, and they never mess an order up. One of the employees in particular, Jerome, I think he may be the manager is the nicest person ever. He is so friendly, always greets customers, extremely nice to kids. My son dropped his Jamba Juice and he made him a new one and was so sympathetic to my son. Thanks Jerome! read more

I don't know why this establishment decided to hire the rudest human being I have ever met. This worker named Melissa has almost no social/communication skills and treats everyone, including fellow employees and customers, in a very negative manner. I overheard her yelling at the other employees and making scenes in front of the customers and embarrassing the workers. I also ordered a drink and I had to ask this Melissa to re-blend it because my smoothie still had peanut butter stuck to the sides of the cup. She then turned around and made snide comments and slammed the blender angrily. I'm never going back here again until I'm treated with more respect. read more

I'm not a regular customer, but love to treat myself to their colorful and delicious drinks from time to time. I try to order something different every time I visit and have, on more than one occasion, asked for a surprise drink. They have some seating inside and there's plenty of parking, which makes it so easy to stop by and grab something quick to go. I also love their logo wall, it's almost impossible not to take a photo of the colorful drinks in front of it each time. They offer blended and iced drinks with different benefits. A lot of people will grab protein drinks as a meal substitute or post workout drink and I typically grab one of the fruity flavored drinks for an energy boost.

They're usually pretty friendly but sometimes service can be a little slow or you may have to ask about your order. I keep getting their premium smoothies of either the MR Original or MR Strawberry! Very filling with protein, oats & peanut butter.
