How the heck can you order a healthy drink when you can't read the menu board? I don't usually visit Jamba Juice but thought I would give it a try on Commercial St., in Salem. I asked one of the employees do you have a paper menu I could look at I can't read your board menu.? No we don't have a paper menu, was his reply. Could you help me find a healthy drink that has mango maybe strawberry in it please I can't read the menu board sure he says so that's what I order mango and strawberry medium size 8 dollars. Wow. Guess next time I should bring it up on my phone so I can look at their menu. By the time I left there were 3 to 4 people in the establishment. They were busy making drinks. Don't think I will be going there again. You might want to give them a try if you can read their menu or plan ahead on what they have to offer. Still think eight dollars is pretty expensive for a Jamba Juice medium sized drink. read more

I enjoy Jamba Juice but will only go to this location during the winter because during the summer it's full of fruit flies. They are everywhere. Flying around, dead on the counters, dead on the window seals, and I can only assume all over the fruit. read more

What a waste of money. I haven't had Jamba for years, since they removed the green tea strawberry drink they had. Today, wanting something "healthier" I ordered a strawberry something, a veggie breakfast sandwich, and an egg and spinach burrito. Hot garbage. Tiny portions of food and terrible in flavor. I have been going here getting açaí bowls regularly. The consistency on how they are made is horrible. Today I paid for extra granola, got less granola than normal and hardly any cut up fruit. For almost $12 very disappointing. Thinking some training and listening is needed! read more

Jamba Juice. Get your drank on. Usually I add some Zoloft to my OJ but Jamba really got me feeling alive. I loved the cushioned seats and clean table outside. It provided a great view of Mt. Hood. Couldn't have asked for a clearer day. Also, the wind felt really good on my skin. It was an atomic-level-skingasm. I should add that if not for their extremely comfortable outdoor seating opportunities, I wouldn't have been able to hear "Hear I Go Again" by Whitesnake. I'm listening to it on a loop now. Anyways. I usually LOVE the vanilla blue sky bowls from here but I noticed this time around there was no honey on top. Okay, maybe they were out. Understandable. Well then I found a black hair within a frozen chunk of smoothie and banana. Not cute to say the least. My brother is always up for a Jamba Juice (even after a huge meal at French Press), so we stopped here (right across the street from said F.P.) yesterday. This is (oddly) connected to a Subway. It was a little distracting to smell the Subway smells in a shake shop, but that's fine. It's a J.J. The lady at the counter was by herself, but was friendly and efficient. I got my usual (Mango-A-Go-Go, add whey protein), brother got Razz Matazz (sp?), and Ms. K. got one of the new special flavors, Yumberry. All solid shakes. I go to this Jamba Juice weekly, and get the same smoothie every time. I was really disappointed today when I went in for my usual drink and instead of being charged $6.74 I was charged almost $9 for my medium smoothie by Marya. (Or Mia) both names were on the receipt but I'm guessing it's the first one. I subbed half the juice for a different juice like I do every time and have never been charged but this time was charged for extra juice? Doesn't make any sense to me so when I brought it up to her she said "well you are adding another kind of juice". Doesn't make sense why I should be charged for two things when it's the same amount as normal. Makes me want to start going to another location. Usually have such a pleasant experience at this one. let's just say, most of their drinks have a lot of calories, yes you can ask him to tame it down with his sugar. but it since the corporation need to look at some other things about the high calorie drinks. most soft drinks have well over 1 ounce of sugar in it, that's 28 grams. so it's easy to say then 12 ounces just way too much sugar. if they work after their natural components for what the fresh fruit is still better. read more

Service is fast and friendly. Parking is extremely easy and I never have much of a wait. Jamba Juice provides an excellent selection of smoothies. My personal favorite is the Matcha Green Tea smoothie. Its delicious, and with a "boost," its also nutritious. You must also be willing to pay between $3.50 and $6.00 for your tasty treat. read more

Terrible customer service. I order a drink to be made without milk. The manager made the drink with milk anyway and when I told her I cant have milk she told me she cannot LEGALLY omit milk from a drink. That's the stupidest lie I've heard in a while. read more

The juices and customer service here are great. They will make any type of drink for you as well. They switched from the foam cups (damn hippies) so your drinks warm up a lot faster, and they are super expensive. For that reason, 3 stars. But a great treat every once in a while. read more

2/16 8:55 pm the one cashier the guy was very rude rolling his eyes as the group gave their order. Had his eyes closed for half the time (check the cameras) at the end he announced that it was going to take 20 minutes to make 3 Smoothies. (we were out by 9:03) we would of been out by 9 if he didn't make that announcement. The group all worked customer service before we all understand about coming in before close, but never have we gave that bad of an attitude out loud to guests. Debated writing this but the attitude cannot go unnoticed by the company. read more

Great employes here. Me and my wife go here and and the are so nice and up beat. They even remember what drinks that we always order.

The place is a joke. Manager only had two staff on and they were packed with people. They lost our order.

The service here is so good. I come here all the time and I'm treated like a star at every visit. The smoothies are great. This location just can't be beat. read more
