Gotta say, this is one of the worst jambas I've been too. I always get a thick strawberry surf rider with pineapple. Always smoothe. They didn't blend it really at all. Legit, I've gone here twice and it's still the same super sad customer service. We ordered online and stayed in our car and we waited 20+minutes every single time and there is not that many people inside the restaurant to begin with. I have went to this location multiple times and literally every single time I go to this location, the smoothies taste terrible. I have given them the. benefit of the doubt but they consistently don't taste right. Back in the. spring, I got the Aloha Pineapple and then I have ordered the watermelon breeze a few times since it's summertime. I do not like change. I repeat- I do not like change. This isn't my frequent location but I don't have any complaints about the service as the staff at this location is much friendlier. I've had issues with their sister location in West Valley where my order was misplaced, incorrect or just flat out was lost but this place seems to be well managed for the most part. Compared to West Valley, traffic is busier here so I encourage everyone to download the app and pre-order your smoothie. Why does this sound like I'm promoting their store? I am not. What I do find interesting about this location is the "bang for your buck" result. When I order extra ingredients at the West Valley location they do not give me my full order and whatever is left in the blender is tossed. With this location, they give you an extra cup with everything left in the blender which I admire. If I order extra fruit or veggies to the point where my large order is overflowing, they fill another cup for me and I'm well on my way. I don't mean to sound high maintenance but if I'm paying 4 more dollars to add ingredients to my drink and it takes you 2 blenders to incorporate additional ingredients, why not give me what I paid for? What do you do with the rest of my smoothie?? I might as well have submitted two orders if I'm essentially paying for a added small order. Met my daughter this morning for juice date on her way to work. I arrived at 640 knowing they didnt open until 7 and that was fine. My daughter arrived at 650. We waited until almost 10 after 7, and the open sign had still not been turned on. We were standing outside watching the woman inside fill the containers. This is the worst Jamba on earth. It's close to my work so I've gone a few times on my lunch break. The first time, I was the only one there and there was one girl up front. She ignored me for 2 minutes and then finally took my order after I asked if I could order. Then she made a guy from the back come out to make it. I waited 15 minutes and I was the only one there! They both disappeared into the back room during those 15 minutes where I could hear them laughing and goofing off. Worst customer service! The second trip was a bit better, but it still took close to 20 minutes to make my drink even though there were hardly any people there. But today took the cake. I waited in line for 25 minutes because the girl at the register had no idea what she was doing. I finally ordered and it took the girl at least 2-3 minutes to type it in. I handed her my credit card and she asked for ID. I didn't have my drivers license so I showed her my student ID from the U instead. She wouldn't accept it even though it has my picture and name! So I tried showing her my GOVERNMENT ISSUED work ID and she wouldn't accept that either! She was a total bitch about it. I wasted my entire lunch break because of this place. I really love their new All Fruit Smoothies because they are all fruit, have no added sugar, and are healthier than some of the other smoothies on their menu. Jamba Juice is a good way to satisfy your appetite when you don't want a heavy meal or are in a hurry. I got excited. It is basically what I wanted it. I asked the dude working there about the drink, and his answer was "I honestly don't know what drink this is". WTF!!!??? How is that even possible? So he recommended a drink that is similar to what I was looking for. I said ok I'll take your recommendation. He went back and was gone for like 15 minutes. Then called my name. The drink looked nothing like what was on the picture. So not sure if he just wasn't sure what on earth he's doing or if I was just the customer he wanted to get his frustration out on? If I could give a zero star, I would. This is by far THE WORST Jamba Juice location. The workers are so slow. I went there twice, both times I made online orders. It took them about 45 minutes to complete my small order of 2 medium drinks and 2 wraps. I don't understand how hard it is to put the wraps in the oven, however, I guess it was so hard that they gave me FROZEN wraps. It's like they decided that it's ok to give frozen wraps. The other time I went there, I waited outside for 30 min (I timed it), I went in and saw there were 3 workers but they were SO slow. They weren't walking they were strolling, taking their sweet time to walk over to get ice, I felt like I wanted to run in and help them speed it up and walk faster. I don't want them to run but dude can you pick up the pace a bit. If you're in a rush and think you just want to pick up something quick to drink or eat, I do NOT recommend going to this location.
