A pretty good location, there are a lot of shops near by so you can get a drink and bring it with you to do your weekly household and personal shopping. The shop itself is pretty small but the perfect size for what the shop is. There aren't many people who come to these stores to hangout and catch up. The smoothies I get are always good. I have never had a bad experience with anything that I get. I usually love getting a razzmatazz. My husband also loves it here which makes it easier to find excuses to stop here. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The prices are average for what you get. Although I am sure a good amount of the smoothies are processed, there is still a lot of freshness involved and that is nice. It makes you feel light and happy. I'm not one to leap at a chance to post a one star review. Look at my other reviews. I go out of my way to find places and people charming. This Jamba location has beaten me. The service here is awful. I ordered on the app (which you can't use Jamba Juice gift cards for on line orders, I learned, but that isn't unique to this location, it seems). I asked if my order was ready. It wasn't. No big deal. Two other people ordered from the employee at the register, and she then asked if I had ordered. I smiled and nodded yes. This was apparently inadequate. She repeats herself at about 4x the loudness, "Sir, have you ordered!?" I replied, matching her decibel level with an audible, "Yes." I went over and sat down and waited 10 mins. I then returned to the order pick up area. The same employee said with excessive attitude, "What order are you looking for?" I gave her my name and she asked if it was an online order. I said yes and she chided me saying they don't call out names for online orders, you have to come up and ask. I told her I had done and I was told it would be about 10 mins. I sat down and waited ten minutes. She rolled her eyes at me. I was rolling with the inadequacy up until this point. I said, "I did exactly as you said I should have done and you roll your eyes, what the fuck did I do wrong?" I'm done with this location. Rudeness seems to be the status quo. I haven't been here for about 10 months because the last three trips here (different staff than who I saw here today) also behaved with unnecessary rudeness. read more

I know that Jamba Juice has been trying to jump on the whole fruit / juice bandwagon, but after finally coming back to Jamba after YEARS of not going, they definitely do not deliver fresh fruit and vegetables. After drinking their smoothies, you can tell the ingredients are frozen or highly sweetened and take away from the authentic taste that a real smoothie or juice should have. POMEGRANATE PARADISE: Strawberries, peaches, mangoes, and pomegranate juice. I was looking for a fruity boost to my afternoon. It tasted so artificial with frozen fruit and very sweet juice, basically like those berry smoothies from Costco. MATCHA GREEN TEA: Matcha green tea, kale, bananas, almond milk and dates make this a step above other smoothies. This essentially tastes like the Starbucks matcha frappuccino but not as sweet. My only gripe is that they tend to run out of a certain fruit early in the day on occassion and you have to either find another fruit to substitute the one they ran out of or order a different drink altogether. He had the audacity of using the phrase "that's not right" when I asked for compensation for a major oversight on their part. Was it right that they got completely wrong my wife's order? I want to say I love Jamba Juice, I have known them for mango years but in the end there are much better n healthier choices that are better than Jamba Juice both in price n flavor. So far I have only tried 3 different kinds: -garden medley: very fresh, contains wheat grass so don't expect a sweet taste it's prob the healthiest choice.. -carrot cayenne: pretty good, carrot juice with ginger very very very little cayenne taste. -tropical greens: this one along with apples n greens are pretty similar. I have never had a bad experience here until today. I placed my order at 9:58am and did not receive it until 10:24am. People who placed their order after me all received their orders. It was like they forgot about mine cause when it got to the 20 minute mark I went inside to ask and they looked confused af. Instead allocating much needed resources to wash the front entrance, for literally no reason it's not like they cleaned it they just pushed the dirt around and everyone tracked their feet inside, they could have use those resources to tackle this rush hour. The staff consistently greets me when walking in and does well in making sure my drink is properly made. Service here is quick. They have all kinds of delicious smoothie flavors and boost add ins to meet your specifics. The employees are usually very friendly and get the order right and out in a timely manner. I have had bad experiences at other Jamba's but not this one. Always leave with what I asked for and a smile. They have all kinds of nutritional information on EVERYTHING they serve. I have been going to this Jamba very often for the last month. I love your smoothies and I've also been wanting to help support my local businesses during this pandemic. The last three visits have been very upsetting. In particular it is due to a female staff member at this location. My first encounter that was upsetting was when I received my order I asked this staff member that I usually get a kids cup when I order my drink that has whey protein. She came back and said that they never do that. I reiterated to her that I always get a kids cup with my drink that has whey protein because the whey protein makes the drink thicker and makes it rise (this is what several Jamba Juice staff have told me) and it was also on my receipt. After I told her this, she rolls her eyes and satisfied my order. The rolling of her eyes made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking and like my business wasn't appreciated. My second encounter was with the same individual on a different day. I had ordered a large Açaí super antioxidant and asked to substitute the soy milk for almond milk. Immediately she charged me incorrectly. When I told her this she told me that they always charge it as an add on. I absolutely know for a fact that this is not the case and I even showed her previous receipts to prove it. Also, why would I be charged extra as an "add on" when I'm not adding on anything. I'm substituting a milk product for a milk product. My third and final encounter was today. I went in and ordered my usual. A large white gummy and a large açaí super antioxidant. As I was waiting for my drink I saw that she didn't make my drinks correctly. She had forgotten the whey protein on both drinks so she poured the drink back into the blender and added the whey protein. This was already upsetting because she was making a drink inconsistently. She was blending it too much and the end product would end up being a juice instead of a smoothie. When she called my name I went up and saw that she didn't give me a kids cup. I told her and she rolled her eyes again! She said there was no extra so there is no kids cup. Obviously there is no extra because she made the drink wrong to begin with! I told her yet again that I always get a kids cup and that's when another employee told her it was because she had forgotten the whey protein in the beginning and that he could make it again. She looked at him very nasty and nodded her head no. Instead she poured the drink back into the blender and added more ice! Now, I'm practically going to drink a watered down smoothie with no flavor. Once I went back in to pick up my drinks I noticed that she had moved to the back of the store and had the guy she had looked really nasty at serving drinks. I could tell that the guy was not happy. It looked like he had been reprimanded by this female employee. The reason I feel like this was the case was because I asked the guy for lids for my kids cup and when he gave them to me he tossed them at the me and landed on the bar. I've never been more insulted in my life. When he threw the lids at me I immediately told him that he was rude for throwing them at me. He immediately apologized and took the cups and added the lids himself. I could tell he was sorry because he changed his attitude right after and seemed apologetic about having thrown them but I was already very upset. Before I left I asked him for his manager's business card. He then turned around to the female employee and told her I needed to talk to a manager. She came up and said "I'm the manager". I then told her I wanted her district manager's information instead since my complain was about her. She went to the back and came back with a piece of paper she cut out (not a business card) with the stores email and phone number. I told her I didn't want the stores info, I wanted her district managers. She said she wasn't allowed to give that information. I took the information and left. When I got home my suspicions about the drink were correct. It was badly made. It did not taste like the amazing drinks that they always come out to be. I drove back and asked them to make it again which the guy nicely did. None of them were wearing name tags so I couldn't get their names. When I left the store I was honestly heartbroken that this is what my business and support receives. I feel like this female manager at your Grove location is unappreciative of support that I have given them. I don't appreciate the attitude and I feel like my business is better appreciated elsewhere instead. read more

Really? This place has 4 stars? Well I must have came in at the wrong time then. Honestly, the problem this Jamba Juice has is not entirely the employees fault. The company keeps adding time consuming items to the menu and the training for it is lacking. I went on a Tuesday afternoon around 5 pm. It was loud, one person in line. I ordered the new Acai Bowl, which tastes pretty Good by the way (**** 4 stars) and all of a sudden a girl storms in and asks the employee calling out the ready drinks when her drink is going to be ready because she had been waiting a long time? The worker replied to her that she had called out her order and she never came to get it. The Girl that was waiting was PISSED by her reply called the employee rude, Employee called her rude too and the girl stormed out yelling the f-word. Could this have been prevented? Yes! But the lack of management and organization at this Jamba Juice prevents it from doing so. Hire a manager or better train the manager there. The reason why I am in a way taking sides with the customer is because when I was inside I wasn't even sure I heard my order, but yet they asked me my name when they took my order so why would they yell out "Acai bowl" and not my name??? I waited a few seconds to see if they were to call out a name, and saw the girl put the Acai away. At that moment I walked towards and the employee at the register had to stop what he was doing to let them know that the bowl belonged to me.
