You order at the window, they give you a number for the table, and they bring out your food. Look for the sauces they keep above the sugar cream station. Onto the food! We got the San Luis Sunrise (free range eggs, Niman Ranch bacon ends, avocado, hk sauce) and the Mannix Machaca (scrambled eggs, slow cooked carnitas, hk green salsa, avocado, hk sauce).
