Today I went to visit a place that I really like to go to after almost slipping on the wet floor. I couldn't even get my favorite juice because they "had already cleaned the machines. I wanted a ginger and cayenne shot but directed me to one that was already bottled, which are not effective as I would wish it to be. I came here on Super Bowl Sunday and when I walked in, there was no one behind the counter. Eventually, 2 workers came out and took our order. The smoothies were well made and tasted right and we tried the sweet Belgian waffle. I would recommend getting it if you have a sweet tooth. read more

The product is great, but there seems to be some serious room for improvement on staff count. Most of the time when I come in the morning, there is a single staff members trying to keep up with demand. It seems normal to watch 1-2 customers give up on the wait! We are fans of Jamba Juice. Fruits, veggies, protein powder, energy boosters, yogurts, milks! The varieties of what can be made for you is endless. There are Acai Bowls, oatmeal, fresh squeezed OJ too :) Service is always pleasant. As a matter of fact, service at all locations we go to is pleasant, quick and friendly. I also like that you can sit inside or outside to enjoy your drink. It's a great place to people watch :) I give this Jamba Juice 5 stars for all the above; however, the only teeny blip is parking availability. HUGE problem when you order two of the same flavor of drinks, two different workers make them and they come out COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Not acceptable! I don't usually go to Jamba Juice, but something keeps calling me back to this particular location. I know that it's not the original location, but I feel very welcomed in here. Its waiting area is a different shape than most due to the odd configuration of the property in which it's located, and I think that this adds to its charm. Ordered a Nutty Almond Bowl online, receipt said 10:19, and said it would be ready by 10:30. This branch does not have a visible online order holding area that I could see. Last time the had my order hidden in their refrigerator and I had to ask. This time i noticed they were shorthanded and busy so I just waited quietly until 10:30 and asked about my item. They could not find my order until I showed them my online receipt and said: "Oh, it's an online order". I got my order about 5-minutes late and it was okay, did not taste good, but not bad either, just okay. I like the fact they serve actual vegetable juices now. Imagine the time it takes to juice vegetables to make a juice drink, and double it. That's how long it took for mine when I was the only person in the store. You know when you walk in and want to look at the menu and check the place out and as you're opening the door someone shouts at you from the opposite side of the place from behind a concealed register "I can take your order over here!!!!" how that's super annoying? Yea, me too. That happens here. Plenty of drink choices, and a lots of options, smoothie, juice, sherbert, etc. but it feels so weird and streamlined now. You have a nice break on the way between LA and SF, get to stretch your legs, score a relatively healthy refreshment and feel a bit old as this Jamba Juice seems mostly staffed by Cal Poly students. Ring the bell for them! Give them ear plugs, though - the store can be loud from the juicers, mixers and blenders when the place is a-happening on the weekends. I wait a whole 5 minutes for someone to even notice me, then I and the person behind me get cut in line because the Jamba Juice employee wasn't paying attention to who was first in line, I was standing right in front of monitor 1, and apparently only #2 was open. Jamba Juice is also jumping on the Brazzo bandwagon also trying to cash in on a trend of being healthy, organic, local, serving a product with integrity, eating colorfully, being honest and using every marketing gimmick possible. A typical jamba juice... Just nice to have Razzmatazz at a place that I'm not too familiar with.

This is a convenient location. I stopped in to get a Coldbuster, feeling like a cold was coming on, by the recommendation of a friend. I like how open and well-lit it is inside. Everyone I've encountered at the register has been friendly and the drinks are always served up speedy and delicious. I don't really get the bell on the counter that says "ring this bell if your drink was perfect" or something along those lines. Everyone is in such a hurry, including the person making the drinks, that it doesn't quite make sense to stand at the pickup counter, taste your drink, ring the bell, and wait for someone to take note. My drink is good every time! I plan to stop in soon to try their wheatgrass shots. read more
