the store is nice clerks are friendly i was impressed by one employee he works late shift and remembered my name and drink (Blackberry Bliss with immunity boost) which is very nice . How about another location at Raleys center open early for ace train riders i would have put 5 stars but i have one complaint i purchased reusable cup and not all of the employees seem to know to apply credit and i didn't want to make a fuss just asked why another employee gave a credit. read more

Drink are alway the best here. I came once with a friend and they took awhile just for us to find out they skipped over our name and another customers. It happens but with that they gave us both a free drink card and apologized, would come again! read more

Okay let's just throw it out there before the review. It's another big box fruit juice place thats one big corporation or franchised own with the same menu as any other Jamba juice menu. That being said, I have this place 5 stars because this spot has Great customer service! read more

Very poor customer service. After ordering two smoothies, I ask to have also a wrap. They advertise a promo price if you have smoothie+wrap. I had already paid for the smoothies. It's Monday around 12.30 pm. The young man in the register tells me that in order to have the promo price, he has to cancel my first ATM payment and make a second one with the total price. - Sure you will cancel the first payment?, I ask. - Of course! Trust me! He says. Two days later, I review my bank account and there are the two payments. It's not a big deal of money, but I like to be treated fair. So I go back and kindly request that they solve the mistake. It's Wednesday around 12.30 pm. The young girl at the register calls another young man who appears to be the manager or at leas the person in charge at that time. With zero kindness (hey man, it has been YOUR fault, I'm just the costumer), he tells me that it's my bank who have made the mistake. I call my bank right from there. They tell me that there is no mistake from the bank and that IF the cancellation was properly made, it will be shown in my account four days after the payment was made. I have never had a problem like this before canceling an ATM payment in other stores or restaurants. The first employee was unprofessional when he told me that the cancellation was made right away. Two days later, the supposed "manager" managed the situation very poorly forgetting his kindness, blaming my bank and letting me deal with all the mess that they created. Was it so difficult to apologize and try to recover a dissatisfied customer? I enjoy smoothies frequently. Fortunately there are many places where you can find them. This place has lost another customer. read more

I feel I get the same experience at all Jamba Juices. That being said the service is good. It's hard to believe that beverages are costing so much now a days. Just a small complaint...blend my ice better. Nothing is worse than on a hot day while trying to enjoy your cold beverage an ice berg plugs the end of your straw. Try the secret or underground menu items. read more

Horrible customer service ... Makes drinks out of order and rude

I used to absolutely love Jamba Juice, one of my favorite places in town. After my last visit i was inexplicably disappointed. The tall caucasian worker with red hair made the absolute worst drink i've ever had. I am also convinced she spit in my girlfriends drink, how disgusting!! read more

My fiancee favorite drink is green tea w/mango. Normally, whenever he orders his favorite drink, Jamba Juice would upgrade his order to a larger size. This Jamba Juice not only didn't do that, the cups were not full. That was very cheap of them. read more

SUCH POOR SERVICE! My husband & I are in front of the door at 8:15pm and we can see the 2 ladies behind the counter & the doors were locked and they don't even look up!! The sign in front clearly says they close at 8:30pm! (For the record this is on 12/30/16-Friday) If you're going to close early at least have the audacity to go to the back not behind the counter where customers can see you! Completely rude employees. The nights are getting hot so I thought a nice cold smoothie would do me some good. Its 8:34pm when i get there, thinking I've come in in just the right time seeing as they close at 9 during the weekends. Plus i see three customers already in there and I know they still got sometime. However, when i go to open the door, they don't even budge. Thinking I somehow done it wrong I try again but this time i look inside and see the employees laughing and a customer just shrugs to me as if too say 'sorry' before they burst out laughing with the employees. Now i would have understood if i got there five-ten minutes from closing but they had a whole thirty minutes! Even then I would have understood if an employee had gone out to tell me something at the very least but to laugh at me an not try to explain. Just rude. read more

@ this jamba juice, they make it how u want it. i just gota limited time flavor w/a special twist! the "berry berry chocolate mo'od" w/peanut butter makes a chocolate peanut butter & jelly sandwitch smoothie. i call it the PB&J Chocolate mo'od. idk if i just licked out having a master smoothie maker whip this up for me or if i have truly discovered my new favorite smoothie flavor!!! read more

Today is Sunday, 3/25/18. At around 5pm, I strolled in to get my "usual" drink and a shot along with a bite to eat. I've always had great service except for today. It was pretty packed and all the workers looked overwhelmed. I make it to the counter and see 2 girls in the back trying to handle the orders while the young man at the register kept walking over to oven while I was ordering. I finally get through my order and go to pay a total of about $20. I hand him my money which was a $100 bill and he says to me "we don't do $100 bills". That was all I had on me. I really wanted my order but my money was refused. I understand that they are quite a few reasons why some businesses don't "do" $100 bills but I would like to make a couple of recommendations for Jamba Juice since you are a pretty big chain in business. (1 teach the children that you hire to detect counterfeit money and invest in those tools to do so. 2) train them in cash register management and customer service skills so that you can have registers open with enough change for your customers. It feels somewhat degrading walking out of a crowded place of business after placing an order and your money is not acceptable. read more
