These bowls were amazing however the service wasn't the best. The associate at the counter was confused most of the time however she made our bowls delicious.

We got two tropical bowls with chocolate chips on top. So delicious! We stopped after trying free samples on a Sunday morning. The service was great! We sat outside in the shade at cute little tables with our little dog. Pet friendly.

YUM! Never disappoints! I order for pickup in-store, it's always ready when I arrive (in the past I've had issue with this in other locations). Yay! They always get my order correct. Double Yay! && It is SO swift & easy to get in and go. Yay Yay YAY! Today I had to snap a photo of my gorgeous bowl - it was picture perfect: The Vitality Bowl + shaved coconut & bee pollen, plus I added more honey when I got home. - Very Happy Loyal Livermore Customer

Grand RE-opening in Downtown Livermore We stopped by Vitality Bowls to get a quick breakfast. Hubby and I ordered their Breakfast Bowl. This simple bowl was delicious and had all the tasty nutritious ingredients I loved: Base blend: Organic açaí, almond milk, bananas, strawberries, organic flax seed Toppings: Organic granola, bananas, strawberries and honey We took our bowls and sat outside their outdoor dining patio enjoying (while people watching) Livermore's picturesque downtown. They are in a perfect spot on First Street in Downtown Livermore. This superfood cafe specialized in açaí bowls, smoothies, paninis, wraps, toasts, grain bowls, salad, and fresh juices and everything was fresh and nutritious. The cafe was clean inside and is available for indoor dining. Helpful and friendly staff. This was my first time at a Vitality Bowls and I love the colorful sweet and savory bowls they craft. Will definitely be back when we're in town again. Review #2367

    Immunity Bowl, Nutty Bowl

Pros: The immunity and nutty bowls were packed to the brim, and they were served at a timely manner. Cons: While the server was fine, the owner came into the store with his mask half down and was very rude and impolite. My dad needed to use the restroom, and there was NO "employees only" sign. He was proceeding towards the restroom, when the owner whistled and yelled at my dad saying, "HEY! This is a franchise. You can't use the bathroom. It's for employees only." I believe a simple "Excuse me sir, but that restroom is not available for customers" would have been more professional. I would not return here for their low quality customer service.

Extremely slow service. On a Saturday morning there was just one person at the counter taking orders and also making them. That made it a 30 minutes wait for an acai bowl + wrap. Not her fault but the business just needs to have at least 2 ppl working a shift! Now coming to the food Warrior bowl- excellent!! Great tasting and toppings Morning glory wrap- creamy and warm and so fresh tasting! Loved it. Just needed some hot sauce which we always have handy lol so worked out just fine Overall great food! Decent price! Will come again. Just hope however that the next time they at least have two ppl working and the wait isn't this bad.

I'm gonna be honest, I had their matcha from their OG store in Westwood when they were called Sip! I always thought their matcha was good, but I only got to enjoy it when I was going to school around there which was brief! Aside from now aging myself, I got the Guava Matcha from them and the employee recommended getting less sweet if I don't like overly sweet drinks. I have to say, it was perfect sweetness for me! The balance of matcha flavor and guava was 5/5. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm shopping in the area. It was satisfying and makes me crave their matcha!

The staff was welcoming every time I opened the door. They were kind enough to tell me which seasonal drinks I could adjust to oat milk, and the rest you can adjust the sweetness and add toppings for an extra charge. I tried their Snoopy Chocolate Hazelnut Matcha Latte with oat milk, less sweetness, and less ice. There was a strong Nutella flavor with good consistency, but the matcha wasn't strong enough for me when I didn't mix it. I even got myself a Snoopy matcha plush keychain as my birthday gift for $18, which is pricey but durable enough to hang on your bag. It's a pretty small shop, yet it's covered in cute and colorful decor. Plus, the tables are clean since most customers usually wait for their drinks and leave rather than sit down.

Livermore doesn't have a lot of Vietnamese or matcha cafe options so it was so nice to find this spot. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by warm smiles and amazing service. The cafe was intimate and clean. Cozy with surrounding local art and coffee beans. A huge plus is they use Chromatic beans (my favorite) Beverage: variety of options available for both coffee and matcha lovers. There's also Italian soda and lemonade too. I got the Vietnamese cold brew which was a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. Sometimes Vietnamese coffee can be too sweet so this was nice. I think it would pair well with the 6-8 cold foam options too including ube or brown sugar vanilla cf. also they use pebble ice which is my favorite kind haha 10/10 Food: Asian fusion options were available with toasts, sandwiches, savory to sweet oats, sweet toasts and pastries.
