I am saddened to say the quality of this Jamba Juice location has significantly gone down. Normally I stop here in the morning before work to grab some breakfast, the last few times there the quality for the food has been really poor. I typically get an acai bowl which they serve which fresh fruit on top but the last couple of times my fruits on top have been rotten. I would understand if the fruit was just a little bit soft but the strawberry was fully rotten to the point of mold and the banana had altered in taste.. just a bummer! read more

Sorry. Done with Jamba after all these years. Super small açaí bowl with a big increase in price. No strawberries which I understand is out of anyone's control. I go to this Jamba almost daily. It is hit and miss depending on what employees are working. What is sad is it is usually the same kid with curly hair almost every morning and I have to repeat my order multiple times because he has his stupid EarPods in. Which is why I no longer tip. If your to lazy to do your job and do it right don't expect a tip from me. I clearly let him know what my order is but because he can't be bothered to remove his headphones I usually end up repeating my order several times. Which can be very irritating. Most of the time my drink is made ok but some days it's not blended very well or has too much ice in it. I guess that's what happens when you let a bunch of irresponsible kids run your business. It's sad because they had good managers but I guess they all quit because i haven't seen them or I see them working at other business. This place had the best customer service of all the jambas I've been to. Everyone I come here I always leave happy and satisfied. The people working here are never grumpy or in a bad mood. Wow very quick service and delicious smoothies! Very nice on a Friday afternoon. Lucky for us Starbucks was closed early for some reason so we adventured over to Jamba Juice next door! If I could give 0 stars, I would. In terms of customer service, the cashier looked and acted as if she had no interest in taking our order. Very unwelcoming and kind of bitchy. When it comes to the actual products, definitely 0 out of 5. The sandwich was $6 and wasn't even as big as the palm of my hand. The workers didnt even warm my sandwich up, it was COLD! On 09/29/23 I had ordered 3 smoothies via mobile order. When I got there they were blasting music at an unnecessary volume. No one was at the front when my mom and I walked in. I assumed the 3 girls were watching the cameras because they instantly turned the music down and one of the girls came to the front. I told her I was there to pick up a mobile order and she asked if it was for Erin and I told her yes. She said "we can't make your drink because we are out of frozen yogurt". The girl offered to substitute it with oatmilk dessert but we declined. I'm assuming they had my phone number because I placed a MOBILE ORDER so I don't know why they couldn't have called me before I headed over there. I had asked them for a refund so I ran out to my car to grab the card I used and when I got back in all 3 girls were up front trying to figure out how to get me my refund. I didn't even care if they gave it back to me in cash. I just wanted my money back because we left with nothing. One of the girls had called the manager on her personal phone and she said the manager would refund the money to my card I used when she got home (???) and said it would take about 3-5 days. I still have not gotten a refund and I called multiple times today (all day) to get a hold of them and no one picked up (photos of call logs below). Smoothie hero's coming in clutch tonight. Usually don't have as good of an experience, but this time we were in and out in under 5 minutes. Was very glad to catch them as one of the few places still open in the area (due to Hurricane Lane). Decent service considering we went in 10 minutes before closing. Chairs and tables were already put up/away. Looked closed. Could've easily had much worse service. Had plenty parking right in front of the store. I just visited the Jamba Juice locates off of Waiale road or Kehalani area today and ordered a açaí primo bowl. Im a frequent customer and noticed a different bowl that appeared to be smaller(white cup)than recent purchases, they are usually in a clear bowl as advertised on the website. I asked one of three girls working if these were the new bowls because she was the one who made it. She had to ask the other girl if these are the new bowls? And she said yes! It would've been nice to know that they changed the bowls as they need to update the pictures on the website. These white bowls seem smaller for the same price from the clear bowls and narrower that makes it harder to eat or mix. I bought a strawberries wild for my 7 yr old son. When he wasn't drinking it I asked why. He said it tasted like wood and sticks. I dumped it out in the sink tiny shards and a small stick came out of his smoothie! Both my husband & I called Jamba Juice in Wailuku REPEATEDLY that afternoon. The phone rang and rang and rang. There were even times when the line was picked up & immediately hung up. This is terrible and unacceptable! My son could've choked had this piece of stick made it through the damn straw!!! read more

Nice, new location off of Waiale Road in Wailuku, right next to Starbucks (with drive thru) and Walgreens. Unfortunately, no drive thru for Jamba Juice, but the parking is adequate for the size of the store. Jamba Juice is not really a favorite of mine, I prefer Orange Julius, but each time I've gone to other locations with family or friends, it seems the service is consistent (especially for the Jamba Juicemakers). This particular day, the cashier seemed a little slow and confused. The couple in front of us were buying gift cards and that took about 10 minutes to process, although it seemed they only bought a couple. I understood the confusion later, when it came to our turn in line. The Cashier was pretty quick to process the next guy, who ordered only a drink, but when it was our turn and we bought 2 gift cards, she rang it up and gave both back to us without the activation receipts and amounts (different amounts). I had to ask which was which, at which time she took the cards back and re-swiped them to produce the receipts. She also didn't know which one was which! Seeing they were running a promo when you purchase a $25 gift card, you get a small smoothie free of charge, I had to take advantage of that, right?! So I did and asked this cashier if the promo applied for one of our gift cards. She confirmed it did and I told her I wanted to order a small smoothie. After telling her the flavor, she asked if I wanted to charge it on my credit card, which she was still holding. I asked again if the small smoothie was free because we purchased a $25 gift card. She looked at me confused then said that it was free. Boy, I thought I had a bad memory! Although she was nice, not sure what about our transaction confused her. 2 gift cards, 1 free drink. Hmmm... The male Juicemaker was ripping out the orders and kept the flow moving. Our juice came out quickly and we were off and running! Looked like about 3 tables inside to sit on and a couple more outside, but not a gathering place like the Dairy Road location or the one at the Queen Kaahumanu Shopping Center. Convenient as heck, that's for sure! All in all, once the kinks are worked out, I'm sure this place will thrive! Wish it were an Orange Julius instead, though! read more

The store manager thought it would be funny to put a Snapchat video of my mom ordering a drink here. Just like anyone else she likes her drinks a specific way and is never rude about it. The MANAGER took it as an opportunity to show her face on video from the security camera. As told, he does this often and may have even happened to you! Said she was annoying and complaining about making her drink. Poor example of a manager and obviously on social media/phone during work hours. My business will be going else where. read more

Only I few times I went there. One time I went there there was only 2 people which I'm guessing one was a pro and other was a newbie. The pro was getting overwhelmed with all the orders but she didn't have to be sassy and give attitude. The newbie was saying sorry for the wait. She was telling the guy something but didn't hear exactly what it was. One time I called to ask if they make one of the off the menu drinks and sounds like the same girl that was giving attitude to everyone that one time I went in. She sounded rude and when I said "okay thank you so much" there was a dead air.... I don't appreciate that attitude and if I was there boss I'd want them to know and to tell them to treat others with respect even if it's busy. Service is very slow at this location. There was only one customer in front of me and it took more than 10 minutes for an employee to finally take his order. I get that there was a four drink order that they were working on but it looked like there was at least 4 employees in the back but looks like only two people working. Kaahumanu Jamba Juice moves WAY faster than this and they have about the same amount of employees. The employees were very friendly and did acknowledge that it will be a minute but I would recommend going to the other locations if you want faster service. read more
