Upon getting to the front kiosk. You're greeted and helped instantly. Ventilation is good since it's an open area inside L'Enfant Plaza. There's also sanitizer available too at the kiosk. The employees are very friendly, professional & highly social. All the times I've been here. They're always smiling and happy. Which is a major plus. The smoothies have always tasted amazing. They're usually thick and not watered down which is a major plus. Whenever a smoothie is thick. It means a good amount of fruit was used to make it which is very good since the smoothie is not heavily liquified. The overall environment is clean. It can be noisy at certain times due to it being a shared environment with L'Enfant Plaza. But most of the time it's quiet and relaxed. Also I've noticed after they make the smoothies they put the blender containers in the sink and rinse them. So many smoothie places take shortcuts and just reuse the same blender containers without rinsing in between orders which is bad. Here they actually thoroughly rinse the blender containers which is a major plus. The pricing isn't bad compared to other smoothie places. Also they carry various food items here too. I've always got the smoothies though because they're highly addictive. Lol.... The general crowd is mainly adults mostly government workers from inside of L'Enfant Plaza. But during various times. It's all different classes and ages because the spy museum which is next door attracts various tourists plus there's other food places nearby and people usually get food and smoothies. Also it's attached to the metro rail system. The overall noise level is normal for a retail environment. It can be noisy due to large crowds sometimes. But everyone is very mature. Most of the large groups of kids always have parental chaperones which keeps everyone disciplined and since there's various government offices nearby. There's a very high amount of visible security around which is a plus. Overall A+++++, The woman who works there during the day is a true angel. Wouldn't recommend this location, dumb and dumber work here. They didn't know what they were doing and gave the wrong orders to others. Our açaí bowls were half full, warm, and melted. Conveniently located smack dab in the middle of the Plaza/atrium! Servers are friendly and energetic. The text on the menu board is tiny and hard to read, but they have paper menus that you can look at. It's usually not that busy when I go so there isn't much of a wait other than them making your fresh order. I'm not much of a smoothie person but the strawberries wild was delicious! Not too sweet and the perfect texture to drink. I've also had the apples n' greens and orange carrot karma if you want to get your veggie servings. I love Jamba Juice and their coffees too! My favorites are the La Vida Mocha- A subtle blend of cold brew coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Equivalent of ~2 cups of coffee in a small and Lotta Horchata A Mexican-inspired blend of cold brew coffee bursting with cinnamon and vanilla flavors. Equivalent of ~1.5 cups of coffee in a small. Today Was My First Time Visiting A Jamba Location, The Electric Berry Lemonade Was Fantastic.. Customer Service Was Good And Very Fast.

I'm a Jamba Juice fan but not such a big of fan of this location. The line is always long therefore a backup of orders. Also, I'm not always "satisfied" with the end product. The smoothies always taste as if they didn't follow the recipe as if its missing something or the fruit is just not sweet enough. We got PB Chocolate and bought Açaí Super Antioxidant smoothies. Both were fantastic! PB Chocolate smoothie was fulfilling and thick whereas Açaí Super Antioxidant was sweet and refreshing, packing full of energy. Jamba Juice is not a place to underestimate for their wonderful flavors. My only complaints was that the location was relatively harder to find. I work in the same office complex where this Jamba is located (L'Enfant Plaza), and I and my office mates frequently stop by (3x per week) to get our Jamba fix. The workers here are always so cheerful, and energetic, and in good moods. Today, I ordered a Razzmataz and asked them - in a serious voice - if they could "make it fast." I was, of course, joking.... because that's the line they always use with each other whenever I order one. They actually laughed when I said that and made me feel like I had made their day, or something. There are a lot of people working at fast food places, or kiosks who might have blown me off as some annoying suit who thought he was funny and didn't have anything else better to do than to insult line level employees.. or make lame jokes. But I appreciate the fact that everyone at this store laughed at my joke, and seemed genuinely amused at my humor. I can tell that Jamba hires people who really love their work, or who at the very least, are really good at acting like they love it. Your staff here is unmatched in terms of customer service at any other food establishment at L'Enfant and it is because of this I will continue to come back! read more

Jamba Juice for me is half delicious and half high school memories. I'd never been to the L'Enfant Plaza and when I was recently around for work I wandered in on my way to the metro and came upon Jamba Juice, and the whole rest of the food court. Nice! I couldn't pass up the chance to get a delicious smoothie, so I did. It was Thursday and they said it was Thirsty Thursday where they run a promotion, you get a large smoothie for the price of a medium. Sounds good to me!! I keep trying this franchise and honestly, I've never had success at all of the nationwide locations that I've tried. I can only compare to the other smoothie places that I frequent (Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Robeks, Smoothie King) and JJ falls short in so many ways. I tried a Mango-A-Go-Go which I would think, from it's name, is a pretty standard Mango, Mango/Pineapple frozen smoothie. Instead I got a pink smoothie that had so much Passion Fruit juice that it drowned out the mango taste and a lot of frozen pineapple bits at the bottom. It was like there was no mango in it at all. I had a full afternoon of presentations to sit through so I paid the $7 for a large to keep me energized. A size that is only a medium at SK and is the same size as a $6 standard size at TSC. Overall, I thought the consistency was too wet and slushy. I ended up with a blob at the bottom of my cup that I couldn't slurp up without opening the lid. The taste was way off, and the color seemed way off as well. The price was more than TSC but on par with other brands. And if JJ is going to use clear plastic cups, they should provide cardboard sleeves so your fingers don't freeze or get wet on the walk back to your desk (like at starbucks). All I'm saying is that I like trying new things and I've easily found 6 different smoothie flavors that I rotate at TSC, and I haven't been able to find one at JJ. Still, I keep trying, but I'm close to calling a spade a spade. read more
