I came for the grand opening celebration and had a blast. The staff is high energy and was quick to help the long line of people coming in. I am a Fort Lauderdale girly transplanted to Wellington. I LOVED me some Playa Bowls in Fort Lauderdale so when I saw that a location was opening down the street from me, I was instantly excited. I ordered the Nutella bowl and was of course not disappointed. The fruit was all so fresh and the açaí perfectly blended. The store is large and has a few places to sit inside and a table outside. Parking is plenty as well. Welcome to the neighborhood Playa Bowls!

I didn't appreciate Lara's customer service. She was on her phone a lot and gave me attitude.

Unfortunately, both left much to be desired. The sandwich was lacking in filling and real bacon. It's was like bacon bits, but it was mostly consisting of bread so much so that I regretted not taking a picture of it opened up. The coffee, which I had hoped would be good given that it's made from freshly ground beans, also fell flat. The service didn't help the situation either. I stood in front of a staff member for a good five minutes before someone else had to step in and prompt her to assist me. She was quite dismissive. On a positive note, the interior of the coffee shop is quite charming with ample seating, which is the only highlight of my visit. Perhaps I'll give Camela Coffee another chance in the future when there are different staff members on duty and I can try something else, but this visit was not a good one in terms of service or food.

Not your typical quiet, zen coffee house, but more of an upscale, lively setting that's perfect if you're into a vibrant atmosphere. Plenty of tables for business meet-ups, team collaborations, or just lounging with a drink. Even though there was a line, it moved quickly, and the baristas were warm and friendly. I ordered a Chai Latte, along with a Breakfast Croissant and an Almond Croissant for something sweet. Everything was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with love. Highly recommend checking this spot out if you're looking for great coffee, pastries, and an energetic vibe!

All I can say is the cream brûlée ice cream is worth its weight in calories! Never tasted anything more perfectly crafted. It was crowded but service was great. You can taste any flavor you want. The girls working were patient and pleasant. It feels like a small town iced cream shop in the best way. Plenty seating and I will be back. It was clean and an overall top tier experience. They said the crème brûlée ice cream is seasonal, though!!! Go get it fast! If that's a flavor you even slightly think you'll enjoy, you will be pleased! Enjoy! Best coconut flan I've ever had! Not too sweet! Definitely order the Flan cheesecake! It's creamy and light at the same time! Although there was a line, it moved quickly. We decided to share a Cuban sandwich plus we each got a pastry for dessert. You order and pay at the register and pick up your order when they call your name at the other end of the counter. They have so many varieties of pastries, desserts, and cakes on display that's it is hard to choose. The Cuban sandwich was excellent. Slightly warm on pressed fresh Cuban bread. And the pork, ham, and cheese inside were very good as well. In fact, it was one of the better Cuban sandwiches we've had in quite awhile. For dessert, my husband got a guava and cheese pastelito. It's in the shape of a turnover. Not too sweet because the cheese tempers the sweetness of the guava. It is one of his favorites. I tried a chocolate Napoleon with merengue. The top layer had the chocolate glaze and there were thick meringue layers between each pastry layer. It was a bit gloppy and not the easiest to eat. Very sweet but good. I brought half home. Yes, they are a quite popular chain. But they have a pretty good and efficient system working at this location. And lots of staff proficient in both English and Spanish. I know we will be back.

We entered because I wanted to take a look at the loose tea selection. Specifically, I was looking for a loose tea to add to my evening regimen. We were greeted and assisted by the owner, Joanne. She was both lovely and extremely knowledgeable. One of the options contains calm in the title is a blend of citrus leaves. The other is a blend of chamomile and flowers. I don't particularly gravitate toward floral teas, but it smelled the best of the two so I decided to give it a whirl. I purchased a 3 oz bag for $14 and she informed me the tea is highly rebrewable. In fact, she stated I could probably get 3 cups out of each serving. Love this for me! The shop is lovely with a wide assortment of both gifts and teas. Additionally, they offer tea classes the middle of each month. The next Tea 101 is on Friday, 2/21/25 @ 7PM. One must register and prepay in advance. The fee is $12 and it includes a six tea assortment tea tasting with education. Time to to brew my first cup!
