3/25/26- 12:40pm- I was referred to Hausmash by fellow Elite Yelper's! I am so glad I came over today! First off the Groovy Cheese Double Smash burger was delicious! Now, let's talk about the actual restaurant . You pass through a beautiful patio thoughtfully secluded by greenery! I appreciate the attention to detail. So many fast casual restaurants and cafe's just put out a few tables and you literally feel like you're the Valet! You're practically in the parking lot! This is private and completely shaded! Once you enter the restaurant you are warmly greeted by Camila. It's spotless and almost mid century modern feel! I love it! Great music and they even have chairs and barstools that are cushioned and comfortable! It's easy to read the menu options and easy to order! FYI it's card only- no cash... I ordered the Groovy Cheese Double with extra cheese and hold the pickles! It comes with caramelized onions! Finally an establishment that understands how important the right hamburger roll is! This is absolutely delicious! It held up perfectly with a double cheeseburger! I'm in love! They serve it on a metal tray! Love the industrial design! Easy to clean! Great idea! I opened the paper to find a little magical piece of burger heaven! Wow! I almost cried! I found the side service area which had the mini paper salt and pepper and packets of ketchup! The self serve cold water is a nice addition! I opened my s&p packet and then to the dreaded ketchup packets. I never got the hang of these. More on my fingers than on my burger. More about this later.. I cut it in half with the plastic knife and ate the entire huge smash burger! Absolutely delicious! Especially the roll! I do wish there were more onions on it. The restaurant is beautiful! Spotless and comfortable! Even the rest rooms are beautiful!! As a former F&B Director and Restaurant owner I have a few suggestions. If I'm paying $12.00 + for a burger in a fast casual restaurant, I would appreciate and expect actual ketchup bottles and S&P shakers. Please Don't "McDonalds" your customers. Even if you display them on your self service counter. Also, this is just a personal preference, since you offer canned beer is your liquor license also for wine? If possible, I would also offer wine. Just my preference. I highly recommend! I will definitely be back! read more

If you wanna go somewhere that makes you feel you're walking back in time... Try hausmash! I got the classic double Smashburger... It was delicious. I was very filled up. My daughter got a vanilla milkshake, it was delicious and had a little vanilla wafer in it as well! She also got the six piece chicken nugget meal, which comes with fries, a real deal. The price is here are reasonable, and the environment is unique. The workers were very helpful as well. I only complaint would be the drinks. They do not have a fountain machine and I paid 2.99 for a bottled Diet Coke, which was quite small. But other than that, we will be back! read more

It lives up to the hype! This is my new favorite burger place in Wellington. We walked in 3 minutes after opening and we were already order number 11. We knew then this place must be good! Our order came out promptly and was delivered to us on the beautiful patio. Wow! The burgers were so delicious! You could really taste the quality meat, smashed to absolute perfection! We came here for lunch. It's west of 441 on Forest Hill in the Publix strip on the south side. This is the original restaurant of this brand in south Florida and they just opened another one in Weston. There are a couple other locations planned for South Florida in the future. The restaurant has an 80's vibe with a throwback to the 50s. Burgers and shakes; vinyl records playing and displayed; a pinball machine. We ordered from the menu above the counter. We paid there and they gave us an order number. It's a cashless restaurant -- cards only. I got a single classic smash burger -- lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, American cheese. I left off the diced red onions and got the pickles on the side. The only minor quibble was that there was a bit more ketchup on it than I'd have liked so I'd add my own next time. The burgers are all angus beef, smashed (flattened), cooked well, and hung over the sides of the bun. I ate around the outside first. It was a very tasty burger. Along with my burger, I tried a vanilla ice cream shake. It was topped with whipped cream and a nilla wafer cookie. Creamy and sweet. My husband got a double classic with everything on it. He had a cane sugar coke in a traditional bottle. We shared an order of classic fries (they have a few varieties). The fries were served hot and stayed hot the whole time we were there. Kind of early in the day to get smashed but we both did! In fact, I got smashed twice, with my double Classic Smash Burger! Made with 100 percent pure certified Angus, the patties are smashed down to seal in all of the wonderful flavor and overflow the bun on all sides! I have found a place closer to my house that does smashburgers and does smashburgers extremely well, as I have seen on so many TikTok and Instagram videos. Hausmash delivers incredibly with their menu. They keep the options simple to choose from between the traditional smash, the groovy double, the Rockin' Bacon, and the Chori Smash in particular. They make great milkshakes, and they have different fries options. Just keep in mind that their soda and water options are limited to cans and glass bottles. They don't have a soft drink service station, so keep that in mind. And it's going to be $3.50 a bottle of Coke, Sprite, or Fanta. When you go to the ordering counter, everything is clearly listed on the illuminated signage with additional menu posters on the side. They have had a steady flow of traffic during the two times I have gone to Hausmash, and the wait time is usually five to seven minutes for your order. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of table options, including booth and high-top styles. There are two pinball machines if you're inclined to play some games while you wait for food or while waiting for your party to finish their meal. The burgers are crafted with care, meticulously made, and wrapped. Well put together, cooked to perfection, flavorful, and full of happiness. For my money, the Rockin' Bacon was the bees' knees, where I ordered a double and savored every bite. The Nutella milkshake gave me a lot of satisfaction when I ordered it. On my second trip, I enjoyed their chori smash, which was quite tasty if you're looking for a change of pace. Hausmash is bringing back the 80s with simple but bold flavors! From the decor to the music playing it really embodies the 80's! Their smash burgers have that perfect lace crust and bit that is irresistible! Their SMASH sauce is amazing! For the burgers you can choose between single, double, or tripple- my favorite was the Soulful Truffle ( it is truffle forward). I also did try the Truffle & Pecorino Fries and they were a bit to soggy for my linking - next time I would opt in for regular fries. I got the truffle burger and my friend got the classic burger. We also shared the truffle fries. The burger and the fries weren't bad when it was fresh. The fries didn't taste very good once they got cold. Overall, the food didn't really live up to hype though. It's not really better than a shake shack or any of the other national chains, so the food is okay. We also asked for water multiple times and never got it until we got up and went in to ask for one last time. It's a little loud inside so we sat outside, so I'm not sure if that's why they forgot our water multiple times since we asked different people for it. So service could definitely improve. read more

We stopped in to check out a new smash burger spot Hausmash in Wellington just outside the mall on Forest Hills Blvd. Lots of parking out front They opened in October so the interior design is new & clean. They offer both indoor & outdoor tables. The menu is geared towards burgers but they also have a few other sides like chicken fingers 4 & 6 pieces, shakes & bacon cheddar fries,truffle fries. Their drink options are Shakes, soda, Lager/IPA beer & water. Service was not too bad considering it was a touch busy. I heard about this place through social media and wanted to try it out. Unfortunately I was pretty disappointed especially with all the marketing and hype they've built up around it. I ordered the Groovy Double and it's not very good or special in any way. The caramelized onions were super greasy and the meat was very bland. I also ordered a chocolate shake which was terrible, the chocolate they use has to be dark chocolate or something of the sorts because it is very bitter and you can definitely taste it in the shake. By far the best thing was the fries, but far from fries I've had else where. The service was ok at best the people I interacted with just seemed very bored or that they didn't want to be there, but were pleasant. The food was also received in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely wouldn't go back there's nothing really worth a return trip I'd stick to Shake Shack next time I want a smash burger. read more

I had read somewhere that the single was filling so I didn't get a double but now wish I did. They will also triple the burger too!!! Excellent burger and made to order. I visited Hausmash recently and had a really good experience overall. The customer service was great from start to finish--everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the vibe feel welcoming. The atmosphere itself was really nice too, definitely a spot you can relax and enjoy your meal. I ordered the Rockin' Bacon and added on all the standard burger toppings. The flavors were solid and everything tasted fresh. My only downside was that the burger came out a little too greasy for my liking. Not a deal-breaker, but something to note if you prefer a lighter bite. Still, I definitely think it's worth trying, especially for the good service and overall flavor. Excited by the reviews, we ordered a classic double but it was charged as and got a single, hubs had the Groovy double, sweet potato fries and a cookies n cream milkshake. The milkshake was thin, and not very impressive. My single was not hot, not freshly made like my husband's double which was piping hot. The crust a bit too extreme, I found it to be too hard and dry, like chewing shoe leather. We felt they put too much sauce which was overwhelming on the double. Sweet potato fries were soggy and not hot either. The music gave me a headache, a constant beat beat beat club music vibe in a burger joint was not my cup of tea..bring your noise cancelling headphones unless that's what you like. read more

I was craving a good burger today and I remembered that a new burger joint opened near by so I decided to stop by. The restaurant is located in a shopping center so parking was easily accessible. Upon walking in the restaurant was clean & the decor was modern and minimalist which I loved! Now on to the food .. I ordered a strawberry shake, bacon smash & fries .. the burger & fries were delicious but the shake was just ok it didn't have any flavor. While waiting for my shake I asked for a cup of water & I watched the staff member fill a cup in the back with water from the tap which I thought was odd. First off, the food was outstanding! Anybody who saids otherwise shouldn't be leaving reviews here on yelp. The burger melts in your mouth and having my fare share of burgers you're not going to find anything better. "It's that good!" The only issue I have with this place is their drinks, which makes no sense to me. Bottle soda but yet the diet coke comes in a smaller bottle than the others. Other drinks are in a can and they serve fancy looking bottle water which are overpriced. Why not just serve cans across the board and plain bottle water or offer fountain drinks? That way "customers" don't think they are being nickled and dimed. read more

Sometimes you should follow your first impression. New fast food burger place in Wellington, Publix Plaza adjacent to the Mall at Wellington Green. Walked in, place had two guys and a mom with two kids, all had obviously ordered. Placed my order at 3:41 ( receipt attached), a double Classic, and an order of fries. Was coming from the Dr, so got it to go. Again, place was empty, sans previously mentioned people. It took 12 minutes (received @ 3:53) to make one burger and an order of fries. This place makes Five Guys look like a Ferrari. Opened the burger and fries at home (5 minute ride) , the fries were flavorless, cold and mushy, gave the majority to my dog. The burger, on a scale of 1-10, strong 2 (I'm being generous here). Meat had zero flavor, which they tried to mask with an over abundance of salt, no crunch (should last at least 5 minutes), sauce tasted like a bad copy of Big Mac sauce. $15.48 for a Double smash burger and small fries. The "smash" gimmick is not enough to save a place like this. Caught a TikTok review that raved, pretty obvious they were paid, or have no sense of taste. If you do plan to try it, also avoid the $6.99 shake, didn't have it but it looked small in the hands of the child who was with his mother. Dine at your own peril! read more

Very difficult to find this location. I drove around the parking lot at least three times. Truth is that the sign above the restaurant says something about tacos and it was only after I parked my car and sat there staring at the gps that I noticed the name of the restaurant in the window. The Restaurant is very spacious with couple of pinball machines at the front and a counter in the back. It offers several types of burgers, fries with or without cheese and bacon and shakes. The other beverage choices are not really very plentiful. However, the burger that I was served was quite delicious. The fries were covered with an amazing cheese sauce and chopped pieces of what appeared to be real bacon. I spoke with the owner Nicholas, who told me that they were expecting a sign soon. So hopefully by the time anybody reads this and travels to try the restaurant, there will be a real sign there. In a sea of restaurants this is just burgers and fries, but even burgers and fries have to be done correctly. Hausmash has done that. The meat patties were smashed very nicely, crispy around the edges and no grease. The cheese covered everything and the bun was soft and yummy. No greasy mess on my fingers or on the table. The fries were piled high and quite honestly, I would never have been able to finish them. I will go back again and next time I will try a shake. We were greeting and our order was taken by Kai! He was extremely sweet and helped us decide since it was our first time. The spot is clean, spacious and has some arcade games for kiddos. The food is extremely well priced. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and got the single classic smash and the truffle burger I can't remember the name. A side of fries which is 100% shareable for 2 ppl and a drink. Total was 27$ which is outstanding for the quality of food. The burgers were delicious, the fries were crispy and well seasoned. I always get a kick out of reviews that say "best burger" or "best pizza" because they're usually far off. And I've had burgers at a lot of places, some of which were excellent. But, the burgers at Hausmash are in my opinion, the best in Palm Beach County and possibly the state. Not only are the ingredients excellent, the flavor profiles they developed in the care with which they make each sandwich is truly fantastic! If you doubt that, prove me wrong! read more
