The business was clean for the most part and parking was fine. Service was very friendly and helpful with making my decision. Not alot that you can say about a smoothie restaurant. It was not a bad experience and I would say the friendly service was the highlight. The smoothie that I bought was the same standard quality as the other Jambas. The prices are still too high and when you order additions like "energy" for instance, I am not sure if I get the proper amount of the additive when the smoothie comes overflowing out of the top of the lid. Makes me think that some was lost that could not fit and perhaps the addition is a waste of my money. They have a decent rewards system, so that is nice to help counter the high prices. read more

We went in for free smoothie day to try the mango gogo, white gummy, and watermelon breeze they did such a good job in organizing the crowd there was over 50 children with families. They took orders with names in one line and delivered in the next line. There was a hostess name Sharon who is guiding the crowd and making sure everyone knew what they were doing. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get our drinks they tasted delicious, refreshing, full of flavor and fruit. I was really impressed with the way they handled the crowd and did not skimp on quality. Jamba Juice is the perfect drink to have after meal and I don't feel guilty for having it. This location is at the valley fair mail next to cafe rio which makes you want to spend even more money and grab a burrito. There is a couple tables for outdoor seating which is nice. The staff here is super friendly! I came in one day wanting something other than fruit. One of the gals suggested their peanut butter mood. Yes that's what it's called. It has bananas in it too and I fell in love after trying it and now I'm addicted and that's all I get. I used to get there strawberries wild bc I love strawberries but now my sweet tooth craves bananas and peanut butter. They also have a chocolate version and you can always add bananas to that too. You can add boost to any drink which is a nice jump start to your day. They get really busy on the weekends around noon but they always act fast. I've only had one problem here before where someone new made me a peanut butter smoothie without washing out the blender that she previously made orange juice in so that was GROSS. The manager apologized and not only made me a new drink, but gave me a large size when I only paid for a medium which I appreciated. I can tell that the staff cares about their reputation and gaining the respect of their customers and KEEPING their customers. We often visit Jamba Juice on our lunch break. This time I asked about what sugar was used in the fresh squeezed juices. The answer I received was Splenda. When discussing this with another employee after ordering, I was informed the fresh squeezed juices only contain fruits and veggies. This conflicting information is frustrating, especially for someone who is very careful about what I put into my body. First they wanted an ID for my $6 card transaction. $6 really? I asked for a manager because I know ID'S aren't required for purchases under $10. Being as I was on my lunch break and didn't have it on me. Now about being on my lunch break, I sit here after 15 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me this whole time and no smoothies. I usually come to this Jamba Juice because the employees are nice and their drinks come out quickly, but tonight there was a seemingly new employee that asked a couple of her trainers what should she be doing and how to do it. The other workers (one was named Joey) were being extremely rude and short with her. The newer employee was very polite, but pretty reserved. I imagine it was because her coworkers were treating her poorly. I hope you guys don't treat all your good employees that way. Nobody should be treated poorly when they're doing the best they can. As a person that trains new employees, I sincerely hope that management takes the steps to make their employees all feel valued and treats them with respect.
