Came in to get a smoothie bowl and it was the skimpiest thing I've ever gotten in my life. Honestly I was pretty upset that I couldn't eat an entire smoothie bowl, but I was even more upset that the lady working had the audacity to look at this half full bowl and think it was okay to hand that to me. It's honestly a bit disrespectful. I was on my way to work and unfortunately couldn't stick around to say something, otherwise I definitely would have. They also have a few yogurt bowls, bars, and breakfast sandwiches but I've never tried them because they don't look as good. At this location there is always a long line and a wait. The staff are super friendly however they always appear so frazzled. Just left and it took me twenty for minutes on a Thursday at four to get one smoothie with only three people ahead of me. At least you know it's fresh... My favorite is carrot karma- it has fresh carrot juice, orange, and mango. My comment or complaint is not toward any particular Jamba Juice at all. In fact, my praise and two stars are solely for Willowbrook's crew and especially for the young lady who worked alone today. My complaint is toward the ingredients. I learned after downing the Greens n' Ginger, that I was not ditching tons of sugar which is my goal. A 16 oz. Greens n' Ginger contains 90 grams of sugar. The advertised 'lemon' ingredient is actually lemonade. Some of the other ingredients are not true to form. They've left out the natural fiber from it's fruit and substituted it with sweeteners like apple juice, grape juice, and whatever else. I would not mind the other juices, however, avoiding deception and sugar happens to be high on my list. I'm updating my review because I love finding the good in something. Instead of getting the Greens n' Ginger smoothie or any smoothie that include LemonAID (more sugar than you may need), you can always ask them to substitute any ingredient for any other ingredient. read more

The employees working at this time were unbelievably friendly and patient with each of my students (they are learning to order food and pay using money). Even though it's not on the menu, I always ask for my fav - orange berry blitz. I should have tried the drink before I left because i would have asked for them to remake it. All I could taste was pineapple juice, which isn't even supposed to be in the drink. Also, it was really chunky and wasn't blended properly. Very disappointed. Fairly good service overall. I understand that the Sunrise Strawberry is no longer on the menu, but please make it correctly. Maybe the worker was new, but last week it didn't taste right...I felt like it was missing something. And I always get the Sunrise Strawberry and have been for the past 5 years or so. There's a friendly guy who works the morning shift there and is always stirring up friendly conversations with each of the customers which I admire. It definitely makes the wait more bearable. The people that work here are pretty nice and it seems like there is always a manager on staff. So no problems. Location is central and there is plenty of parking in the big lot next to it. Smoothies are consistently good and always prepared in a timely manor. My only problem with them is that they use styrofoam cups instead of something that can be recycled. I have had a couple of their real food items here and have been impressed with their vegitarian options. They have little flatbread pizzas reasonably priced at 2.99 and little breakfast wraps as well as other items. There are combos available too. I entered the store 6-10 w/ no mask as I am vaccinated. New state and federal regulations allow for this. I was asked if I had a mask and said no, I was then asked to wait outside while they made my order as their store requires a mask regardless of new state regs. All of that is fine. Don't get me wrong, I love the product line and the smoothies. I've had to stop going since I can't stand the service, which at this particular JJ is downright embarassing. I typically go (or now, went) over the lunch hour on weekdays and there were 1-2 people working. One was cleaning or stocking product while they other was mosying between the register and the blenders, taking a minute or two to look up how to make the recipes in the first place. Sometimes I'd walk in there and what I gather from other posts to be the same manager would be sitting at the bar, playing with her cell phone. Another time I went in, there was one person out taking order and someone from corporate walked in. He asked the one worker if he was alone, to which he responded "No, there's more in the back." The coporate worker walked in the back, and out came three young men, dressed in street clothes and they all walked right out the door. Bizarre. Following these young men was a young woman, once again dressed in a wrinkled shirt and unkempt hair. Instead of helping the line of 6 and speeding up our what ended up being 20-minute wait time, she started stocking fruit in the front. It's been very difficult not going to JJ since I love their smoothies, but the horrendous service during these hours doesn't make it worth it. read more
